Close to Charlottenberg Railway Station the hotel is in an excellent location with the SBahn being a couple of minutes walk away. the room provided was a very large, and included a separate sitting room.

The Wi-fi did not work in the room as no signal was received. Both TV's in the beroom and sitting room also did not work.

I want to give special credit to Mark, working at the reception. I had unfortunate events where my original accommodation was canceled and I booked a room in Orion Hotel late at night. I was sick and extremely hungry, but because I was very sick, I was not able to go out to have a meal and it was very late at night around 23:30. I called the reception and asked if I can order food. Mark offered to order pizza and personally deliver it to my room. After waiting around 3 minutes, he came to my room and informed me that unfortunately the pizza place was closed already. Then what does he do? He gave me 4 packs of Kinder chocolate. This seems like a very minor thing, but I cannot explain how this almost saved me. I could sleep afterward and woke up fine. So thanks a lot Mark again. I sincerely believe he should be promoted.

I could not ask for more for this price. The sheets and towels were clean and smelled good. The bathroom was wonderful. Hot water and the heating were reliable. It is so close to the train station, it is very easy to go everywhere in Berlin. And the staff was very nice.

The staff is very friendly and especially the reception is very helpful. The hotel is in a great location with a nice flair and many restaurants close by. We particularly enjoyed the balcony of our room. Overall, it is excellent value.
