The district of Wedding has a reputation in Berlin for being one of the more dangerous and run down areas, but it's still far safer than your average American city. The location is generally fantastic, there are two supermarkets nearby - a discounter Netto across the street and a full-service Edeka DIRECTLY next to the lobby. Wedding train station is also directly across the street, above and underground stops - these will take you anywhere in Berlin in 10 or so minutes, including the tourist attractions. There's also a quaint coffee shop down the block and many Turkish and Middle Eastern restaurants across Müllerstraße. The room is modern and clean. The count of cups is a little odd (there's one wine glass, one mug, a bunch of small espresso cups, and four egg holders?), but it's nonetheless a nice variety. The bed itself is comfortable and you're provided a few nice amenities.

The first time I showered it flooded the apartment because the drain was clogged. Fortunately nothing was damaged and their support was quick to clean the room and unclog the drain within an hour. I didn't have any issues after that. The pillows are too thin. Fortunately I stayed alone and so the combination of both pillows made something much more serviceable. Air conditioning is provided but you must ask the support to turn it on for you. It's nice that this is available but it's a little awkward, particularly when it gets too cold and your only retort is to ask them to dial it down. The window looks out into a bland courtyard. The natural light is nice, but it's a little weird.

Very interesting business model. I liked possibility to check-in by myself. Convenient and cozy place where you can stay. Good equipment of kitchen. It is placed nearby subway and local grocery store.

Very important, double check your fire escape plan that is hanging on the wall. they are wrong! Some of them are just copies of the same images. This can lead to death of people. Also, please add a sign on how to get to the desired apartment, in this case you can use signs with arrows and numbers. Very expensive for apartment without stuff.

Nice and modern appartment, very calm. Good equipment. Central location (1 min walk to the metro).

1. Access to the building (there are two). I had to wait in the hotline long time to clarify where to go. 2. Limehome and their cleaning staff. Not the first time my morning check out has been interrupted. They came in without notice. A big no go. 3. No room with a view if you expected that. The window is located to the inner courtyard, the top of the supermarket.

Modern (good and fresh renovation), clean and quiet apartment with enough space for 2 people and a great place to stay in Berlin. It is also a nice location with a supermarket on the ground floor, subway just next the next door and nice walk to the very center of the city. This is a great place in a great condition in a quiet central location of Berlin.

The process of getting the electronic access code feels like another thing on your daily to-do list that you have to invest time into. I'd personally prefer to pick up the keys from the box on the door with zero time spent on arranging everything. This is the only recommendation for the owners / property managers. But overall it's not that bad - I'm just being to picky.

Fantastic location for public transport; Clean, sleek and modern with very comfortable bed. Easy automatic check in and less than an hour to the airport.

The suite was smaller than it appeared on the Booking.com site. We had deliberately booked a large suite, which looked huge online, with 2 large windows - but the one we got looked more like the Medium, and only had 1 window. I felt this was misleading, so I complained to Booking.com (by telephone). They were very helpful and apologetic - and the following morning refunded me more than a third of the cost of our stay - so in the end I was very happy, as I felt this was excellent customer service/responsiveness; and the suite - despite being smaller than expected - was still rather lovely.

The stay was actually not that bad, the property is new and the room is nicely designed and clean. I also liked the location and the internet speed.

The property tried to increase the price after I booked a non-refundable stay, however Booking.com support was on my side so I stayed at the original price I paid. This caused unnecessary stress and tension right at the start. The price they asked would be 50% increase and that is ridiculous and overpriced even for Berlin. Not to mention that the whole situation gave a very unprofessional and sketchy impression.

The location is not exactly in the centre but it is right next to the S-Bahn & U-Bahn stations which makes it easy to navigate. The kitchen is very well equipped with basic condiments, oven, microwave and dish washer. It's a good stay for business and you can do simple cooking. There are also 2 supermarkets within 3 mins walk from the apartment.

The neighbourhood is not very pleasant, the streets are a little messy and the S-Bahn station smells.

Very comfortable room, with kitchenete, coffee machine and water boiler (with 4 coffee pads and 4 tea bags), small refrigerator, we could prepre breakfast ourselves each morning. 2 supermarkets around the corners. We stayed 3 days (notice that it is not a hotel and they dont clean the room). Pillows were very soft and we took the 2 decorations pillows to sleep. The douche was perfect, enough space even for 2 people and plenty of warm water. The location was very convenient, 20 meters from the subway that with 1 combination takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes. Building is in front of a train station and some homeless people sleep in the area but it is safe. We booked 1 day in advance and parking was full. Parking on the street was ok, there was space, but it is very expensive (3 euro per hour, eur 27 for Saturday that you pay from 9 to 18:00. I believe for week-days you pay till later hour. Luckily Sunday is free and also national holidays, so we only had to pay for 1 day. There were not other paid parking options in the area. Parkings at the centre were expensive, 30 to 50 euros per day. Check in with the codes was working fine, but you need to read well the instructions that are sent by sms at 14:30. And you need to check in in advance scanning your ID with your phone. But the peocedure is quite easy. Note that there is no reception and nobody is there to help. But if you call you get inmediately somebody answering and willing to help, although remotelly and they dont know the area, so forget about asking for tips, etc. We had to call to ask for parking options and they provide the address of a parking at 1,5 km away, but at the end we parked at the street in front of the building.

Pillows were very soft. Airco was a bit noisy to sleep, so we switch it off and was no problem. The building door is not always opening automatically, so we had to pull the handle a few times to open it.

The apartments are directly across from access to both lines of public transport, so even though you're not in the middle of everything, you can get anywhere fairly quickly. Also, being that close to the metro means not having to walk a long way with luggage upon arrival and departure, which I find to be a huge relief. There is a large park just down the street to enjoy, and it is incredibly convenient to have the grocery store directly downstairs. The view is just to an inner courtyard, but at least the window opens to allow some outside air in. The a/c works great, the bathroom is beautiful and it has everything you need to cook, including salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Laundry is available without additional charge, but the machines wash and dry in the same machine, which means the dryer doesn't actually work very well. It takes many hours to get the clothes clean, and the locking feature on the machine means you may not be able to get your clothes out when you want. Don't leave laundry to the last minute, and if you don't have to, I wouldn't really trust those machines.

The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable & well laid out, as we had expected from previous experience with lime home. The kitchen was great & had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was perfect - just around the corner from a supermarket and a couple of minutes from Wedding S-Bahn station. We would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen bench - it must have been made for tall people!
