The personel was really sympathetic and tried to help when I needed. The rooms could be cleaned better. (for instance: I stayed for 3 days and table never was cleaned in these days and the dusts on the ground never were removed)

There was a snoring person in the room. It was different level, believe me. Even just 1 second, I could not sleep. Furthermore, I lost my energy and got depressed. Not to allow people to suffer on their vacations; I recommend that it would be right thing to find out who may snore and who may be voice sensitive by asking questions during the booking. Thus, you are able to put the people who snore at the same room. Most probably, they will not disturb each other because they feel same.

Location was excellent to get to everything. The staff were very accommodating for everything going on, had lots of information with pamphlets to allow people to have alot of information at their fingertips as well as deals for what to do within the area that was very helpful.

The staff didn't clean my room automatically like normal hotels. I recommend to have the staff ready to clean and attend to the room while i am out and away to help with the experience. Also, the elevator was out so it was very difficult for the entire hotel to rely on one single elevator with the rooms numbers and amount of luggage. I would recommend that they place an emergency order for fixing their elevator to help with the traffic of the hotel.

It was the third time to stay there. Whenever I stayed there, I luckily had nice roommates. Bed is really good/comfortable. Location is excellent - only 1 min from the station. Very clean. Staffs are (always) very friendly and helpful. You can always go to Berlin central station and either buy something there or eat there.

The quality of other guest (not in my room. I was in 4-bed room with other guests) were quite bad, and they were so loud. Since it is right next to the central station Berlin, you cannot avoid noise. So, the comfortableness of the stay heavily depends on other guests in this hotel, I am afraid. (One time there were so many teens. I think it was a school trip or so. It was so loud! And another time there very young girls were talking extreme loud for a long time on corridor, and I could not sleep til they were gone...)

Location is the BEST ever ..near by Bundestag and Brandenburg Troll. Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the right from exit from Central Station metro Hauptbahnhof. So, you have real to much time to sleep in the morning, because you have few min only to walk to central station and use metro U-Bahn or S- Bahn to reach every point in Berlin very fast. Train ticket for 24h price is about 9 eur/person and you can travel with metro, train, bus and no limit times as you will need per 24h. You have also possibilities to eat pizza, doner kebab, azia dishes , curry wurst, donuts , coffe and any snacks inside this huge 5 floor station. There are food and drink shop REWE also. The Rossman is also there for everything in your life : .creme, shower gel, cosmetic ..very cheep. Room is very small, but for us is good to visit Berlin every day and back to sleep only. we have been to this hotel for the third time and it was always surprising that it is so quiet and there is no extraneous sound from the train station, complete silence at night.

The good, efficient check in and everything was clearly explained. The.beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was very warm and I shared with 3 other women. The downstairs toilet is very clean and accurate by your key card. The rooms were quiet. It was wonderful having a kitchen so that I could make my own tea and a breakfast. I didn't have the breakfast option as with a kitchen I could sort my own but it looked good and it was super to have both options. The location next to Washington platz was very convenient to access the city and transport links, being on the quiet side of the train station was helpful as there were still taxis available if needed. I would also recommend the food factory on the platz, I would best describe this as posh street food.

The bad, only one elevator working and the hotel has been well used, for example the radiator in the bathroom was very rusted and the communal kitchen was in need of maintenance too, the kettle didn't switch off automatically.

Everythng. From the time we got down from the Train at Berlin Central Station, the location of the hotel is just parellel to the station. that close! just 5 minutes walk. Plenty of eating options around the hotel and ofcourse at the Berlin central station. The staff were very friendly, although we reached early and room was not ready, they helped us to use the toilet facilities and also store our luggage in their luggage room. The room was adequete and quiet. We liked the location and the property met our expecation. All basic requirements were provided in the room. Worth the money paid.

The location is perfect! Only 3-min walk from Berlin Hbf and it’s within close distance (30-min walk) to all the touristy attraction we wanted to see as it was our first time in Berlin. The staff were so lovely, we actually accidentally left our phone in the room when we checked out. Phoned the staff immediately and got everything sorted out right away (they have a dedicated website for lost items and we could arrange shipment and all that). Really thankful for the helpful staff!

The bed was too hard and the pillow felt like a cardboard. If you’re a light-sleeper you might not appreciate this.

Location is amazing. It is just next to Berlin Hauptbahnhof, you just need to cross the street. Ideal if you travel by train. At the same time it was very clean and quiet. And Spree river was also near. And park. And Reichstag. Also the price was very reasonable for what you get.

The only unusual thing in the room was its really small TV set. What’s the point? Big new TVs are cheap nowadays. Also, apparently, the hotel is popular among traveling youth, so at breakfast time the cafeteria was packed with hungry teenagers. So, plan your breakfast time. Otherwise, breakfast was OK.

The location is as convenient as it gets—just a one-minute walk from Berlin Central Train Station. Step outside, and you can already see the hotel building. This was a huge plus since there are countless buses, trains, and trams departing from the station, making it easy to reach any destination directly from the hostel. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants in the train station, many of which stay open until quite late, which was super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere at MEININGER Hotels is always great, and this one was no exception. The lobby has cozy chairs, perfect for relaxing and meeting other travelers. As for cleanliness, there was room for improvement. While I’ve stayed in cleaner hostels, I’ve also stayed in much dirtier ones! So, overall, while it could be a bit better, it was still well above average and generally felt clean. The beds were comfortable, each with its own light, though I would have appreciated a small shelf next to each bed. As someone who wears glasses, that would have been very handy! There was, however, a large shelf in the room. The space was well-designed for four beds, and the bathroom was spacious. There were two elevators, so there was hardly any waiting to get up and down. Overall, would I recommend this place? 100%. Would I stay here again? 100%.

I arrived at around 10 am at the hotel from a very long intercontinental flight, staying only for one night. Reception staff was extremely friendly and they gave me a room although normal checkin time is only 3 pm ("because it is available"). They even gave me a cup of coffee, refusing my offer to pay for it. That's what I call service oriented (I had the opposite experience at an airport hotel in Berlin a few weeks later) and for that they get a 10 + from me. The hotel is conveniently located just a few steps away from the main train station. The rooms are rather small and breakfast is rather basic, but everything you need. They mainly cater to groups of mainly young people (so dorms are also available) and maybe that's why they are so helpful and informal. I really liked the vibe in this hotel.
