Everything simple but efficiënt. Good continental breakfast with good filter coffee. Very friendly and helpfull team. Rooms are efficiënt compared to many fancy modern hotels that I visited. enough space, efficiënt bathroom, enough towels, good nice bed. So from the facilities and the price-quality I'm happy.

The carpet on the Stairway of the whole building is broken and that looks poor. There is only a small old lift, for me no problem but perhaps for groups of older people not handy. There was a lot of noise in the evening and the cleaner lady who was very nice was too noisy on 6:30 every morning. Apart from the lift these are the things that can be improved.

Really liked the room size, very big. Bathroom was also very big. The beds were comfortable too. Staff were helpful and let us store our bags in the storage room. Staff came and emptied bins and gave us extra toilet paper/fresh towels when needed. Lovely service and in a very nice neighborhood. Close to S-bahn and grocery stores. Decor is outdated, but still functional. And we liked how it looked. Walls were a little thin, but we had no trouble sleeping through the noise.

The hotel is located in one of Berlin's most beautiful districts. It is safe also during the night and all means of public transport is easy to reach from there. The staff fulfilled all my requests regarding the room. Our room was spacious with an extra bed and sofa. Also, a huge balcony was connected. Check-in and -out was swift and easy. There is a working elevator in the building. The cleaning staff came every day, changing the towels and the trash can. The hotel in reality was the same as what was seen in the photos on the website.

At the reception desk not everybody was the same, kind person. Some of the staff was apathetic, saying no "Hello!" back. The elevator is slow and scary loud. The building and the rooms are a little bit outdated. The bathroom fan made a constant, annoying noise. There were no hangers on the bathroom wall, only a rod that is not enough for two towels. The soap dispenser on the shower wall did not work at all. The balcony had not been cleaned for a long time, there were many cigarette butts on the floor. Unfortunately, there was no ashtray. The walls were paper thin, we could hear every movement of the occupants around us.

The room given to us this time was super and very comfortable with a street view, cozy comfortable bed, and a sofa too. It was much more comfortable than the last time we were in the same hotel on a different floor. The location is top notch and I hope the prices are kept the same if not a little discounted for budget travelers like us :)

We wanted to extend our stay and the then present staff could have helped us with a good price for a good room but unfortunately, it was peak festive time and extending the accommodation for the same or similar room was really challenging.

The hotel was pretty okay, basic hotel, but good enough to provide all of the needs of a hotel. For such a price-quality level I would definitely recommend it! - The room was enourmous, very high cealing, it all gives a very good impression. - The furniture was just fine, good enough, the room was tidy. - The bathroom was clean, all of the basic stuff like towels, soaps was there. The utilities were slightly old you could tell, but besides that everything was fine. - Stuff was just kind and helpful and also talked well in English and Russian, that was very nice :)

- Despite being close to the U-Bahn station, communiting to the centre might take up to 30mins and lots of changes. - The street is busy, you could here the cars even though the windows were closed. Didn't bother us that much but I could imagine if you have issues sleeping that might be an issue.

The check in staff were very helpful and friendly, and available 24 hours a day. The Hotel is in a good location with good access to cafe's and restaurants, and to the U-Bahn and busses. It's on the N7 night bus route too which was useful. Easy to find, and excellent value for money. Breakfast was available, but we didn't take advantage due to not getting up early in the morning. The room was on a main road, but still quiet at night.

The lift was very small, says for 4 persons, but that would have been a tight squeeze. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, although the was a bar open into the evening. The hallway and stairs didn't look as if they had been cleaned recently, although the corridors and rooms were kept clean.

Front of the desk Men’s were great, always upbeat and smiling and it’s nice to see staff like that, also the housekeeping ladies were lovely! Excellent stays for a week!

The room is really big and very clean; it feels so comfortable to stay here for a week. The only thing bothered me was that there was no kettle in the room and I like drink warm drinks. Some staff downstairs did not seem very friendly when I went down and asked for hot water. I felt uncomfortable to ask twice a day. But the room is nice and pleasant so if you don’t drink hot drinks you should definitely stay here.

Great location. U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations 7 and 15 minutes away walking.

Rather poor wifi. If you work remotely and need decent wifi you will have to use mobile data here. If you want to avoid roaming charges, I suggest you buy a German sim card. In a nearby shop I could get a Lyca sim card with 60 Gigabytes and ok speed for 29 EUR.

It's exactly what I'd expect from a hotel in Berlin. Nice high ceilings as a bonus. Very nice staff, good location, clean rooms and wifi without issues.

There's nothing to put here :) If someone likes modern places, the map dated 1992 hanging on the wall may cause raised eyebrows.
