It was only a tram ride or a 12-15 minute easy walk from the train station. Originally received room 509 but moved to 339 for a better aircon. Bed was comfy and the bathroom worked well with good water pressure. Breakfast was incredibly tasty, with so much to choose from. All staff we encountered from cleaning, breakfast and reception were most friendly and helpful. A fabulous Italian Resteraunt across the road with a nice courtyard area and their food and service was so good we ate there twice in our 4 night stay.

We stayed in a business double and I was hoping the bath towels would not be so old and thin. I did have a bit of difficulty getting the room temperature a bit cooler, and even kept the curtains closed.

The staff were all very kind and extremely helpful. The location was excellent. We had a room facing at the back of the building which was very quiet despite the central location. Good sound proofing and thermal insulation. The breakfast was excellent with a big variety of options for every taste. I would stay here again.

There was a pub inside the hotel that was not operating during our stay. It would have been nice to be able to grab a drink or a snack without the need to leave the hotel at night, after a long day out exploring the city. Also, the hairdryer was not working properly. After a few seconds it went off automatically and you had to wait for a couple of minutes before it would turn on again. So it took quite a while to dry long wet hair. However, as i mentioned before, this is an ideal hotel for exploring Berlin, especially if you are visiting for the first time. It is clean, value for money, with a nice breakfast and really polite and helpfull staff.

Good location, comfy beds, tasty breakfast. Staff was helpful. In overall, we were happy with this hotel and enjoyed our time there. Loved the sauna!

Small inconvenience that the sauna wasn’t always working. You need to inform the staff 1 hour in advance if you would like to use it, so they can heat it up. In the bathroom the tap was too short for the sink which is quite annoying

We had a Junior Suite which was very nice with separate Living area and Bedrooms. It was nice to be able to spread out and not be sqrunched up into a small room. Really a nice place all in all but a couple of minor things that we did not like. The location was on a busy road. Several restaurants nearby but also a lot of street people. Hanging around and sleeping at the bus stop up on the corner. We never had problem but avoided walking around a lot at night. The other thing was no room service. They would give you fresh set of towels or TP if you asked but no service in the rooms. Not a big deal but for what we were paying for a mini suite you would think a change of towels and trash service during our stay would be nice. And last but not least. NO ICE. Since they had no bar or restaurant besides the breakfast area there was nowhere to get a bucket of ice. They suggested we go next door to REWE and get a big bag. They could also have easily done this themselves and kept some ice on hand for Americanos who like their ice. Again no big deal. We would stay again mainly due to the nice big roomy rooms. Thanks

I had a wonderful stay at the H+ Berlin Mitte. It is located directly next to a REWE grocery store, so guests can easily buy themselves something to snack on or drink between meals. The bed was comfortable, and the room felt really large to me; I quite enjoyed, also, that I was able to fill the mini fridge with my own drinks to keep them cold for myself, rather than it just being a mini bar for purchase. The staff are very friendly, especially the breakfast buffet staff - they are accommodating, and remember their guests and their room numbers fairly easily, making getting to the buffet quicker. There are a lot of choices at the buffet as well, from breads, yogurts, cheeses, meats, cereals, and eggs, including vegan and vegetarian friendly options. The hotel is located near the Naturkundemuseum U-Bahn Station, with it being perhaps a 3 minute walk from the doors, making it a great location to reach other places in the city. I had no trouble finding anything at all, and the receptionists had a wall of mini cards to present at various museums, as well as the Berlin Welcome Cards for the public transit available.

Loved the lady Su, at the reception, always helpful, gave us excellent advice on how to get to the Charlottenburg PALACE. Also advised us to catch which Metro, Underground etc when we wanted to visit different attractions. She also advised us which restaurants to visit near the hotel for lunch/dinner. The breakfast was of high quality produce, they had four fresh juices, two detox juices.The bakery products were nice and fresh and enjoyable. They had six preserves/jams to choose from, six yogurts to choose from. The location of the hotel was the highlight, close to all the attractions of the city. Had a wonderful 4 day stay.

The housekeeping wasn't there. No fresh towels or room cleaning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. First time at H+ in Berlin, but definitely not the last. Having arrived on the overnight European Sleeper train from Belgium, we went straight to the hotel, I arranged an early check-in (€20 extra), had breakfast (€21 per person) and unpacked and relaxed. During our stay, everything was excellent, apart from the TV, which was not working on our last evening (server problems, apparently) . On the day of our departure (again by overnight sleeper train), I organised a late check-out (€10 per hour extra, so €50 up to the latest late checkout time)., after which we left our bags, went and had dinner and ice cream at the Italian restaurant and gelateria opposite, went to the REWE supermarket next door to stock up for our trip and then went back to the hotel and relaxed in the lobby until it was time for us to sadly leave. We will definitely be back!! A huge thank you to all day and night staff for their help, advice and knowledge about Berlin.

The only extremely minor point was the TV problem on the third night, but the explanation was clear, concise and thoroughly understandable.

Staff were great , friendly and helpful , breakfasts were the best , awesome vatiety , had everything we loved ! Beds were comfortable , Air con was a bonus , our room was on the 5th floor , the noise wasn't an issue , location was great , supermarket nextdoor and good selection of restaurants within easy walking distance , I would recommend this stay to other travellers thank you

The location was truly convinient and overall the hotel was a pleasant place to stay in, and the staff were friendly and helpful, could recommend staying there. The breakfast was also a separate topic - almost everything one might want for the beginning of the day was in reach. The coffee machines, allocated in a couple of breakfast area zones, were as well making a good, aromatic coffe, giving a good head-start. Location, for me personally, including the surrounding conviniences, was ultimately perfect. The Personnel was superhelpful and could have advised on literally anything a visitor could potentially have asked about, and the inquiry we have made regarding room switch was ready to be fulfilled immediately. The room we were living in was convinient, spacious, well-lit, with a good view on the street. Regardless of the room location, which was just near the entrance to the canteen, and what my wife though might become an issue, there were no troubles at all, and the people walking around were not creating any kind of significant noises, so I assume that the sound isolation is truly well-established and built within the building. The ceiling in the room was exceptionally high, and the furniture was good as well. Overall, we have experienced a very satisfying, pleasant, well-organized and a genuinely supportive stay at H+, and I am infinitely Thankful for all the "H+ Berlin Mitte " employees for being professionals, for being helpful, for their willingness to support and for the ultimately pleasant experience.

Great location, very clean, large, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast, so many choices. Very friendly staff. Loved the sauna, excellent facility. Would definitely stay again. Our junior suite worked really well for our family stay.

No complaints, had a wonderful stay with my family.
