The room was neat, clean and cozy. The private bathroom was also good. There was good light in the room and a fine view. In my room, there was no mini fridge, but I saw some in the other rooms. I didn’t need one anyway. The hotel is next to an U-Bahn station and not too far from the S-Bahn. Transporting too and from the hotel was simple when guided by google maps. We had no trouble with that. The hospitality was good as was the service. The host provided us with a map of the city and we could ask her for not-to-mess sights in Berlin, she was happy to help. The hotel is on the top two floors of the building. Though there is an elevator, it still keeps it’s old wooden staircase that feels vintage. There is an open terrace with an indoor and an outdoor sections on the top floor where you could have a snack, relax or get some work done. Although the hotel itself does not serve breakfast, I got my muffins and asked Ms Marian for a cup of coffee and got started with my day. It was lovely with the plants and flowers in the outdoor part of the terrace.

No breakfast. No mini fridge in some of the rooms. NOTE THAT!!! You will have to pay in cash in the property +5% city tax. The money you pay on booking should not be debited from your bank account. Make sure to double check your bank statements. I, personally, had no trouble with that, but got a bit confused at first.

I had a great stay here. The staff was friendly, check in and check out was quick and easy, the triple room was spacious and comfortable, the WiFi was decent (not sure if enough for longer video meetings but fine for what I needed), and the breakfast is more than sufficient. As a vegan, there wasn’t an overwhelming choice but you can make do, and for the price you pay, you really can’t complain. I stayed at a lot less for a lot more. So this was great. And the location is good, well connected with underground and busses.

We very much liked the size of our 4 person bedroom and the view from the window. We also loved the fact that only floors 4 and 5 were belonging to the hotel but the rest of the house was “usual flats”, that was rather quirky.

The hotel is located on a busier road and our room was facing the road, so even on the 5th floor you could hear the cars passing by. Keep in mind you either may need to keep the window closed or bring some earplugs.

Location was awesome and near to train 🚊 station U7, Staff really good behavior, room was clear and well arranged.

Language barrier with staff as very little English understanding, floor carpet need to change as it’s very dirty condition, basic needs like Iron, tea kettle, disposable cups must be available for guest. Little bit difficult to find floor 4th reception as usually in hotels it’s on ground floor.

Location was excellent. Within a few blocks of some nice places.

It isn't easy pulling luggage up and down stairs. You have to do the front door few steps and your room might be up and down a few stairs. For me it wasn't bad because I am young but might be difficult for others. Also there was no AC in my room. For me that was annoying but others may not care.

The room was nice and had a good view. There was a big room like a library for guests to stay out of the room and enjoy the view. It was a nice and quiet place. I liked it.

I wouldn't say I liked two things, I wanted to stay for more nights, but there was no free room. The other thing was that, it was written in the bath that the towels are changed every three days.

There was almost nothing that I didn’t like. However,it might be nice to have a table fan now that it is summer and the rooms can get quite warm during the day.

Friendly receptionist. We could leave our bags in the room even before check-in time. And at the time of checkout, we could leave the bags to pick them up later. Very central location just in fron of the metro station Konstanzerstrasse

The carpet at the room could have a deeper cleaning.

Very flexible staff, when I had a timing problem for checking in, I received immediately instructions. - Good location, right next to U7 - Price

Probably no need a furniture for putting phones, galsses etc. But one board on the wall would be enough. - No sound isolation

Location is wonderful, about 100 meters of U-Bahn. The breakfast area has a nice view.

The carpet in rooms were old, which seemed like not clean. The room didn’t have a fridge.
