This hotel is in a perfect location for all of the main Berlin sightseeing locations, the train station is literally 2-3 minutes walk and the trains are every few minutes but to be honest it's easily possible to walk to the main attractions from here.

On our last day we were still in the room when housekeeping had came to tidy the room, they said they would come back later once we were out. We left the room like 45 minutes after and past the cleaners and acknowledged them but when we returned our room wasn't tidied. To be honest this isn't a massive deal for us and we aren't really bothered but what did disappoint us was we asked at reception later that night for fresh towels at least after explaining we had missed the housekeeping, we were told they would be brought to our room but they never did.

Breakfast was really good and the staff was welcoming and friendly in the reception and also during the breakfast. Our room was clean during the whole stay. The pool and sauna were a lovely thing to have.

As a suggestion it would be good to have a reminder about the city tax before the arrival or during the booking, because some countries like Finland don't have city tax so as a Finn we didn't remember the whole thing. (5 nights was about 74€) but the staff was very polite about this and gave us time to check our money situation in peace.

The location was perfect, close to the train/tram/underground stations, a few nice eating places to add.

Ignorant staff, didn't catch his name, but was tall, slender, with a balding head, he looked down at people and just didn't seem a nice person. The female staff were brilliant, well done to them. The noise coming from the gym was disappointing, we were on the 8th floor, and had nothing by weights being dropped or machine weights being dropped. It was frustrating to hear this on a regular basis.

Great room, fab breakfast. Very friendly checkin staff as well as restaurant staff. A few more dark breads or sourdough bread options for toasting would be nice for people who don’t like rolls. Great poached eggs which arrived quickly. Netflix app was a good option to have. Location was great to travel eg to the airport with direct regional trains.

Minimalist TV remote without any instructions, took some time to figure out. No toilet brush :( No room clean as in the cleaning guy arrived the minute we returned back from our day’s outing at around 16:30..

Amazing location situated opposite a main S-Bahn and U-Bahn station with a short walk to river and restaurants and bars. I thought the rooms were comfortable and the shower was really good. Breakfast also had a good range of food. I used the plunge pool and sauna which was also clean and nice.

This is not a five star hotel. It is of a similar par to most of the big chain four star hotels like radisson but not of comparison to any five star hotels I have stayed in. It does not have luxury aspects to it although claims to be luxury class. It is a standard four star hotel to me. I found the bar service extremely slow. One member of staff who would disappear for 15 minutes at a time to serve a guest room leaving people walking away as could not get a drink. I also found that my room did not get replenished with coffee and often didn’t clean the cups so was left with no coffee and dirty cups.

This was my second visit to Berlin, this time for a business trip, and I was genieunly impressed with Eurostar Berlin. The staff were courteous and helpful, making the experience seamless from check-in to departure. My room was spacious, quiet (looking at the lobby), well maintained and clean, offering a level of comfort that exceeded my expectations for the price point. The location was strategic, just next to multiple trains lines (Friedrichstraße U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations), and only meters away from Unter den Linden. Eurostars offered better value than my first trip, where I stayed at a "reputable" botique hotel that cost nearly double. That botique hotel had unpleasant staff, a cramped room, and no proximity to any public transportation.

the hotel does not offer a particulary compelling dining experience, but anyways the surrounding restaurants and cafe options are modest at best. This hardly detracts from the stay, as some of berlin's best cafe's and restaurants are just a short walk away, making the lack of in-house options almost irrelevant.

Lifts are busy and people queuing at peak times, I asked to use the stairs but staff said the door to the stairs is kept locked except in emergencies. Staff are all perfectly polite and work hard for guests, but it lacks a bit in personalities, someone to smile, friendly greetings etc.

Fabulous hotel, great location, absolutely can’t fault it. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the pool on the rooftop was just a real treat. The best part of our trip to Berlin was this hotel.

We didn’t try the breakfast as my husband went down on the first morning to have a look and it was €25 per adult and €12 for child which we thought was crazy expensive. It looks alright but not work €62 for us each morning. Instead my husband went to the local cafes and shops each morning and got fresh pastries, juices, coffees, doughnuts and roughly spent €13-15 each morning and it was fab.

Great Stay at Eurostars Berlin! I recently stayed at *Eurostars Berlin* and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to public transportation and close to major attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. While there were a couple of minor issues, such as difficulty controlling the room temperature and weak Wi-Fi, I was really impressed with how the staff handled everything. They immediately moved us to another room when we mentioned the temperature issue, and they also quickly addressed the Wi-Fi problem. The staff was incredibly efficient and attentive, resolving everything in no time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of great facilities, an excellent location, and exceptional service made my stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Great location, near the train station so easy to get to from the airport, in around 45 minutes. Junior suite was a good size, quiet and clean. Short walk to Unter Den Linden and lots of attractions, eateries and bars. Breakfast choice was superb, and as much as you needed. Staff were helpful and friendly and hotel generally well run and looked after, with comfortable bar area.

As you'd expect, the room wasn't in new, pristine condition. Signs of wear and tear, some stains to a chair, stereo didn't appear to work and had a broken door, but nothing detracted from the experience as it was modern and clean.
