The hotel has an excellent location, making it convenient to explore the area. The quality of the hotel is outstanding—everything is at the highest level. The staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms are well-maintained and beautifully designed, and the toiletries provided are of high quality. The breakfast was delicious and truly worthy of praise.

The only downside for us was the double bed, which consisted of two separate mattresses. This was inconvenient, especially since we were traveling with small children. The mattresses tended to separate, making it uncomfortable to sleep in the middle of the bed. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel, but I hope they consider improving the setup of the double beds to make them more family-friendly.

The hotel was in such a beautiful area with great public transport connections. The room was very quiet and peaceful, perfect size for the price. Members of staff were nice and welcoming. Mattress was extremely comfortable, and duvets were cosy. I like the organisation of the room itself which helped me with keeping my own stuff nicely organised.

There are only three things I can imagine that I wasn't a big fan of. Personally, the pillows were too soft and heaving a viable alternative would be great. Additionally it would be great to have larger selection of teas, although the serving style of teas that were available was great. Lastly, more information about dairy free/vegan options in regards to breakfast would be great (not a big issue for most customers).

The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spacious and comfortable. the location is perfect and central, if parking a car you could try and prebook a space or there is an underground carpark across the road which is easy enough. I will book to stay again and have recommended to my colleagues.

The only thing I can possibly mention is that there are a few stains on the carpet, however this could be resolved and it wouldn't affect my decision to return.

The location right by the Brandenburg Tor gate is fantastic, yet we found the hotel very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality when we chose to eat in. Info from the hotel staff was helpful in terms of arrival arrangements and the hotel was staffed at midnight when we did arrive. Free drink vouchers were a nice touch. Walk to the Sans Souci Gardens is close by.

We had to log back into the WiFi constantly rather than it remembering our info. Breakfast is a bit pricey at €22.50 pp..

Wonderful location right on the corner of the Potsdam Brandenburg gate. Easy walking distance to fabulous cafes and shops. Short stroll to the san sussi gardens and palace. Wonderful, spacious room. Lovely breakfast and drinks at the bar. We had suite for 2adults and one child - plenty of room. Would love to come back.

Nothing was wrong

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the 3 bedroomed apartment we stayed in was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bar area and breakfast area were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We didn't pre-book breakfast via Booking.com, so paid for it for the first morning that we were there. We found it quite expensive for the amount we ate, so didn't have breakfast again.

We stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and really liked it. Brandon, at the front desk, was exceptionally helpful. We did not like the first room we were given, #401, because it was in a building at the back of the property. We were bothered by noise from the trams and the noise of the guests upstairs. The room had ugly art on the walls and cold floors. It also got no sunshine. Brandon worked hard to find us a room in our favorite part or the hotel. He moved us to room #223 and we were very happy. This room is charming with carpeting and doors that open out to the sunny courtyard below. This hotel is in a great neighborhood and close to the best sights. The breakfast is very good. We will stay here again on our next visit to Potsdam.

The parking is available only in parking garage. Normally no problem, till you arrive with car which has roofbox on it. When you are using "Booking" for making reservation you will see that parking is available. If you visit hotel website, only there is written that parking is in garage. But personnel was helpful to solve the problem.

Excellent staff service, clean and comfortable hotel, a minute or two walk to various transportation stops, shops, cafes and restaurants. A REWE market is less than a 7 minute easy walk. The hotel provides a buffet breakfast (optional/fee), a bar and there is a cafe/restaurant next door. The hotel is across the street from the Brandenburg Tor gate and is located at the start of the shopping street for the locals. There's even a small Ikea a few stores down. The room had all the necessary amenities and it was quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if Potsdam is on your list. Potsdam is a really lovely and beautiful city to visit.

We had the suite: the room was spacious, bright, elegantly decorated and with large windows facing the Brandenburger Tor. Breakfast was enjoyable and served in a cozy area, I would still book it despite at walking distance from the hotel are several eating options.

The only reasonable parking option in the area is a private parking garage 50 meters from the hotel (Conti Park), the spots in the nearby streets are reserved for residents; this is understandable given the central position of the hotel.
