I really appreciated the location of the hotel, which was central. It was easy to walk to lots of things, including transport to get to other parts of the city and the airport. If you're not planning to be at the hotel except to sleep and want to be central, this is a great option.

The hotel was visibly worn down, with burn marks in the carpet and an overall dingy feeling. My 6th floor room was crazy hot, despite the heat being off. I was able to mitigate it by opening the window, but that won't work so well in the summer. And the actually frustrating thing for me was the internet being so bad. I had booked the hotel specifically for the internet and was quite frustrated by how often it would drop entirely.

Nice hotel, conveniently accessible from the Berlín main railway station. Facing the natural science múzeum it is located in a safe neighborhood, although on a quite busy Invaliden Srasse which is a bit noisy, especially if you stay in the room adjoining the street. The room was of a good size, very clean, all equipment functional, wifi well performing, the staff was polite and kind, good breakfast.offer.

The sound isolation from the street wasn't very good, it made a quite noise in the room every tíme when the tram was passing around. Because of no bar present in the hotel it was not possible to take a good espresso in the morning, neither a good beer on draught later

Hotel was well situated near Hauptbahnhof opposite Naturkunde Museum and close to a tram stop. Cafes are also close by. The room was compact and the bathroom excellent with large rain shower good for hair washing! Staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was excellent, especially the gluten-free rolls.

Room was a little squashy as my bed was next to the window. Charite hospital is in the next street, hence frequent ambulance sirens in the evening.

The position was super central and it had the privilege of being in front of the natural history menu, which is amazing for families and a must-see of berlin. For the future, you could create a discount code for your guests who wish to see the museums.

everything was amazing, maybe just the room was a bit noisy at night, but it’s understandable since we are so near the charitè hospital. The only thing which left me perplexed, it that I didn’t remember booking for two people when it was just me, and it was a shame that we could not arrange a downgrade and only pay for myself, since the staff saw that it was just me at check in. Maybe making sure of the number of guests, and offering a downsizing would have been the cherry on top, but on the other hand it’s an amazing hotel in an incredible position. Cleanliness should be a bit improved because my pillowcase had stains, and it was a bit unpleasant, but these things happen.

There’s a tram stop right in front of the hotel and a metro stop 3 mins away so it’s really easy to get anywhere you want. Berlin central station is 15mins walk away from the hotel. The breakfast was more than enough and had many options like 2 types of eggs, bacon, variety of cheese and baked goods, fresh fruits so you’ll definitely find smth for yourself. There’s also a big market 3 mins away. The staff was helpful when we needed them. The room was cleaned every day without we even needed to ask for it. If i wanted to stay in Berlin again, i would definitely consider this place.

I think there’s a hospital and a fire station nearby and the tram goes right in front of the hotel so it was almost always loud. But we already knew that before booking since it’s in the centre of the city so i don’t know if it’s really a con. The lightning in the room could be better but that’s all.

Breakfasts were always the same but tasty and fresh and team always added items which were over. Location is very close to city center, that's great. But very often we heard sirens of ambulance and 112 cars, it was very loud and woke up us even through the tight close windows. It doesn't depend on hotel service, of course, just guests should know about this inconvenience. Very clean bathroom, special thanks for cosmetic mirror! Soft comfortable beds, set of tea and coffee with a kettle - that's very nice.

The room was clean and cosy. The location was perfect — the hotel was situated between two tram stations and very close to Berlin Central Station. Most of the main attractions were nearby as well. The staff was very friendly :) Definitely coming back to Berlin!

Location was great, only 10 min walk from the main station and U and S bahn connections nearly just the street. The staff was super friendly.

The traffic noise at night can be a bit loud if you face the road and on the upper floors, the option to open the window would just make the noise louder. There is also No AC on the top floor rooms, they do provide a nice fan, but when it's rather hot at night and one can't open the window for the traffic noise it's not the most ideal if you are looking for a good night's sleep.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great both for walking trips and using public transport. It's neat to have a kettle in room for coffee / tea.

Mattress was too hard for my taste. Coffee bags, tea bags, creme packages in the room should be replenished daily, and it would be nice to also have decaf coffee available. Breakfast menu could be a little more varied.

Room very comfortable, and clean. Plenty of storage space for the duration of visit. Room well equipped with kettle and coffee. Bathroom clean, well maintained and spacious. Walk in shower was a positive. Location is excellent, 10min walk from main Train Station, and 15min walk from most tourist places. AlexanderPlatz is around a 30min walk, or their is a tram stop right outside the hotel.
