Very comfortable apartment with all what you need to stay in an hotel, great design for an attractive economy price. Best location near the rail station. The Hotel Bar serves serves good drinks and food in a nice vacation ambiance all of the time.

There was a lot of people to check in on the same time and no one checking machine as an option to avoid the long waiting time to get your room access.

Beds were very comfortable, location was excellent for transport links (train, bus and tram all within a 5 minute walk), bar was nice, shower was wonderful

Breakfast was very expensive considering what was on offer so we went out to cafes instead. TV comes on every time you put the keycard in to switch the power on in the room which was a bit annoying. No tea or coffee available in the room, you can buy it in the bar but sometimes you just want to sit in your room with a drink!

The hotel itself is really nice. Great facilities, very nice interior. I was staying on the 7th floor which opened a view to the inner cafe-yard (closed during winter time). It was heart warming to have a cozy view in the mornings. The location was in a 5-7 minutes walking distance from the Central station (Hauptbahnhob) which is very handy and in about 15-25 minutes distance from the Bundestag building. Very convenient for a nice walk to the main attractions along the river. I even took a 30-35 mins walk to the Berlin Cathedral, exploring the streets. And it's also good if you want to use the station for the transport instead. By the way the route of the bus number 100 goes through all the main attractions. I got on it near the Victory column, you can google what's the nearest stop from the hotel. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Berlin.

For some reason I remembered the breakfast was included in the price but apparently I was mistaken. The separate price for breakfast was a little high for me, EUR16. Though I'm pretty sure it must be super good. It would be also nice to have complimentary bottles of water in the room.

Location was excellent and was a 5 minute walk from the main train station. Reception area was well staffed which made for a seamless check in. I was on the 8th floor but with 3 efficient and large lifts was not an issue. The room was excellent with a large double bed and well proportioned bathroom with excellent walk in shower. There was ample storage for clothes and coats. The windows opened fully allowing for natural air cooling or you had the use of the hotel air conditioning. The breakfast was a substantial continental breakfast in a dining area that was very large and included a lovely outside area which in the summer made for a pleasant start to your day. There was enough fruit and coffee machines available so there was no waiting for a cuppa. There was also a well stocked bar with again plenty of seating for a few drinks in the afternoon or evening.

The reason I did not give this hotel 10/10 was there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Also there was no iron or board in the room. However, I am sure there were ironing facilities available and you could grab a hot drink from the bar.

Great value for money, rooms clean and tidy, smartly arranged, in general quiet - except for one evening when we could hear a dog barking quite loud... (hotel accepts pets), breakfast and staff at breakfast (Nieves is great). Location close to train station in safe area. Decoration of open spaces. I forgot my Ipad in the room and they found it and shipped it to a location where I could pick it up (at my cost of course).

Staff at reception desk not very nice, at check in and check out looked like doing a favour to guests arriving and leaving.

the room was neat and clean: comfortable bed, nice shower, newly refurbished. the check-in process was smooth and fast, the staff very kind. i liked the breakfast selection as well: there were lots of options to suit different diets (eg. coconut yogurt, vegan cheese etc). the location is great for travelers, minutes away from the main train station.

just some tiny things i noticed: there was no phone in the room, so if you have any questions you have to go downstairs to the reception area (i’m apologize if i’m mistaken, but i looked around my room and didn’t find a phone). i wish there were bathrobes too and maybe a few of most popular international channels or netflix.

Great location close to the main railway station and within walking distance of some major attractions. Very friendly staff and spotlessly clean. For Berlin, I also found the price quite reasonable.

The one thing I felt was a little subpar was breakfast, mostly because the gluten free options were a little meh. It would have helped to be able to get some cooked items such as scrambled eggs or hot porridge.

1) the ventilation issue. When the windows are closed it is hard to breathe. But when the windows are open you can hear the traffic noise. The ventilation issue should be solved 2) it is little bit expensive for a breakfast for this selection

I really like this franchising, the price-performance ratio is super. The rooms are essential, but comfortable and furnished with a modern design. The position of this hotel is strategic, just imagine that the entrance of the Hauptbahnhof U-Bahn is on the same side of the hotel main door. Theoretically you do not need to cross the street in order to reach the Hauptbahnhof. The staff is very gentle and they will always look after you. We asked for gluten-free bread and they fulfilled our request in a couple of minutes.

During breakfast the restaurant area could be quite crowded, even if the staff is fast enough cleaning and tidying up the tables, the floor will not be broomed at all.

The hotel lies in front of Berlin Hauptbahnhof and so it was just perfect for us as we arrived to Berlin by train. The room was small but the bed really comfortable. The walls and windows were soundproof so we were not disturbed by noise made by trains or neighbours. The hotel has a wonderful bar where you can drink cocktails or soft drinks in a pleasant area. There is also an elegant space in the open air but we didn't see anyone there probably because the weather was cloudy. The staff was kind and at the reception and at the bar there were two big bowls filled with free sweets that the customers could take if they liked.

A strange thing happened while I was waiting for the elevator: a young man I didn't know, probably drunk, came shouting at me throwing a piece of paper. I don't know if he mistook me for someone else and luckily I wasn't alone and so he went away. Another customer on the elevator with me commented in an ironic way "Welcome to Berlin".
