Extremely clean, quiet and cozy. This Gästhaus even has a certificate that serves as an evidence of regular, professional matrace cleaning activities (without harmful chemicals). This place has an extensive history. It is described in German but - worth reading. Loved it!

I arrived late in the night and had some difficulties to find the entrance. The late night checkin took place in the neighbor hotel (it is close and not a problem i was just tired after a 10 hoir trip). That bein said , my stay was amazing. Those parts in the garden we unexpected and lovely:)

The guesthouse is very close to multiple public transport stations, making moving around the city very easy. Finding the guesthouse itself was a bit tricky as you needed to go through another hotel which had the reception, through their garden and follow the walkway until you reached the guesthouse. The correct door to use is on the side of the building and has a clear sign of the guesthouse, originally I tried a wrong door and wondered why it wouldn't open. :') The location is absolutely beautiful and the garden of the other hotel was a delight to spend time in too. My room had a balcony with a nice view, was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was nice and they even made a plate of scrambled eggs personally for me.

The bed was very stiff, good if you like that but I found it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Finding the guesthouse was a bit tricky even with the guide provided at reception. Figuring out places to exit without having to go through the reception every time took some time, guidance about this would be nice too!

- the room was comfortable and very clean; - they have a nice terrace/garden; - the location is great, easy to arrive by tram from the train stations; - the breakfast was very limited but the items available were good quality;

- they don't have air conditioner (I missed this in the description), since I got a ground floor room I was not comfortable to leave the door of the terrace open, and the window was not enough; - related to the terrace, the garden is common with entry to the street so anyone can go by it;

Very, very nice room. Tidy and fresh. It felt more like a tiny apartrnent than a hotellroom. It had a small balkony that fits two people comfartably, with a nice view out the garden. Very quite too. There was also a two plate stove with amenaties to cook, aswell as waterboiler and coffee and a fridge. Breakfast is an paid option, quite ok. Nordbanhof is 5min away. Highly recommend and would definatly come back!

Beautiful tranquil location . Clean well equipped apartment, which had everything we needed. Secure parking at an additional cost . Very close to all means of public transport. Would recommend to anyone requiring a peaceful stay in Berlin . Best of all a short walk from the marvellous Berlin flea market at Mauerpark

Very nice room with bathroom and balcony. Clean and quiet. I didn't have breakfast or meet any of the staff so can't comment on that.

The gasthaus is in a lovely location, very quiet, but very hard to find if you arrive as I did late at night. There is nobody on reception in the evening and you have to find another hotel first to get your key, then try to find the gasthaus, which is very well hidden. If you can time your arrival for daylight hours, I'm sure you'll be fine.

Great location, huge garden around and a closed territory. Very quiet and the option to cancel cleaning when needed (otherwise you have every day cleaning service that also great). The room is spacious, warm, with enough blankets and closets. The kitchenette is well-equipped with appliances, including a microwave and coffee maker. Fast and stable internet. I really liked this place!

The kitchen was fully equipped but I couldn't find any pot or pan, and bowl for mixing. It was really strange when there was a hotplate. It was difficult to understand how open the gates to the territory - might have added this information in description of location.

Large room, clean, great (perfect) location, beautiful area. Room is basic but good for city break (if most time spent outside anyway).

Hard to find & access and the front desk stuff was terrible and rude but we only had to encounter it on checkin/out.

Large fresh recently reburbished room. Smelled lovely of fresh wood and bed was comfortable Right next to the Berlin Wall memorial and close to travel links Tropical birds in the garden Garden was lovely

No kettle cups or tea or coffee are provided in the room. Didn’t feel like a hotel. More like a conference place

Location is great, few minutes from metro and tram station. Berlin wall museum is few steps from the place. I was in 010 room, its on the ground floor, temperature was great, bug room, very clean, bathroom was very clean as well. Big windows, balcony, bed was comfortable. This is a guesthouse, you can arrive later, you just need to checkin in a hotel next to the guesthouse. The innen yard is beautiful, lots of green and its quiet. I tried the hotel restaurant 1 time. The food was great and the hotel stuff was friendly as well.

If the window is open and someone talking in the front of the house door, thats quite loud, but it happened only 1 time. The walls are quite thin, you can hear the cleaner very early in the morning.
