We arrived late and tired and were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff. The room was larger than expected, large comfortable double bed, beautifully designed bathroom. We went to the bar super late and although they were about to close, they still let us have a drink and plenty of time to enjoy it. Stylish bar where we returned the following nights because it was so nice. Breakfast was also nice with a wide variety of hot and cold food, different juices and other drinks. Good choice of breads and cereals. They also cater for early and late breakfasts. The hotel is close to the wall memorial and the underground. So easy to get around the city. Check-out is at 12 noon, which is another positive. Good wifi in the room. We can highly recommend it and will certainly be back.

What didn't we like. Everything was excellent. The hotel, the room, the facilities, the food, the drinks,the cleanliness, the staff. Any bad reviews about this place I find hard to believe. Everything about our stay was perfect. The city is so accessible and some reviews thought this hotel was a bit far out. Its 30 seconds from a U station - connections to literally everywhere in Berlin. Do not expect to walk everywhere in Berlin. Use the public transport. It couldn't be easier. Cannot fault the hotel. 20 out of 10, easy. Can't wait to come back!!

Loved every minute of our stay!

Upside: Quiet, comfortable rooms, an outstanding breakfast, and an exceptionally well-equipped gym — far above typical hotel standards. Most of the breakfast staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Downside: The water went out just before an important meeting. Hotel staff on site were unsympathetic ("It's a technical problem; nothing we can do") and suggested I use the spa if I wanted a shower. I found this response lacking. However, when I raised the issue with the head office in Istanbul, they responded immediately with an apology and an offer of compensation. Overall: Despite the incident, I would gladly stay at the hotel again. The quality of the facilities and the follow-up from head office outweighed the temporary lapse in on-site service.

Good location, excellent breakfast, nicely engineered doors and windows, very quiet. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were very well serviced and clean. Very pleasant stay.

Restaurant was all about appearance and food quality was poor. We ate three meals there - the first, “seafood soup with prawns” had one prawn - which seemed a little mean. A pizza Napoli came doused with passata - it looked like a whole carton had been dumped on it - the waitress’s explanation was that as there was no cheese on this pizza, they added more sauce. Result was inedible and sent back to be returned marginally improved, but still soggy. A spaghetti dish was returned as it was on the wrong side of al-dente. In all cases, the presentation was very appealing, but largely inedible. Avoid this restaurant - there are plenty of excellent local options.

Location was great, close metro Hotel staff were friendly and helpful The cleanliness of hotel and room was exceptional Breakfast was amazing, excellent selection of continental and hot food. The dining area was very light and open feel with staff on hand to clear crockery quickly. The room was very comfortable and larger than we were expecting. Very comfy bed and pillows, amazing large TV set into mirror in front of bed. Air con worked well which was perfect for a 38°c day! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again

The swimming pool was nice too, very well maintained and clean, however it is £20 per person per day - even for paying hotel guests - which i thought was a bit too much expensive especially if you're just spending 30 minutes doing a little swim.

it was really clean. the staff was nice. we enjoyed the location. the best was gym, with great equipment. beds were very comfortable. no complaints about the room.

i didnt like breakfast wasnt included as well as the swimming pool and sauna. it is a bit expensive on top of the room price to pay extra for.

very stylish, very clean, very comfortable hotel. the staff were on the whole very good especially in the restaurant. Waited a long time to receive our drinks from the bar wait staff, but it happens. The rooms were excellent, very clean, comfortable beds, good shower. the bar area was good, and apart form one occasion, prompt and courteous. Superb fitness facilities and spa, again clean and well maintained. The restaurant was superb, both in the quality of the food and the service, also provided a good choice of meals. The breakfast was also well above average, lots of choice, well presented and great quality. whilst not in the centre, very close to the "U" stations with great links to all of the sightseeing hot spots. All in all, this was a top notch hotel, well above average

nothing really, a minor issue with the bar waiting staff, but really not something to make an issue over.

some of the plugs and light weren’t working in the room. we could see some surges on the doors but a very minor thing

Simply wonderful hotel in Berlin. In a great location with several amenities on your doorstep. Facilities were excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful - the guy on reception when we checked in was first class. Great breakfast and great Spa facilities. The attached restaurant was very also very good. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable indeed. Fantastic parking facilities in the basement if you are driving - although a bit pricey maybe at EUR 25 a day - but that seems to be becoming the norm these days :-(
