Amazing stay 2 nights in Berlin. Travelling with teenage son. He loved the cool beach relaxed vibe. The location is super central, S Bahn Nordbahnhof is just next door, as is the Wall Monument, which was amazing and impressive. The cubes are small but sufficient ( and for the price adequate) . Wash facilities are near by and very clean. The bar at the volley ball courts is very nice, nice food and safe and relaxed atmosphere. It's not too loud and the sleeping cubes are located in a way that you can sleep soundly despite the place being busy and popular with the locals.

Loved everything. A swimming pool would have been nice ( was 33 degrees!) ;-)

We stayed in a tiny cube with just enough space for the two single beds and a nightstand. There was a bit of additional storage space with shelves mounted on the wall, large enough to store our carry-on bags. The beds were relatively comfortable. Temperature regulation is via windows (for cooling) and a heater. The room was clean and close to the bathroom facilities (which are centrally located, close to all the cubes). Staff were friendly, but available only for the working hours (till about 3 pm?). There are beach volleyball courts (very busy!) and there is sand all around the area, giving a nice atmosphere of a beach town (no pool or sea, though, of course). There is a nice bar/cafe, where they serve drinks and snacks -- locally made, according to the staff (we did not have time to sample them). Some good restaurants are within walking distance, as is the Berlin Wall Memorial.

We had forgotten that towels are provided for an additional cost (2 EUR each, medium size). The cubes are separated from neighbors by about 10 in of space, but the noise from neighbors can still be clearly heard, as can the noise of the city. Depending on the night and the neighbors, it can be a bit difficult to sleep in peace.

Location, cleanliness, never had to wait a moment for the shared bathrooms. The whole Beach Mitte complex is just lovely.

The cubes are very tiny but we knew that up front. Worthy payoff for this price in this location. Didn't concern us but if you plan on sleeping in late you may be woken up by people playing tennis right next to the cubes.

Great position, quite central and very close to any type of transport. The room was small, but very cosy and warm - we were worried we would freeze in the Berlin freezing weather, but we were pleasantly surprised with how warm the room was at all times. Beds were comfy enough.

The pillows were quite flat and uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have had some towels provided, even though it is mentioned on their Booking page that you can rent some towels. The toilets were mostly clean, but sometimes the smell of public toilet was a bit overwhelming. Overall, great quality for what you pay.

Wonderful stay !! Lodges were obviously very small but just enough space to sleep while traveling, room was clean and comfortable (we were 3 people and it was alright, I think the rooms for 2 people are more comfortable). Staff was accommodating, friendly and spoke English. Shared bathroom but clean. Chill ambience at the bar. Located in a very nice area not far from the centre, had S-Bahn, U-Bahn and tram stations very close by (at walking distance), as well as a museum. Price is just right, I can only recommend this place and I will go back on my next visit.

It was clean. Staff were lovely, the bar onsite was great. Incredible value for money. It isn't the Ritz, but it's a good place for people who don't need anything other than a clean place to put their bags and to sleep.

The walls were very thin! You could hear everything! Even the couple.enjoying their night in the cube next door! 😂

Easy to find. Odd but nice type of living in the middle of a big city. Over all good.

I missed some kind of shared space with simple kitchen with utensils and a fridge. I would like a little table and some hooks for clothing in the small huts. Bunk beds a bit wonky and quirks.

Reception staff were so nice. The location was perfect, with easy access to trams, trains and buses. The accommodation itself is exactly what you paid for - a cute little lodge with great heating, making it viable for any time of the year.

The cleaner of the toilets was quite rude. He was the only staff member who was not of the same caliber.

The hostel is very well located, easy transport access to most of Berlin. Staff was pretty friendly and helpful, the installations were nice and the atmosphere overall was very vibrant and fun. Comfortable rooms and fair bathroom and toilet facilities. Overall, great value for money.

Maybe they could increase the price a bit to include towel and toiletries. They have towels for a low price to rent, which was helpful, but it would be even more practical to have those things already included.

unfortunately the trampoline park next door had quite a few early deliveries which were very loud near the accommodation - obviously not the accommodation's fault but it did wake us a number of times
