I really liked the location of the hotel — it was only a 3-minute walk to the nearest U-Bahn (metro) station and about 7 minutes to the S-Bahn, which takes you to the center of Berlin very quickly. This made getting around the city super convenient. The neighborhood itself was pleasant, quiet, and felt safe. The breakfast was also quite good — a decent selection of items like fresh bread, eggs, cheese, and coffee, which was more than enough to start the day.

The main downside was the size of the bathroom — it was very small and felt a bit cramped. The rooms in general could use some renovation. Also, the floors were very squeaky, and it was easy to hear when someone walked past our room, especially at night, which affected the quality of sleep a little.

- Very good position close to U-bahn and S-Bahn, but not close to the centre or to the nightlife. Many restaurants close to the location. Ideal for the Congress centre City Cube. -The staff was very helping with our many requests, flexible. Thanks a lot! - Good price for the service offered. - Good liberty of coming and going at any hour.

- The rooms were clean, even though there were some signs of use that did not affect the functioning of the facility, so no problems (i.e. cracks in the sink). - There is nobody at the reception and no number to phone in case of emergency after 6pm. We had our keys locked inside one room by the cleaning lady and we had to wait for the next day for somebody to open the door. Luckily we were a big group of 10 people so we found an arrangement for the night. PLEASE PROVIDE A PHONE NUMBER FOR EMERGENCY WHERE GEUST CAN REACH YOU IN CASE OF SIMILAR PROBLEMS.

The location is nice, just above the Adenauerplatz metro station and convenient transportation all around. The room is in old fashion but clean. The bathroom is newly renovated. I would recommend the restaurant just downstairs, local German food with good service and nice beer. Pretty reasonable price during the UEFA period.

Check-in system need to be improved, some guests complained about key locker not working and have to wait for the room key when arriving at off-hours. Fortunately, we arrived just in time and get the key smoothly.

We didn't ask for breakfast, so I don't know about that, but the neighborhood of the hotel was beautiful and safe with great public transport connections.

The light switch on one side of the bed was just above where the pillow should be so it happened that I accidentally switched it on during my sleep.... I had to move a little down on the mattress and it was fine, but a taller guest would probably have some issues with this solution.

Great location (about 2km from the central bus station and less than 10 minutes walk from Charlottenburg train station), bed super comfortable, great staff, nice surroundings and the room was well cleaned. An extra positive point was that I got there around 12:30 and they let me do the check in and enter the room earlier.

Beautiful old building with very comfortable beds and very clean. Informative staff, bar and restaurant downstairs with wonderful staff, great location for use of underground trains. Great cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Really enjoyed our stay, was a great last minute find when our onwards travel plans changed and we ended up staying 3 nights! Definitely try out the old style elevator!

No issues

1. Breakfast is an extra 8 euro and not every day available, on the days that i ordered it soon enough it was very good and reach, fresh baked bread a sort of meat cheese and some veggies too. 2. The location is in close to U bahn station and about 5 minutes walk to S bahn station Charlotenburg. On the main road there are a loto of bus lines passing an stopping. 3. Around the location there are many restaurants. 4. Despite all the mentioned my room was very quiet.

1. Under the carpet was the parquet floor that in some points was in an inadequate situation, movement and some noise. 2. There were some days that the room wasn't serviced.

The location was great. Breakfast was great. The only problem... I travlled with my kids and there was a tv only with Radio channels, no TV at all. For me it was fine but for the kids a bit weird.

Clean room, great shower, good size for three people. Area felt safe and hotel was secure. The staff were friendly.

No tea, coffee or any cutlery available in the room, although there is a kettle. Pillows weren't great.

Brilliant hotel, very central to where I needed to be. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and facilities were excellent. Can't recommend it enough.
