Good location and a good sized room where they have gone for a designer style. Bathroom was especially big.

Whilst the room was mostly clean if you looked closer like some shelves, corners in the room they don't seem to have been cleaned for a while. Also there was a kettle and cup but no spoon or actual tea/coffee supply. Also an iron but no ironing board. The headboard could do with changing sooner rather than later. These thing would make it more deluxe in my opinion (especially if you stayed any length of time.)rather than looks but overall it was a good stay

I spent one night in the apartment on the occasion of business trip and I am very satisfied with my stay. The communication with the owners/managers was very smooth and clear, I just picked up my key and easily found the apartment that was close by the reception, located in a most beautiful Dutch Quarter of Potsdam. The apartment was on the 1st floor of a historical building, above the little restaurant. It was comfortable, quiet and clean and had all I needed (incl. stable wi-fi and iron which is important when travelling on business). There were a lot of cosy little restaurants in the proximity as well as convenience store EDEKA nearby. Location-wise, it's just few tram stops away from Potsdam main station, where you can hop on a train to Berlin.

Location is right in the middle of the touristy place, parking is at a church or park house near by and expensive, nice large room, steep stairs, very nice coffee machine and plenty of coffee

We especially booked this facility because of the location as we wanted to be within walking distance to the Waschaus. The location exceeded our expectation: historical district, very lively, yet quiet at night, lost of cafés and restaurants to choose from, and even not too far from the Sans souci Schloss. The room was very nicely decorated, and the bathroom was modern and bright.

The heating system did not work. We sent messages about the heating but nobody came to help fixing the problem, probably because it was a sunday.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The owner/host was incredibly welcoming and understanding, even though we arrived very late. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hospitality made our visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommended

It's a nice and beautiful apartment that had everything that we needed

The reception is in another place and understanding how to get to the apartment was a bit confusing. Also the receptionist wasn't the nicest, but he did explain everything thorough.

excellent location, close to everything with an excellent ramen restaurant below. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, room clean and the location for picking up the keys only a few minutes walk away

They didn’t have a plug for the bathtub (broken), had to make my own;)

Wonderful location for downtown Potsdam

A bit noisy early morning with cobbled streets outside. No curtains (no problem for privacy but early morning sun is bright)

Guy on reception stayed late to handover key to me - had significant flight and train delays getting to Potsdam

Location right in the heart of the Dutch quarters which is super nice. The room was of good size and the bed was comfy to sleep in.

The shower was encircled quite narrowly with a shower curtain which didnt leave much room to move in the shower.
