First, Nina and all the staff are not only friendly but helpful in directions and other assistance. After leaving, I texted having left items in the freezer, and Nina responded having found also a pair of new earring I had left and worked with me on getting them back. Talk about caring service! And how nice it is to be in a real neighborhood just a short walk from trains and busses, only a couple stops from the center of tourism and shopping. For us, Wedding Apartments is ideal as a beautiful, equipped studio with full kitchen, living space, sleeping space and balcony. Free laundry, a great shower with a massage button in the head, off-street parking---wow! And, when my son stopped in for few days, the studio transferred without any extra fees into a two separate sleeping space. The staff was quick to suggest nearby dining, shopping, including the multi-lingual "b Side" pub literally next door. Thank you so much. I can't wait to return to this space that makes me feel fully at home half a world away and yet in solidarity with European sentiments and the local scene. EXCELLENT!!!

The apartment is clean, well appointed, and spacious. It has everything we needed to stay for two weeks. We loved the modern style as well. It’s got excellent train connections, and there is even a lakefront beach within a 20 min connection.

The block that the hotel is located on is dirty with a lot of homeless. Everyone is polite and courteous, and the rest of the neighborhood is well cared for and busy with life - there is a nice park, row of restaurants, and grocery store on the far side of the block. Also, definitely get the döner from the restaurant downstairs- delicious! Just don’t freak out when you first get off at the train station.

We had a great stay. The apartment was great. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms which along with the kitchen, lounge and balcony was perfect for our family of two adults and two teenagers. Spotlessly clean and was cleaned 2days into our 4day stay which we didn't expect. The apartment was a bit far out to walk Into the main sights regularly (about an hour) but we did it once and the trains/trams were really easy and convenient so we used those. The area around the apartment had some nice cafes/restaurants and was lively in the evenings (but didn't get too noisy). There was lots of graffiti but think that is fairly normal for Berlin.

We were a family of 5. Me and my wife, our daughter, and my in-laws. We booked this apartment to visit out daughter who lived nearby. The 2 rooms and one sofa bed in the hall were perfect. It was perfectly furnished, right up to the utensils, diswasher tablets, etc. There was a clothes iron and vacuum as well. The bathrooms were warm and comfortable. The windows were double glazed. . We cooked our own breakfast and dinner every night. There was a Netto and Edeka just about 200m away. The Trains and subway was also 200m away. The bus stop was also near. Overall, the apartment exceeded our expectations

There was a lot of litter around the surrounding area. We needed to close the windows at night as the noise from people outside could be a bit loud. Perhaps it was because it was around the Ed Aidilfitri celebrations.

Modern building, easy self check in. The apartment was very modern, with a nice balcony. It was very clean, and it had all the relevant utilities and a sweet present for the kid - shower gel, lotion and soap for the sensitive kid's skin. The stuff was friendly as well.

The apartment was selected because it offered a parking in a private garage, but when it was booked and the money paid, they informed there's no available parking place during our stay. It caused a big headache for us as there was no nearby parking lot suggested nor we couldn't find any which wouldn't be private for residents/office employees or open 24/7, or with an option to park the car over night. So we lost quite a lot of time driving around, being refused a parking space and ended up parking the car on the street next to the apartment building which cost 3eur per hour, and we had to pay it the days we were staying there.

The apartment was perfect for our family of four - lots of space and good storage. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathrooms were spotless. The laundry facilities were an excellent addition too.

We were initially unsure about the area which is a bit out of the centre of Berlin. But we soon found some excellent local places to eat out and the local supermarket was very good. The public transport in Berlin is really good so you feel very connected to the rest of the city.

Really enjoyed our time in this apartment. Berlin is a very grey and ugly city, but this apartment was beautiful. The lady at checkin was incredibly helpful, I really had to get in quickly as I had a call I had to take, and the receptionist was brilliant, so efficient. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is to a very good standard, the underfloor heating in the bathroom was amazing. There is also a very good bar in the same building downstairs, and the soundproofing in the apartment is so good you never hear any noise from that bar when you go to bed. Would stay in that apartment in any city in the world if I could. A perfect citybreak apartment.

We had an amazing stay at Downtown Apartments during our Berlin trip. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, supermarket, cafes, and restaurants. Every aspect of the facilities were amazing and made our stay so comfortable: spotlessly clean, modern furniture and finishings, well stocked kitchen with all the essentials (including extra garbage bags, salt/pepper), comfortable beds and blankets with blackout curtains in the rooms, great water pressure in the showers, and the location is very accessible via metro, near supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes.

Nothing! Everything was amazing.

Very good location, close to public transport, plenty of good cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. lively square for people watching. The staff (8.30 - 5.00) were very nice and helpful. the flat is comfortable, pleasant, very well equipped and the balcony a big bonus.

I arrived a bit after 5 o'clock so had to use the electronic check in. I had difficulties as the door card did not appear. neither of the remedies suggested for this situation worked. The bar next door was closed, the phone not answered, I was never called back in response to the message I left. Eventually I managed to have the card printed but it would be good if management tightened up on response in case of problems after hours.

This hotel/apartment is very nicely appointed. It had everything we needed, was clean, had a nice balcony, comfortable couch, and kitchen was well stocked. Casandra, the receptionist was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. It was in a super convenient location close to both U and S bahn. There is a liquor store, pastry/coffee shop. 3 restaurants and an ATM just in a few short steps.

We washed clothes one day and one of the three washers wasn't working properly. There is a lot of graffiti in the neighborhood, but that is found all over Berlin.
