We decided to treat ourselves to a room with balcony and a view of the cathedral. We loved it!!! Beautiful lobby and bar. Breakfast room is very attractive and breakfast was on a level superieure!! Very elegant and lots of variety. We would love to stay here again! Let us not forget the lovation! Perfect !

The location is as good as it is possible to be in Berlin, in the middle of everything yet not excessively noisy. No problems at all with my stay so I'll draw out a few positives. Breakfast was up to the usual standard of a Radisson, but the staff were excellent. The coffee and a la carte options were served very quickly by very friendly staff. They were able to accommodate exactly what we asked for. The spa area is nice, enough space to relax, Saunas at different temperatures. Lockers that work with room key cards. Plentiful supply of towels. Swimming pool with swimming machine so you can actually exercise. Housekeeping showed a good attention to detail and were very thorough. They kept the range of teas and coffees well topped up for us during our stay.

On the last day they didn’t clean the room well

We encountered a few issues during our stay that were a bit disappointing. When we arrived, the receptionist insisted that our reservation was for two adults and a baby, rather than a 10-year-old child. Even after we showed her the correct booking details, there was no apology—just a comment that it must have been a system error. Later in the stay, on our fourth day, our room keys stopped working and we were unable to access our room. Again, there was no explanation or apology provided. Unfortunately, the room also wasn’t cleaned that day. While the stay had its positives, these moments left us feeling a bit let down in terms of service.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable, and the bed and pillows were really nice. The staff were friendly and helpful—there was a minor issue when we arrived, but they sorted it out within about 20 minutes. During check-in, the receptionist briefly had to help another while checking us in. It was less than a five-minute wait, and we told her it wasn’t a problem, but she ended up giving us a complimentary drink anyway, which was really thoughtful. The hotel itself is clean, smells nice, and housekeeping did a great job. We received a complimentary bottle of water every day. We didn't try the breakfast because we preferred exploring the cafes. Our room had a lovely view of the square in front of the Rathaus. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Museum Island, Alexanderplatz, Marienkirche, and the metro station near the Rathaus. Plenty of nice restaurants around as well. Highly recommend!

We were there with our two kids and had the junior suite. Great, spacious corner room. The facilities are sleek and brand new. Ample space in the common areas to lounge. The decoration is just right with comfortable contemporary details. The elevators are fast and super convenient. The staff, especially the concierge (I think his name was Pablo) and the waitress at the lobby bar (Nancy) were amazing. Every business makes a little mistakes (we were given the wrong room number at check-in and then our room was not completely cleaned when we got inside), but it was Pablo and Nancy who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable until everything was re-prepped. The breakfast is especially great with vegan and gluten-free options. We also tried the restaurant downstairs for dinner and the food was delicious.

The gym is a little claustrophobic (no windows, small space). It is divided into two tiny rooms (weight area and cardio area).

The hotel is stunning and the staff were nice and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room nice and clean. The breakfast options weren't plenty, but what was on offer was delicious and filling. You had a choice of the buffet or ordering from the menu. We chose the menu but still picked bits from the buffet.

The pool in the spa is small and there was a family in it playing ball games so we didn't get in. If you're not used to nudity, be aware that people use the saunas fully naked. It still a nice and clean space. Just don't wear the hotel slippers down there as you will slip over if not careful.

Very nice hotel, quite cool architecture with this living tree inside and the glass elevators. Better rooms look at the river and the dome across. Super quiet area even though its totally central. Great value for money too in international comparisons. Great spa area, small but good gym area. Really nice cocktail bar. And for me important it had a good desk space in the room. Staff was super friendly too.

Room cleaning was a bit weird, like some point in the afternoon and if you are in they skip the day. But staff was friendly, guess you could ask for having that the way you want.

Everything, we were not the first time here. The property is very good located, you have all public transportation around the corner, many things to see, view over the river (if you book it). It is a special hotel with even more special staff. The most special person was Mario the restaurant manager. He has it all under control and we all loved him. The children were overwhelmed by his enthusiasm and kindness. The food in the restaurant was amazing as well! The ladies at breakfast in the lobby made us start the day pleasantly and softly. By the way also the à la carte is worth a try!! The reception staff super attentive. The spa and pool outstanding (drying the floor around the sauna more often would be great, but no point deduction for that at all). All the amenities in the room and public spaces are well thought. Overall, thank you so much for the lovely weekend. We will be back. You please keep the drive :)

It was not okay that the maintenance team started screwing at the bar on a Sunday. That’s so untypical…

Everything about the stay here was exceptional. They made my birthday here amazing and even made me a birthday cake in the room ready with a lovely card from the staff. The room had a balcony and a stunning view of the cathedral and river, I've never stayed at a hotel or in a room that amazing before! Check in was super easy and the staff's service was 10/10. Perfect location as only a 5 minute walk from the station. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would definitely book here again when next visiting Berlin!
