Amazing location in the quiet side street with a lot of greenery and nice smell from the linden trees in Kurfürstendamm, one of the best areas of Berlin. Just 1-2 min walk from U-Bahn station. Just 20-25 min from Berlin main train station, which is also very close in terms of such a big city. Surely, you shouldn't wait for luxury but everything is proper and reasonable. No breakfasts but I had a small fridge in the single room, and good supermarket is 2 minutes walk. I spent a month in the hotel at the work at Euro football tournament and was totally satisfied.

My stay here was excellent! While the hotel is a bit older, it’s got a charm to it, and everything was perfectly fine. The bed, in particular, was incredibly comfortable I slept like a baby. The overall experience was great, and I’d happily come back

I honestly didn’t find anything I didn’t like about the hotel. If you’re looking for a short-term stay, it’s perfect everything was comfortable and convenient. While I personally had no issues, I think for longer stays, some might prefer something a bit more modern. But for me, everything was just right! ( The painting on the wall was a bit scary xD )

The building as a whole is quite old but our room was very nice and everything was clean. It's just 50 meters from the metro station making it easy to reach anywhere with a daily ticket.

Unfortunately street parking is either time limited or quite expensive for a full day. Looking for open parking nearby is a more reasonable option as there are cheaper daily alternatives available.

Beautiful little hotel. Location could not be better as the Kurfürstendamm is only a few steps away. Bus train and underground are easily accessible. Yes the Hotel is not modern and has imperfections but that’s what makes up its charm if you ask me. The elevator is a protected monument as the staff (which was helpful and very nice) told me. For me this hotel represents the „real Berlin“ if you are looking for a Holliday inn standard that is the same in any room, this hotel is not for you but I will definitely be back and highly recommend. The prices are unbeatable too.

The hotel does not have fixed times as it is run by a family with children but there is a telephone number on the door where I could reach somebody (who was on Location) at all times.

Did not receive email with key instructions for late check in. Fortunately I was helped by a staff member unexpectedly passing and who stopped to make up for the deficiency.

The property is old, ethnic and beautiful... The rooms are quite big with high ceilings and large windows... It gives a feel of staying in a mansion... The staff were extremely co-operative and tried to promptly sort our problems even though the communication was mainly via messages.. The U-Bahn station is just a few metres away and gives you easy access to all important stops in the city... There is a regular supply of te and coffee in the corridor... It is extremely good value for money...

the room was very cozy and it has pretty much everything i needed. the ppl in the reception dont get into the guest business. the self checkout was excellent the view in the very quite neighborhood was very nice the room was fully covered with carpet and that kept it quite not cold there were many convenient places to charge my electronic devices there was a very good small refrigerator in the room there was a safe also in the cardboard there were beautiful paintings everywhere

that their was no washer in the hotel.. I know not every place has a washer but thee hotel would be perfect if it has it

The property was in a good location just a two minute walk from the metro and a 5-10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Was in the suite room and it was the best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. A huge tub for two with three separate rooms, the large bathroom, main bedroom area with a large bed, and then the entrance room with a fridge, table, and cozy chair. Such cute decor. Staff were lovely, there was free coffee in the morning, and free housekeeping each day if you’d like. Absolutely could not recommend more.

This is one of the old places that has been well preserved, has never been hollowed out and has thus retained a lovely atmosphere. Don't expect luxury, of course, but cosiness and a reminder that people in earlier times had a good life despite their more modest demands.

I think the owners can save money by gradually replacing the radiators with modern ones. In a few years, they can then use a heat pump or switch to a low-temperature heating network.

I liked the location, connectivity with U-bahn, shop nearby, low price, cleanliness, peacefulness, quietness, free coffee/tea, the old elevator <3, helpful service (no staff in sight, but emails were answered in a matter of hours).

Only reason to complain were the pillows, too big and too soft for us.
