I was a bit worried about the rooms and reception staff after reading quite a few negative reviews on Google, but all of those criticisms proved inaccurate. The hotel was good in general, very clean and well maintained. The rooms were like any good 3 star hotel and (contrary to Google reviews) the bathroom was quite spacious with opaque sliding glass doors so there was no problem at all. The multiple reception staff I met over the days we stayed were also very polite and helpful (again unlike the Google reviews which seem to have been caused by one specific person). Overall, a good deal for the price paid and I would stay here again!

WiFi signal was weak and unreliable. If you plan to work, game or watch a lot of movies - this could be a problem.

Great design of bathroom which opened into the bedroom....very comfortable and spacious room....wonderful staff....small but very satisfying breakfast.....nice minimalist Nordic design....they have a scheme where if you don't want cleaning every day then you get a free drink! The staff were very nice about the wi-fi problems and gave me a free breakfast because of it.

The internet kept coming and going which is something you really don't expect in the middle of Europe. Location isn't too good, though served my purposes...the road it is on seems to be a quiet backwater but is actually quite noisy if you have a front facing room on a low floor. The U-bahn it is near is pretty useless for sight seeing purposes and you have to walk to the Charlottenburg S-bahn which is a brisk 15 min walk, though a nice one. Not much around by way of cafes as a pretty residential area so ended up having to have breakfast in house. A kettle in the rooms would be great.

Thw staff are friendly. The location is not bad, 10 minutes walk from main streets and stores. The room was cleaned daily,exept one day. The manager agreed to upgrade the room without additional charges (a room with sofa).

I asked for towels at the evening and they didnt have any left. Only had 3 small ones. Also they didnt have an exyra pellow. Very wierd. The bathroom had a glass door, very bad idea. Take that into concedration.

The location, breakfast and size of rooms were perfect. Showers working, towels clean and soft. The bed was comfy. It was quiet at night even if I was two doors opposite the elevator. No problem. The staff was always helpful as well.

But my room was cleaned two days in a row not. I know it is sustainable but someone should have the choice. But it was sorted the next day.

The rooms were fully equipped for a comfortable stay, whether it was for a short or medium duration. It had all the necessary amenities such as a microwave, kettle, stove top, fridge, and cooking utensils. The bathroom was spacious and provided essential items like shower gel and hand wash. The fluffy white towels were a delight to use. The friendly cleaner came to tidy up the room every day. The location was convenient, with two train stations within walking distance, as well as the main shopping strip. I enjoyed a delicious Indian dinner at Aarna Devi, which was just a 3-minute walk away.

Although the bed was narrow, it was still very comfortable. As a petite person, it was a perfect fit for me. However, if you are a taller or larger person traveling alone and opt for the single bed, it may not provide enough space for you.

It was clean. Good value for your price. Staff were very helpful. Close to Charlottenburg station. Overall good hotel.

A can of Red Bull and/or a bottle or cola from their own vending machine costs €4.00/€4.50. Ridiculous. And sometimes the cleaning people didnt replace my towel but only took the old one with them. A bottle of water in the room wouldve been nice.

Breakfast was very basic, if you are in a rush it will do the thing. If you have time you can find more interesting place approximately 500m away from the hotel. Hotel had everything needed for a tired during the day business traveller. The room was big enough, clean, wifi was working well.

Limited variety for breakfast; a bit noisy neighbours (some youth establishment with late paries, so you have to close your windows). The staff was there, but did not look particularly happy and/or excited, which I like to see in hotels.

- Room was modern and clean. - Walk in shower had good water pressure and was plenty warm. - Didn’t interact much with the staff but when I did they were all polite and helpful. - Wi-Fi was fast. - Each side of the bed had an electrical outlet as well as a USB port. - Bed was comfy. - Fridge was nice and clean. - Cute little balcony but I didn’t make use of it. Still, nice to have for your morning cuppa if that's your thing. - Quiet neighborhood, could hear the birds chirp in the AM. - If you plan on staying in the room a lot, it might not be for you. However, if, like me, you use this a base of operation, night rest, naps, shower and shave etc, then I highly recommend it. But it is important to understand that this is a residential quiet neighborhood. For me this was perfect, nice chill place to come back to and relax. Public transportation: There are three lines that are between 10-15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. - U7 Aldenauerstr: This will get you to Rudow and from there you can take a bus to BER airport. So very handy for getting to and from the airport. -U3 Fehrbelliner Platz: This will take you to both Kreuzberg and Friedrichain, the “hip and happening” ‘hoods. - S41/S42 Hohenzollerndamm: This the above ground train that makes a ring around the city. Take that to Ostkreuz and there you are in Friedrichhain and a hop and a skip from Kreuzberg. Since this is a residential neighborhood, there are plenty for grocery stores in the vicinity and if you're into walking, you're not far from Savignyplatz which has some cool little breakfast places. If you're into photography, check the C/O as well as the Helmut Newton Foundation which are both nearby.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The check out at 12 is plus most hotels want you to leave earlier. The staff was incredibly helpful and so friendly, amazing staff. It was exceptionally clean. Shower very hot.

There are no pans or utensils in the kitchenette. but would certainly be provided after asking the staff. But then we were only in the restaurants

The hotel was overbooked. I really shocked at first. but staffs handled the situation very well. So, they send me another hotel with taxi. So, the new hotel was really good and it was bigger than the one I booked.

The hotel they send me was far from public transportation. So everytime I had to walk 15 mins to reach S-bahn. Yggotel is closer to U-bahn. And also, the hotel accept only credit card. So, I dont use credit card. but I was lucky to keep my old credit card with me
