The hotel has high standards for the cleanliness inside the room and around the hotel communal areas. There’s en-suite shower and toilet in the room. Flat screen tv, full length mirror and space for hanging clothes. The bed is comfortable with plenty of cushions and reasonable sheet and duvet provided. The only thing missing is a towel dryer but towels are changed every morning. Reception staff are very friendly, helpful and always willing to assist in finding directions for places in the city. Overall I believe that UrbanLoft is within an excellent location, there’s a supermarket a short distance away from the hotel and the Hauptbarnhopf (Berlin Central Station) is 30 minutes approx to walk. Excellent customer service and high quality facilities are provided at all times.

There wasn’t a drying rail for towels but these are changed daily. The breakfast selection has no sausages, bacon, fried or scrambled eggs. A new breakfast buffet is being offered since I was last visiting which I understand is being developed, perhaps the cooked options can be considered.

Wow! I liked this place from the moment I walked in. Not your usual hotel experience, not your "nobody's there" typical AirBnB experience, not your weird or quirky "trying to be funky/different" experience. Instead, it's originally fantastic in so many ways. Great room with cool lighting, a terrific bed, perfect bathroom, swift and quiet elevators, good location, excellent check-in that may take you aback as you first get started at the "desk." Well, the desk is what you approach at the end of the bar in the main floor. Questions about how to get started and what to do next? The young staff at the ready, smiling and helpful, did so much to make sure I was checked in, happy, aware of everything available, and more. Wow! Customer service people who know their job and are happy to do it! The food choices available for dinner were right there on the order screen. As I had a question, there was the service guy (who shortly made my salad and flat bread) right there eager to help. And at the bar, the priced-right glass of red blend, was served up with a smile and pleasant attitude. For breakfast, there is a wide selection of eggs to meat, cheeses and some veggies, cereals and breakfast drinks. Coffee? It's helpee-selfee like everywhere in Europe these days. From London through to Lviv, Ukraine, everywhere I stopped were those modern devices that allow you to select from a photo representing what you'd like, then it grinds the beans, and fills your cup or mug with a half minute or so. All good and while not fast, it's very fresh. I LOVED THIS PLACE! Will definitely be back.

Really hard to find something to not like at Urban Loft Berlin. On my final morning, enjoying some time with coffee and my thoughts, I fell into conversation with a young traveler at the next table. She was there for work, and reflected her experiences also at ULB. In an earlier 10+ year career, she had worked at 5 star hotels in NY City, LA, London, Frankfurt and elsewhere. Her experience at this place were as positive as mine, and that validated my experience. She loved it too.

The room was lovely - I loved the style of the furnishings. Amazing shower and a very comfortable bed! The lobby area had plenty of space for work and just chilling. It also included a bar with a good selection of drinks. There is a rooftop terrace where one can enjoy their drink and the starry sky. The staff was very friendly. Wifi was very reliable and fast. The hotel is 10mins walk from the central train station. There is access to free coffee from a an espresso machine and a variety of teas from 23:30 to 11:30.

Rooms were lovely - clean, well-equipped, and designed to be chic and modern in a simple way, which made the hotel feel a little bit more personal/unique. Bathrooms were clean and bright. The hotel has a great bar and the pizza/pasta/salad bar was a nice touch, especially since we arrived quite late and were still able to eat. The free coffee machine in the morning was a nice touch for if you weren't having breakfast. The quality and selection at breakfast was excellent - although 17 euros isn't super cheap we felt it was worth the money! Convenient for Hauptbahnhof - though we didn't explore much in the local area, the hotel's location was a convenient base from which to access the whole city.

The hotel is located around 15 minute walk from the station. I really liked its vibe. Very quirky, very modern and very clean. The ground floor has coworking area and it also gives into a lovely garden- you can have your coffee in the garden. Breakfast is 17 euros and has a selection of cold meats , cheeses and pastries. You can refill water bottle for free, there is a water machine. The hotel also offers access to the rooftop- great option when weather is nice. Rooms are not big, bed in my room as comfortable but design is fun and there is a very good use of space. The bathroom compromises of a shower- the pressure is good and no issues with hot water Staff is friendly and are happy to help. I would definitely come back!

Very convenient to the main bus station. Walkable to see the Reichstag and other nearby attractions. The proximity to the station makes getting around incredibly easy. The rooms are quirkily decorated and the air conditioning was excellent (given the 30+ degree temperatures this was very much appreciated!!). The free coffee was the best I’ve ever had from a machine. The staff were friendly and helpful, and were able to fix the mistake I made with our booking quickly and without fuss.

The beds are very firm! Not personally to our taste, but I’m sure many guests would appreciate this.

We stayed for one night in a standard double room with one bed. The room was clean, cozy and stylish, exactly as shown in the photos and described online. The bed was very comfortable and there were two types of pillows to choose from. Blackout curtains and soundproof windows ensured a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived before the official check-in time and were able to leave our luggage and go for a walk. When we came back, the room was already ready and we were allowed to check in early. Although we had an early departure, we were offered a free cup of coffee. The hotel has a great location, about a 10 minute walk from the train station. There is also a delicious and affordable Vietnamese restaurant nearby

We liked everything about this hotel - the location (short walk from the Berlin Hbf), large vibrant lounge/bar area, roomy lifts, a quiet and spacious room with lots of storage (we stayed 5 nights so that was important), a large smart-TV and funky modern fittings throughout. The Wifi was super fast and had good coverage throughout the hotel. The continental breakfast had a variety of options, and even during busy periods the staff were attentive and friendly. A genuinely great value-for-money hotel! P.s. make sure you walk 3 minutes down the street to Oggi's Gemusekebab, they are AMAZING!

Super friendly staff, helped us with every request we had. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable with good interior design. I enjoyed the view out of the window, and the street outside is not especially loud (we do travel with earplugs for sleeping, though).

The location is a bit of a walk from the HBF, about 10 mins. The self check-in experience is no good, they should hire more staff and do it the normal way. The elevator will let you ride to your floor only if you have your keycard (i.e. someone's keycard for floor 2 will not take you to 5), so make sure you grab it when going to reception.

The location is fantastic, facilities clean and super functional, we definitely enjoyed our stay. We will be considering this location if we come back to Berlin. We were travelling with our dog and we were surprised by the fact we got the dog bed and bowls for the room because of that! Super plus for that!

We were unlucky with weather and stayed in a lot thus noticed that most of the informative posters etc are only in german, the TV screen is only in German and the opening video with instructions as well. The music to this video is cool at first but after 3rd loop it's becoming a little annoying.
