Most of all the Lady from the Restaurant ( which restaurant also provides the breakfast for the Hotel ) For the probably by far busiest Sunday breakfast she was serving coffee and clearing tables alone ( as it happens nowadays often that staff is not easy to hire and seemingly do not show up as arranged. ) She did a tremendous job which some guests didn't even notice as they are only interested in getting their coffee served .. ( fast ) She is not on the picture, but as I had a brief chat the next quieter day and now with 2 people for the same job, she comes from Croatia. Again a well done for her ! We got an extreme large room mend for wheelchair person(s). The free on site parking. With full Hotel some adjoining streets might be available if not limited to residents only. There was however no hotel check that only hotel guests parked at their (?) premises.

Our room was at the front and with the hot weather we could not leave the many (good) windows open as the passing traffic was quite near and loud and started to pick up early in the morning. A room at the back is what we would prefer next time.

We had a spacious room with a view on the tram line. The staff was very helpful. I opted for underground parking for 9€/day but if you look you can find parking around. I found the location great for visit of Potsdam and Berlin. Tram line to Potsdam centre comes every few minutes and you can be in Berlin centre by tram/train in 50 minutes.

The furniture is a little bit aged and room needed some fresh air. Also the internet did not work very well in the room.

Super price, location, room size.

One member of staff at breakfast seemed not to like my arriving 20 minutes before breakfast closing and I sensed passive-aggression. No coffee offered; others' dishes not cleared away from the table; milk begrudgingly given when asked but with a warning about breakfast closing times. An unpleasant experience at the start of the day... Other staff were extremely friendly and considerate.

We had a late check-in. When we got near the entrance one of the staff members already came over to open the door for us. Water pressure was great. Breakfast was fresh, and we were greeted with much joy.

Staff didn’t speak english very well. In front of the hotel are a couple of parkingspaces. You first have to check in to get acces to the parking garage. Which wasnt lighted. I requested to seperate the beds from each other, which wasnt done.

Very spacious, comfortable room at a great price. Easily accessible location - a tram straight from the main station to the front door. Friendly, efficient staff. Fine breakfast, also good value. And a long check-out time (till 12) that allowed for a leisurely morning.

Lovely big room with a large bathroom including a bath😋. Fridge and mini bar. Excellent breakfast. Dog friendly.. Very easy to find.

Poorly parked cars (over the lines) made it hard to park. No kettle or coffee maker in room

The closeness to the motorway. We were driving to Brussels the next day so it was easy to get out of the city. Also convenient to get to Berlin

Everything was alright. Maybe the lift is a bit slow, but that’s just me being super picky

Underground parking , cafe and a really good Turkish eatery right across the street . Staff were very friendly and helpful Near motorway access .

Not the greatest of locations But good for an overnight .
