I really liked the location, it was in the neighborhood that was very well connected to the city center. The building is old, from the beginning of the 20th century, but it it very well kept and clean. The staff is also very polite and helpful, they provided us with all the necessary information for our stay. The reception didn't work 24/7, but they gave us all the keys we would need so we were free to come and go whenever we wanted. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many choices from which we could pick from.

I didn't like the sound that the pipes made every we would turn on the tap and when we would try to shower. It is not that bad, but I think it was loud enough to disturb the nearby rooms. I don't know if it can be fixed since the building is very old, but it was the only thing I didn't like.

The breakfast selection was very good, which was a pleasant surprise. Other than that "did the job", provided what it should provide.

The reaction of tha staff at the reception was a bit slow, like if they haven't recognised that someone arrived. A bell to ring or similar solution could do the trick...

The lady at the reception is very kind and helpful. The location is excellent. Very quiet street in the immediate vicinity of the main one. An old but well-maintained building with an elevator. Continental breakfast, with basic ingredients, sufficient for this type of pension. Good wi fi. This was not a 5-star hotel, but the price was right for the planned budget.

Through Booking, we paid for a room with three beds, for three adults. Two beds were fine, and the third one was unfortunately very uncomfortable. For 3 people, they gave a total of 6 towels: 3 large, 2 small + 1 floor towel for the bathroom. Towels are not changed for at least 4-5 days.

The hotel is very well located in almoust in the center of Berlin. Underground station is nearby. Old Berlin house with fantastic elevator, stairs, windows.. Comfortable enough in a really good place.

location was exceptional close to the shopping center , room was big and convenience. breakfast was complete I didn't expect such a full range of brekfast selections

Old building with some charm, and interestiung breakfast room upstairs on 4th floor. Basic furniture in bedroom and laid out for a single bed with spare divets giving me extra warmth. Functional only, not super comfort, but the building a had a soul - large windows, wooden stairs and wood panelled lift. Lady on the desk very helpful indeed - sharing an ironing board and also a kettle for making tea in the room. Thank you!

Central place .

More friendly and serviceminded personal. They should also be able to speak English. The bed was too hard for body and spine.

Not my first stay at Hotel Pension Kima - very convenient location for a stay in Berlin.

It's a pretty pension. Bus stop very near by. Clean room and comfortable beds (not too soft). The ladies preparing the breakfast were very kind and fast re-supplying the breakfast buffet.

The wifi didn't work well. Especially in the mornings and evenings there were issues - the devices were connected to wifi (there were more than one wifi network for the same pension), but often with no connection to the internet. Quite annoying, because we were trying to plan our day to day activities. The breakfast had a lot of options, but lacked vegetables and fruits (only tomatoes and apples). Also no fresh bread, only toasts. No hair-dryer in the room.

Everything is just on the right side of the line. Old building but clean, small bed but big enough, slightly grumpy receptionist who left before I could ask for a watercooker but they were left in reach at the reception. Breakfast included decent coffee and was otherwise also good.

I really didn't like that it wasn't a five star hotel but then again, a five star hotel wouldn't really have liked to offer a room for that price.
