Excellent location near city center, all kinds of public transport nearby, stores, great cafes and restaurants. Low price so good value for money.

No soap, shower gel and toilet paper. Only 1 towel per person for 4 nights. But everything can be bought for a few euros in Rewe store down the street.

The apartment was placed right next to the tram station. Also very close to the train station. There are terasses around. aphoteek. Everything what you need. Center is not far away. the bed was very comfortable ☺️

The room was simply white🙃. no painting or anything on the walls. I got sick in my last days and i had to stay in the room for the last 48 h. Was terrible to look at the white walls and nothing else. But for the rest was good. The walls are very thin and some guests do not have respect for the neighbors. Had to knock in the wall during the night a couple of times because the other ppl did not stop talking.

On arrival I had no idea what to expect, our hotel room was completely unique and honestly was gobsmacked when I walked in. The bathroom was the coolest part!!

Mohammed was very accommodating and kind. He even allowed us to get an early check in. The property was amazing for the price and location.

I have lost my keys accidentally and the owner wasn’t very nice he told me to pay €80 for loosing the keys

no tumble dryer as advertised ,no where close to do laundry and internet not available until staff provided a QR code and then it was spasmodic ,mobile phone wouldn’t work inside the building ,noisy people outside at night ,trying to contact people on the phone provided a waste of time

- really central location for sightseeing of Berlin, brandenburg gate, checkpoint charlie and jewish memorial all within 20-30 minute walk - close to s-bahn & u-bahn station - great row of restaurants and bars within a minutes walk - very affordable - clean rooms - nice view looking onto the street from window - maxim sent detailed information on how to retrieve key from lockbox Overall would stay here again for the convenience of location and really great price, and would really recommend if you can happily look past a few issues!

- front door key didn’t work and had to rely on other guests to unlock door for us! the front door is also really poorly lit. - didn’t receive towels until the following day after check in. - when coming in at night the stairs upto the room were in complete pitch black; and some of the steps were broken. had to use phone torch to be able to see! (- some electric outlets didn’t work, but this maybe because I had to use converters!)

The location was really good, the room smelled good. We only needed a place to sleep at night for our trip so it wasn’t that bad for the price. After reading previous reviews we had really low expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised, because the hotel wasn’t that bad.

The hotel is old, it could be cleaner, the bathroom is really old, the shower head was broken, although it was still possible to shower under it. The room we got was really noisy at night, because of the busy street next to it.

* Big room, clean, it is a hotel that according to the price, has a coherent relation compared to others I have been to. * Very helpful people. * Internet works well. * Fantastic location, I would stay there again.

Really for the price, I didn't see anything wrong. To keep in mind, if you have large suitcases, there is no elevator.

Perfect location. Very responsive owner when I was calling. Good value for money choice. It was a business trip so it was close to the office!

The water was flooding when I was showering. Not too critical but a bit annoying.
