We decided to treat ourselves to a room with balcony and a view of the cathedral. We loved it!!! Beautiful lobby and bar. Breakfast room is very attractive and breakfast was on a level superieure!! Very elegant and lots of variety. We would love to stay here again! Let us not forget the lovation! Perfect !

Absolutely everything. The hotel is beautiful and the bar area is stunning. We got complimentary upgrade to a king size room with balcony and city view. The room was spacious, massive comfortable bed. On the check out without asking we were offered late check out as our flight was late and so we stayed until 6pm in our room. Hotel has great location within minutes to Alwxandraplatz and majority of attractions. Overall it’s a beautiful hotel and I would definitely stay there again if visiting Berlin.

The location is as good as it is possible to be in Berlin, in the middle of everything yet not excessively noisy. No problems at all with my stay so I'll draw out a few positives. Breakfast was up to the usual standard of a Radisson, but the staff were excellent. The coffee and a la carte options were served very quickly by very friendly staff. They were able to accommodate exactly what we asked for. The spa area is nice, enough space to relax, Saunas at different temperatures. Lockers that work with room key cards. Plentiful supply of towels. Swimming pool with swimming machine so you can actually exercise. Housekeeping showed a good attention to detail and were very thorough. They kept the range of teas and coffees well topped up for us during our stay.

The room was spacious and included a balcony that overlooked the city. Location was excellent - while we had train tickets, we often went by foot as everything was so close. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The air conditioning was excellent.

I found the hotel restaurant to be incredibly expensive, and didn't think the room service food was worth the cost, either. There were a lot of 'upgrades', but it felt a bit like each one was trying to soak us for money. Mostly a non issue, since we could turn it down, but it felt like they were always trying to get more money from us. The wifi was also in and out on us, and not always the most reliable.

Great location with easy access to tours, shops and train station. Hotel was bright clean with mostly friendly staff. Breakfast was nothing special but certainly made all standards for variety with adequate quantity and staff that kept everything tidy and replenished. We were treated politely by staff who appeared to want to be there and enjoyed their job.

Lot of confusion at checkin, drop bags early so was required to check in but no room number of key given ( this is to be expected being early). When we arrived to collect the key was treated very rudely by the same staff member that checked us in earlier, until another staff member came to our rescue to explain to the original staff member that he had checked us in earlier and we were only collecting bags and our access key(s)

Rating: 9/10 We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Berlin. Room: The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was large and cozy, and the view from the window was lovely. The design is elegant but not overdone – just the right balance of luxury and comfort. Location: The location is perfect – walking distance to Museum Island, Alexanderplatz, and many restaurants and cafes. Easy access to public transportation made it super convenient to explore the city. Breakfast: Breakfast was one of the highlights. A rich selection of fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, local specialties, and great coffee. The service was also very attentive and friendly. Overall, a great choice if you're looking for a stylish and central hotel in Berlin.

Our experience at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Berlin was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. In particular, Gregorio and Penelope at the front desk were extremely kind and attentive, providing us with helpful information and support at all times. The hotel, recently renovated, truly lives up to its five-star rating. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and offer stunning views—like the one we had of the Berliner Dom. The location is unbeatable, perfect for exploring the city’s main attractions on foot. As hospitality professionals, we especially appreciated the high-quality service, spotless cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout the hotel. It definitely exceeded our expectations, and we are very grateful we chose this property for our stay in Berlin. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxury experience in the heart of the city.

Good location. Loved the modern renovated rooms with windows from floor to ceiling. Tv has chrome cast, which is very nice. Large bed.

I have one big dislike. The air condition in our room didn’t do anything, I could hear it was working, but no cold air. So we had both balcony doors open all night. We didn’t go to the reception to complain, which we should’ have done. So don’t know if this is an actual issue all over, or if we could’ve gotten a different room with working AC.

The location was very useful. The room was a good size. Our balcony looked over the river and the Cathedral. Good people watching location. Bed comfortable, great shower, nice staff, gave us enough coffee, etc.

Our air conditioner seemed to be having issues. They immediately sent someone to fix it, which they did the 2nd time. It wasn’t that hot out, but the room got stuffy without it. There was a rug under the bed which was stiffly curled up along on side creating a tripping problem.
