Awesome hotel, really good price and great location. As all Berlin hotels were fully booked we stayed at this hotel. By Uber/Taxi /Bus 30 mins away from the Messe in Berlin. Really excellent. Will definitely come back. Btw, Potsdam is also a beautiful town with lots of things to see. Good restaurants.

The hotel was perfect in all aspects. Pricing, location, etc. The only negative was a really rude woman at the reception desk. Never experienced this at any hotel before. We were baffled how rude she talked to us. Luckily the rest of the staff were really friendly. Especially at the buffet/restaurant.

From the outside and in the reception area the hotel looks like it might have seen better days, but the staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean and I had a nice view of the river. The hotel itself is pretty standard but highly functional. The internet worked great including for my Zoom conference. Location-wise it was perfect both for reaching the train station as I had a late arrival coming in and a really early departure going out, but also was really close to a bus station that could take you anywhere in Potsdam (the hotel staff will help you with the right bus routes and even day tickets for the bus).

I arrived late at 3am and the gentleman at reception (don't know his name) was friendly and greated me warmly. He was very helpful and answered my questions about brekafast and if there was an Iron in my bedroom as requested in my booking. This was a great start to the stay. Breakfast was good with a good range of items. Location was good as could quickly walk into town and to the train station.

I have no complaints. Everything was excellent.

Very comfortable bed, clean room.. nice bathroom. Reception staff was great, very helpful. A few blocks from the nice quarter with restaurants and shops. Close to the bus stop & across the street from the street trams too. Thanks

I didn’t quite understand how to still charge my phone at night when I was sleeping, when I turned off the main light switch in the room it also shut off the power to the outlet by the bed

The breakfast options are numerous and excellent. The food is delicious and fresh. The coffee is fantastic, and I loved the tea selection. The location is excellent: the train station is a five-minute walk from the hotel, there is a bus station for Sanssouci Park right next to the hotel, the Barnerini Museum is two minutes away, and the view of St. Nicholas from the hall is perfect!

Breakfast was good and quite complete with different options. My daughters enjoyed it. Staff at reception were nice and the lobby area was spacious. Very nice view of the river "Havel" and Potsdam city from the top floors.

I had booked a triple room, yet I got messages through the app suggesting that I upgrade from a double room to a triple room because I had a small child. I informed the staff that I had already got a triple room booked. Then a week or so later I got again the same request and had an identical conversation, so much so, that I had to ask if I was talking to a bot. The bot/staff denied it. I on three occasions requested a cot in my room, and had a positive response but of course there was no cot in my room. I eventually gave up and did without it.

Location s brilliant. Easy to get to and in the city centre. Very clean.

Our room was a bit small for a family. Even though they knew three people were staying in the room - only two small bath towels were given. No USB ports in the room and I had difficulty fitting charging points with adapters due to the configuration of the sockets.

Very good breakfast, clean, location is good The staff is very friendly, eventhough there was one only speaking english and another one only speaking german, which might be confusing for some people.

The rooms have a glass door to the bathroom. Nobody, travelling with family or friends, wants to see people (or their shadows) sitting on the toillet from the bed..... This is not the only hotel having this "feature", and I belive who ever was the interior designer, should stop travelling alone and stay in one of those.... There are also not enough parking spaces available, and as late arrivals one needs to find puplic parking for 10€ around the corner

It was very nice, we had a beautiful view, we were with a kitten and everything went very well. It was close to the bus or tram and close to tourist spots. Breakfast varied for everyone and very delicious. I recommend this location.

The fact that the hotel parking is a bit expensive. But it can be found in the surroundings for 10 euros per day

The hotel was closed to a busy road thus you need to have windows closed otherwise there was a loud street noise Parking was expensive (24Eur) and full. We found a parking nearby for less than half price (10Eur per day)
