Great location. We booked this for a zoo visit ant the trip to the zoo is a half an hour walk with small kids. The neighbourhood has shops and nice restaurants, so pretty much all you need. The reception and instructions were crystal clear and very easy going to get setup. Room has all you need and it is very quiet and calm.

This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but parking is street parking, so be prepared to have coins on you (a lot of coins) or there is an option to install some parking apps but didn't try that. There was no problem finding a parking spot though.

Great location for me! I had an issue with the main lights in the room not working - so I was given an upgraded room which made my stay more comfortable and I ended up extending by a couple of days!

There was no elevator: so it was a little inconvenient to carry all my overseas luggage through long narrow hallways and stairs to get to my room. No issue with less luggage.

The room is very nice, extremely quite, in a very nice and safe part of town. The staff is amazingly helpful and price is well below the average. The whole experience was very good.

The cleanliness is not perfect, far from bad, but could be better.

The staff was so cute and nice, we loved them. So glad that we could communicate without knowing deutsch. The lady that took us in made us feel like home 🩷 We had option to turn on the heaters and everything was cozy.

Great place in very nice location! We are extremely happy that we stayed in Hotel Garni Kleist. We came by car and it was easy to find a spot to park near the hotel (you have to pay in the parking meter).

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and charming hotel, where the customer service comes highly recommended.

The building Is absolutely beautifuful, with tall ceiling, charming decor and feeling so homely. The staff had been so accommodating with a late checkin, arranging early wake up calls for my meetings, and took care of my luggage during the day while I was at work. Definitely my favourite hotel in the area, which I will revisit on my next trip

Location was great and we got the huge room. The large bathroom was amazing.

Mattresses were way too soft and the room as it was on the groundfloor and only 1 window, was quite dark, but it didnt really matter.

Friendly staff, clean, good value and location.

I wasn’t able to leave my luggage at the hotel before official check-in time.
