Great location. The hotel room was simple and functional, it had all we needed, including A/C which was super helpful on a day when temperature reached 36°C. We didn't book the room with breakfast but according to the information, the breakfast had also gluten-free and lactose-free options. The staff was very nice and super helpful.

There isn't a separate bathroom in the room. You basically have a shower corner and a sink inside the room (the toilet is a separaye room though). Although you can see it on the pictures of the room, I guess I missed that when booking. It's not a big deal when you are traveling with a partner but slightly uncomfortable when traveling with a friend or a teenage kid. So not necessarily a big deal, just take that into consideration.

We have been to this hotel many times, it had a different name before. I like this hotel for its safe area, close to Friedrichstraße station, close to Museum Island, there is also an underground car park on the neighbouring street.

I don't like that after changing the name and renovating the hotel - they painted the ceilings in a dark color. There is no lamp on the ceiling and in the evening the room is terribly gloomy. Even in suitcases you can't find anything because of this darkness. In winter there is a lot of moisture on the entire windows, and in the bathroom in my room there was only a white, transparent curtain, there was no curtain on the window. It was uncomfortable, because everything can be seen from the neighboring buildings. I regret that after the renovation it is worse than before.

Excellent stay. The room was ideal for myself and my daughter. Modern decor. Bed was comfy. Great air conditioning. Location is superb, very near to train station and only short walk to nearby tourist attractions. Didn't hear any noise from other guests. Wouldn't agree with other reviews that the room was too small, it was sufficient for what we required.

Wasn't really any negatives for us. Only comments would be that the stairs didn't look as clean as you maybe would expect they could be. Maybe assumed most people get lift but I was only only on floor 2 so preferred taking the stairs. Also there isn't a bathroom as such just the toilet and sink behind a door then shower accessed at the other side of the room. Not really very private. Maybe if you are sharing with a friend this layout might not be suitable. Pics on booking.com do show this so I expected it.

Location Berlin central train station was in a 10-15 minute walk slightly uphill, but very manageable We walked with our luggage with wheels with ease Near the hotel there are many restaurants, We tried many, all good. Among them the Taco Loco Cantina Mexicana was inexpensive and good. We would eat there again. The room was compact, simple but good. I liked the toilet separated from the shower room. Two people could use them in the same time. A place to put your luggage, small closet with safe inside, small desk with chair. Room was comfy.

I asked for two single beds but they were put together with little room to move them apart. Not a deal breaker.

I love the location. Very close to bus stop and metro station, just few minutes walk. Staff were all helpful, friendly, and accommodating. When I was there, there's Euro 2024 and some of the roads were closed. I asked one of the receptionists, a very lovely lady, she gave me some tips where to go alternatively. I love my room!! Spacious and large enough to do your stuff. It also has air-conditioning. I just love my stay here!

For me, everything is perfect. The only thing I noticed is that they don't have a drinking station where you can get free still water, so I have to buy again ang again in the grocery stores.

A good value for money. Our room was super clean and the wifi worked perfectly fine. I liked the young lady server at breakfast because she was polite and friendly to us. The breakfast area was also clean and organized. Hotel guests were respectful of each other's spaces and privacy while eating.

It took unusually long for the lady receptionist to process my check-in details. She asked if I wanted to pay in cash or by card when in fact I had already paid for our room prior to our arrival. She wasn't enthusiastic, welcoming, or accommodating to the guests. She came across as someone who was only forced to do her job. I worked in a customer service-oriented industry before and I very well know that having a genuine, warm, and friendly demeanor is essential particularly for the front desk personnel because they represent the face of the company. Customer satisfaction is paramount and people skills are indispensable.

We arrived before 3pm and had a smooth check in experience with the staff who were at the desk. They were kind and informative. The room was spacious, and as we were staying 3 nights, it gave great comfort. The shower was nice and powerful, and the bed was comfortable . I have zero complaints. I am an experienced traveller to Berlin, and can say 1000% this hotel has a great location and for just visiting Berlin, is a top pick. You can easily reach the property with a short 5 minute walk from Friedrichstrasse station (tip go to the back of the platform and use the bridge exit, it makes your travelling even easier).

A good location close to the lively Friedrich Straße area. A short walk feom the local train station that weaves through pavement restaurants with a lovely vibe. The staff were kind, courteous and helpful. The set up is relatively basic but for the price in the middle of a capital city it was good value. Hotel is between a contemporary art collection housed in an original bunker and this develops mpre charm the longer you look at it. On the other side is an Embassy, so its a good area. Local shops close by and a plesant stroll to Checkpoint Charlie.

It was fairly basic but on the flip side it is well priced for a capital city centre hotel, so not really a grumble. Initailly shocked at our room view of the bunker, a pastiche of concrete brutalism, but it soon becomes a thing of beauty, very good for practicing your minimalist photos on your mobile.

Great location, next to good restaurants and a well-connected train station. The room is comfortable, and the shower and amenities are great. The breakfast is simple but worth the price. I will definitely consider B&B Mitte for my next trip to Berlin.

There were no issues during my stay. However, one point that could be improved would be to include more cake options at breakfast.
