We really enjoyed the tranquil environment and the proximity to both Sanssouci Castle and a beautiful nearby lake. The location was also excellent for exploring beyond Potsdam, as Berlin is easily reachable by train from the nearby station.

Unfortunately, we found a very dangerous window in the bathroom, particularly for children. We believe it should be secured or blocked to prevent accidents. Additionally, most of the roof windows were damaged and in need of repair. Lastly, the lack of an elevator should be clearly stated in the description, as this is important information for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues..

Really quiet and clean place only 4-5 minutes walk from Potsdam Charlottenhof station. It was ideal for me to catch the train to Berlin Airport. Contactless check in worked as advertised. Nice touch with clothes washing and ironing facilities and the snacks and coffee vending machines downstairs.

I initially thought the front door access code was wrong but actually I needed to press a key first - it was mentioned in the instructions message but wasn't immediately obvious. I would suggest the host to add a sticker with this instructional message near the keypad. I would also mention that the coffee vending machine downstairs didn't dispense regular size cups, only the tall sizes. It would be great if the machine would have the regular size cups and have some lids nearby too.

apartment was spacious and spotless. Well kitted out. No a/c but 3 fans to at least move the warm air around Very quiet and only a few metres to the waterside

No mention anywhere that there is no lift A note to this effect in description would help. Obvious that it is a loft apartment but the fact that there are 45 stairs is significant. A very long climb up with bags and our food. (I am 73 and my wife is in her 60's and not at our fittest)

Room is as described. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and wifi worked great. The ceiling fan was a delight and did a grat job cooling the room at night! A few shops and grocery 10 minute walk away. Access was contact-less and easy. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Mini-fridge in room was nice. I appreciate the later check-out (11am).

The room did not offer a water kettle; it would have been really nice to have one.

The place was clean, spacious and well equipped. Our suite consisted of a bedroom, large bathroom, nice living room with a sofa that could be easily turned into a bed, kitchen area and outdoor terrace. With a laundry room and a snack area in the common area. In a walkable distance to Sanssouci park with all major sights. For more than reasonable price this was a perfect place to stay!

It was a great stay. The building is located in a lovely and quiet part of Potsdam, very close to the lake. The room was excellent—clean and functional. The kitchen is well-equipped, and check-in was very easy. Special thanks to Ron Eckert for his support with our forgotten items

The location is great, many sightseeing spots are within walking distance. The room was clean and well equipped.

The single bed was a bit short for a 180 cm tall person. There could be more light, maybe a LED or a lamp.

Had room at back side. But street is quiet as well. Very professionally organised.

There is a coffee vending machine. Which is actually very good. But my impression was that it has cash only. I could not see if you can pay wireless via phone.

Spacious micro apartment with good facilities ( kitchenette, microwave, kettle etc). Free laundry facilities in basement. Great location with off street parking/ access to public transport. Shopping facilities/ eateries nearby. Walking distance to city centre and tourist attractions plenty.

The mattress is bad. You sink in the bed and is not possible to sleep in the middle of the large bed since you automatically slide to the left or right side. Feels kind of like a hammock
