Beautiful well equiped and clean apartment. Very close to the S and U barn lines and a supermarket. Only 2 U-Barn lines (about 6-8 stops total) to just about everything you'd want to visit. Big rooms and modern equipment. All the cleaning and supplies you need. Immaculate presentation. Double glazing to keep the noise of the trains and any locals to a hush. Comfortable, spacious bedrooms and plenty of cutlery and glasses and dishes etc. Clean bathrooms, excellent showers, towel heaters and modern lighting controls. Easy code access to the apartment.

After dark is wasn't the safest feeling place around. However, it is a neighborhood there are lots of people around even until late coming home from work and such but the street is a bit dark in places and if you were alone I would keep my wits about you just in case. Also, the people on the floor above were in training for the workd nocturnal chair dragging championships which was a bit annoying for the lack of consideration but thats the luck of the draw. Also there is no microwave but they are the only negatives, its otherwise an excellent base to move from.

Apartment is super modern (chic shower, speakers in bathrooms!) situated in an old building. Small balcony large enough for 2 had pretty view of large tree. Welcome pack included wine and water and we loved the daily gifts we received from the staff! Five minutes walk to the metro (U bahn, line 6) and then 10 minutes to the city centre. Situated in residential area of Wedding there were some beautiful tree-lined streets and wonderful cafes such as Bio Laden which we went to every morning for inexpensive coffees and croissants.

The second bedroom was only large enough for the double bed. No wardrobe space. Our daughter ended up sleeping on the sofa. The air conditioning fan was not effective enough for the heat so we felt it really warm when the temperature reached 30 degrees and had to ask for another fan but still too warm in the apartment. Recommend better air conditioning units.

We loved the apartment!! The whole family commented on the style and comfort. The decor is clean and modern with lots of light making it a very cheerful place. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and there are dark curtains that make sleeping in easy!! We feel very rested. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking, the coffee and teas provided are plentiful and the toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, bed linens) are high quality. Basically, Ben and Simon and crew really want you to be happy and comfortable in their place!! I could say more (laundry room with detergent provided, thoughtful gifts left at the door, easy checkout, location to transportation) but I will stop. Thanks for a great stay!!

Extremely warm, comfortable and stylish apartment (especially impressed by the very comfortable beds..). A secure luggage store was a bonus and we used it before check in time and on the last day of our stay. Well situated near Wedding UBahn/SBahn station. We were a group of three in Berlin to visit art galleries, museums and some of the iconic sights. All were easily accessible via Wedding station. Good supermarket very near the station too. So good to have some basics provided- coffee, oil etc, and dishwasher tabs etc. Had we been there longer we would have used the laundry Excellent communication from the owners. All questions answered promptly.

Kitchen perhaps a little style over substance: had to stand on a chair to get to the saucepans and not a lot of worktop space. BUT we loved it and there was everything we needed.

Amazing stay! The apartment is extremely spacious and perfect for large groups (we were 7 and had plenty of space to be comfortable). The cleanliness was impeccable, and the accommodation was equipped with all the essential amenities, making our stay very enjoyable. Additionally, the location is excellent—well connected to public transport, which made getting around the city easy and convenient. It fully met our expectations, and the value for money is truly excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Berlin!

BENSIMON apartments were just what we needed. Easy to find and very close to Wedding station for easy access to all parts of Berlin. The apartments are situated in a quiet residential area and although the railway tracks are close by, the trains are very quiet so did not cause any disturbance at all. The apartment was very spacious for our party of 5 but fitting 12 in which is what is advertised might be a bit of a squeeze

One very minor issue is that there was only one oven tray so a bit of inventive genius is required to cook 2 types of food at the same time. A microwave would also be useful.

Remote check in online was very smooth. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you'd need for a self catering stay and suited our needs perfectly (we were a group of 6 friends) and being very close to the U-Bahn and S-Bhan made sightseeing very easy. Ben & Simon were great hosts and left welcome treats and goodies for our homeward journey which was a nice touch. They responded immediately to any questions or requests we had and we have no problem recommending their property.

There was nothing we didn't like. We just had an issue with one of the windows in the living room but once we got in touch with Ben/Simon their maintenance guy called within 10 minutes and sorted it.

The accommodation has new and modern facilities and is full of details. Very close to various types of transport and relatively close to the centre on foot (30/40 minutes) if it stops working due to a strike. You have telephone and personal attention on the premises, luggage and laundry service with extra linen. The beds are comfortable and the lounge is spacious. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.

Despite being a large guest accommodation, it has only one bathroom. One of the rooms is quite small (the other two are very large). The bathroom is completely flooded if you use the overhead shower. The establishment has a complimentary umbrella in case it rains during your stay (a nice touch), but if you think you might lose it I recommend you buy one in any souvenir shop, because the ones in the accommodation are very high quality and therefore very expensive to replace.

Honestly for our group of 12 the Apartment was incredible. It was spacious, two bathrooms, clean, all the amenities, and the door key code entry was a complete life saver so we didn't have to juggle keys or align on timing. The apartment was easy to reach via public transport and the staff were helpful when we needed an extra blanket, but I especially loved how automated everything was. My friends all agreed it was one of the nicest places we've stayed and I would 10000% stay again.

The apartment was a very good choice ! Cozy, luxurious and warm. We felt like nothing was missing. The organization of the hosts were also excellent. We had no problem during our stay.

The only drawback was the sound insulation. We could hear the footsteps of the neighbors above us. Furthermore, the neighbors below us also complained about the high noise levels from our apartment, and with a reason. Other than that, everything went smoothly."
