The best of the hotel is its location, if you are looking for a hotel in west Berlin, this is the one! Located in the heart of Charlottenburg. It is very well connected: bus, metro, S-bahn, Regional train, within a 3 min. walk. There are many options for eating, great variaty of coffe places. Also many shops. The room is bigger than it looks in the pictures, with all the basic amenities you might need in your stay: a desk, a wardrobe, decent bathroom. Nothing fancy but good enough. Staff was friendly, they spoke english. The Wifi was not working in the room the first two days (it was working in the reception), but they fixed it and it worked very well in the room. I was not having breakfast in the hotel.

Spacious, especially the big bedroom with double bed. Really nice bathroom. I was scared from reading other reviews, but my stay was in the appartment/superior suite so my experience might be a little bit different. I would recommend the superior suite

WiFi in second bedroom is weak/unusable. Kitchen has everything you need but is a tiny and there's no place to sit together if you go as a group. There was construction of another house so it was a little bit loud but that's not something they can do about. It's fine because at night and weekend it's still quite and if you don't like, you can close the window. A second set of key and table on the balcony would be great.

I'm using this hotel regularly, for transport I'm using bicycle (parking inside hotel),15 min from ZOO, 25 min from Brandenburg torr, around this hotel plenty of restaurants, shops and so on. I like this part of Berlin.

good location , nice hosts, could communicate in English, change of sheets& towels every day :)

sadly the elevator was broken, and the hotel rooms start at floor 2+ which was a bit of a struggle for some family members

Great room, lift was working and good carpark in the rear (extra $). Easy access of public transport, restaurants and cafes and fruit and veg shop. Good value for money.

Location is great. Rooms are huge and clean and beds are super comfortable. Really good price.

It didn't say we have to pay for the parking up until i already payed for the hotel. It gave the impression that the parking was included in the price and it wasn't.

The old wooden stairway in the corridor, its nice smell which put me to a feeling like being in my grandpa old house in my childhood. The old but quality and reliable non-electronic lift. The model of old Ferrari boat in the breakfast dining hall. The nice lady at the reception, which does not play a modern role of a stunner, but she is very polite, kind and supports guests with natural mother‘s solicitude…

Very nice apartment in a good neighborhood. Great value for the money. Breakfast included was a nice perk. The staff was friendly, except for the person who helped us check in. He was completely clueless and so for the first 24 hours we did not have internet access because he kept on giving us the wrong information (the apartment is located in a different building than the main hotel).

The heating also didn't work and we were traveling with an infant, so that was frustrating. They are also reconstructing the building so there was load drilling very early in the morning, basically all day. We were out and about most of the time, so it was OK. So be aware of 1 incompetent staff member (others were very nice), construction (probably for several months), and non functioning heating.

Clean and tidy rooms, great location. Comfortable feeling in the room. Good breakfast, good staff. I was positively surprised. Very good value for money.

Internet didn't work on upper floors. Also it would be good to have "No cleaning" sign in the room that you can hang on the door.
