Quaint hotel with charm but modern amenities Great location 3 minute to the old city center and to The tram to all parts of the city. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Sansoucci Park and all its palaces. The building dates back to the 1800’s with a cobblestone entryway. The staff was very helpful carrying our luggage up the stairs. I did ask for a bottom floor unit but didn’t realize that it was up 2 flights, so it could be a mobility problem. The king bed was very comfy with loads of room to spread out luggage. There is a small kitchenette if needed. The bath and shower were fine and the price was affordable. I would stay there again

A lift

I knew that there was no lift, but I think I requested a lower floor due to having had two knee replacements, but unfortunately we ended up on the 3rd floor and the stairs where a difficult climb. We did get help with our luggage when we arrived which was nice, It is a good thing that staff were there when we arrived ( about 17:00) because although I received clear instructions for the locks, I was not informed as to what room we were in.

Really great central location but also quiet as the rooms are out the back of the building rather than overlooking the street. Bed was comfortable and good shower pressure. Room was large with a small table with a couple of chairs and a small kitchenette. Check-in was very easy with code entry and good communication. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The entrance is a little bit disguised as it's right next to a restaurant so head for the double doors to the left of the restaurant as you're looking at it.

Great location just off the main street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice quiet area. There was a tea towel and washing up liquid provided. Code was provided so was easy to access the apartment

There was only one of everything provided in the kitchen. It would have been nice to have more cups and cutlery provided incase you had visitors and also so I didn't have to keep washing everything constantly

Perfect location in the northern historic part of the city in a renovated old house. The room was very clean, functional and equipped with everything you need, down to tea and coffee. The windows overlook a quiet courtyard.

There is no lift, which can be a problem for people with heavy luggage or difficulty climbing.

The most helpful staff, super clean, especially for allergic (against everything) people. It's a soundproof flat at the back of the house. WILL BE BACK a home from home!

Absolutely nothing

Good location. Close to public transport, shops etc. Nice room and courtyard.

I didn't like the idea that I can not get help if a problem occurs and the reception would be closed at 2 pm.

The property is well positioned for bars, café but still quiet at bedtime. The property is clean and well appointed

The sofa bed was uncomfortable but that is possibly down to my bad back and I was aware of this sleeping option when I booked Quite complicated to enter the hotel via the keypad due to the amount of digits required however it did feel secure

Very central, nice courtyard and in general a nice flair. We didn't have contact with anyone personally, reception was automated with code.

No free parking. We booked for 2 persons but the room was prepared for 1, due to a misunderstanding.
