Comfortable, amazing with friends, needed facilities like a fan, soap etc. in the bathroom (super amazing), location right next to the hbf, even walkable to the centre, felt very safe in the area - was really modern and clean + also all the needed shops for anything were around! Also nice staff, public kitchen + washing machines, bar inside with reasonable prices. Really nice!

It’s not their fault, but sadly in front of the hotel there was a music festival that didn’t sadly end at 22 how they should, but it was nothing:)) also one of my towels was kind of dirty, but i think it was some sort of dirt you really can’t get rid of. Still - took another one:)) so, amazing!

The guest kitchen was very useful and always clean. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely. And the location was excellent and very central. As young female travellers we felt very safe, even at night. Its location near Hauptbahnhof was useful for buying food when most shops are closed on Sundays.

It was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the train station, however other bad reviews about the noise are definitely over exaggerated as it is perfectly bearable if the window is closed. It does not “feel like we’re sleeping inside the train station”. Ps: at the time of our stay the card machine on the luggage lockers was broken so it only take euro coins but it wasn’t an issue because we were able to exchange money at the bar

The staff was so very friendly. From the moment we arrived to our checkout time, it was a pleasurable experience. I liked the automatic blinds, the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast buffet was amazing with many options, and the location was absolutely perfect for us. Right next to the train station!?! When I booked I had no idea it was in such a central area, close to the river, walking distance of a few historical monuments and memorials, and right behind a food street festival! We really enjoyed our stay here.

The only thing that we didnt like was that the fan in the room was not working. We opened the window, but woken up by people being loud on the street. However, there were fans available at the front desk to use with a refundable deposit, so that was atleast a solution to get air flowing. Also, the pillows... not good for my neck at all. They were flimsy. These were the only 2 things I could say in this section.

Very clean, great location, awesome lobby, kitchen and the environment. The team is great too, smiley and kind 👍

1) Cashless. It be great to know in advance when planning expenses. They send an automation with the info, this would also be helpful to mention in advance taking you do not charge during the booking process. 2) Paid baggage storage. Maybe we are spoiled by other hotels but normally the possibility to leave baggage before departure gratis is an expectation already. 3) Draft air. It continually created the feeling of someone opening the door, which mistakenly felt like an unsafe environment (especially at night).

Location was excellent to get to everything. The staff were very accommodating for everything going on, had lots of information with pamphlets to allow people to have alot of information at their fingertips as well as deals for what to do within the area that was very helpful.

The staff didn't clean my room automatically like normal hotels. I recommend to have the staff ready to clean and attend to the room while i am out and away to help with the experience. Also, the elevator was out so it was very difficult for the entire hotel to rely on one single elevator with the rooms numbers and amount of luggage. I would recommend that they place an emergency order for fixing their elevator to help with the traffic of the hotel.

Superb location like 1 minute walk from Berlin Central Station. It is also near to bus station and shops/boutique. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They also granted my request of putting me on the lower bunk bed as I am having a trouble climbing. Very good view from my room (7th floor) and very clean bathroom. I like how the receptionist handle my miscommunication with my roommates.

I was surprised by the alarm in the building in an early morning that lead us to evacuate the area asap. A little messy in the common kitchen and under maintenance of one elevator.

Great location, right next to the station and a 10 minute walk to the Reichstag. Lovely atmosphere in the downstairs lounge/bar area. We used the fridge in the kitchen which was clean. The kitchen was small but organised and clean. Pictures on website are very accurate.

The room was a little warm, the window does open to let air in but the street outside is noisy. We were on the 8th floor. You can hear the platform announcements from the station and the trains. I actually enjoyed listening to the world going by outside but it does disturb your sleep.

The personel was really sympathetic and tried to help when I needed. The rooms could be cleaned better. (for instance: I stayed for 3 days and table never was cleaned in these days and the dusts on the ground never were removed)

There was a snoring person in the room. It was different level, believe me. Even just 1 second, I could not sleep. Furthermore, I lost my energy and got depressed. Not to allow people to suffer on their vacations; I recommend that it would be right thing to find out who may snore and who may be voice sensitive by asking questions during the booking. Thus, you are able to put the people who snore at the same room. Most probably, they will not disturb each other because they feel same.

It was the third time to stay there. Whenever I stayed there, I luckily had nice roommates. Bed is really good/comfortable. Location is excellent - only 1 min from the station. Very clean. Staffs are (always) very friendly and helpful. You can always go to Berlin central station and either buy something there or eat there.

The quality of other guest (not in my room. I was in 4-bed room with other guests) were quite bad, and they were so loud. Since it is right next to the central station Berlin, you cannot avoid noise. So, the comfortableness of the stay heavily depends on other guests in this hotel, I am afraid. (One time there were so many teens. I think it was a school trip or so. It was so loud! And another time there very young girls were talking extreme loud for a long time on corridor, and I could not sleep til they were gone...)

Location is the BEST ever ..near by Bundestag and Brandenburg Troll. Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the right from exit from Central Station metro Hauptbahnhof. So, you have real to much time to sleep in the morning, because you have few min only to walk to central station and use metro U-Bahn or S- Bahn to reach every point in Berlin very fast. Train ticket for 24h price is about 9 eur/person and you can travel with metro, train, bus and no limit times as you will need per 24h. You have also possibilities to eat pizza, doner kebab, azia dishes , curry wurst, donuts , coffe and any snacks inside this huge 5 floor station. There are food and drink shop REWE also. The Rossman is also there for everything in your life : .creme, shower gel, cosmetic ..very cheep. Room is very small, but for us is good to visit Berlin every day and back to sleep only. we have been to this hotel for the third time and it was always surprising that it is so quiet and there is no extraneous sound from the train station, complete silence at night.

We are waiting to fix second elevator :)
