Check-in was quick and efficient, with Tobias being especially helpful and friendly throughout both check-in and check-out. When we arrived, the hotel had us down for a single room due to an error on Booking.com, even though our confirmation clearly showed we’d booked a queen. The staff noticed this straight away and upgraded us to a queen room with no fuss, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk from Berlin Hauptbahnhof, offering easy access to the rest of the city. The room was spacious and offered daily cleaning if desired. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful stay. The bathroom was clean with a generously sized shower. The desk and mirrors were well positioned, and there was ample space to hang clothes or use the shelves. The lighting options near the bed, both ambient and full, were a nice touch. We also made use of the iron and ironing board, which came in handy.

The air conditioning was barely noticeable, which was a drawback during a summer stay, especially since opening the windows meant dealing with a lot of noise due to the nearby police station and frequent sirens. We also missed having a fridge in the room, as we enjoy relaxing with a beer or two in the evenings. The TV was frustrating to use, it often froze on the 'fish' screensaver, and we could only connect intermittently. As someone who needs plenty of downtime during city trips, the hotel room is my safe space, so not being able to unwind with comfort shows was quite disappointing.

Very comfortable apartment with all what you need to stay in an hotel, great design for an attractive economy price. Best location near the rail station. The Hotel Bar serves serves good drinks and food in a nice vacation ambiance all of the time.

There was a lot of people to check in on the same time and no one checking machine as an option to avoid the long waiting time to get your room access.

Could have been good if a kettle is provided to drink hot / warm water to soothe the throat as the Aircon can dry it. My sister's room wasn't clean - blanket etc not folded properly. Garbage bin in the bathroom is too small. Would have been good to provide container / space to put our toiletries in the shower. Would have been good to provide 6 hangers instead of 3.

The hotel was conveniently located & easy to find. The process at reception was quick & efficient. We appreciated this at we were exhausted & hot. Our room was a good size & very clean. It did not have all the extras such as shampoo, conditioner & body cream but this was not important to us as the room rate was very competitive. The bar & lounge were well run & the furnishings were contemporary comfortable. The outside dining & garden was just beautiful. They Breakfast Bar was kept well-stocked & of good quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting something modern, clean & extremely well priced for a large city hotel

We had very nice stay. The rooms are small but very cosy and tasteful designed. The location for our trip was ideal. We didn’t need to pay extra taxi fee to get to the main station although we had 4 luggages to carry. The only thing we missed was a mini fridge that could be specially in warm months very nice. I was happy about having a safe in room as well. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the view, the garden. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. I recommend staying at this hotel if you look for a hotel that is budget friendly, convenience, clean and close to every place important to visit in Berlin.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the reception staff were friendly and helpful and all times. The bed was comfortable. Although the hotel is on a busy main thoroughfare, and our room was at the front of the hotel. we were not disturbed by noise at any time. We chose the hotel for its proximity to Berlin Hauptbanhof, as we were arriving and leaving Berlin by train. The hotel is less than five minutes walk from the station's northern entrance

The room was quite small, and there was no facility for coffee or tea, which meant a trip down to the ground floor restaurant and back for an early morning coffee. There are not many restaurants, coffee shops or bars within walking distance apart from inside the station

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a great layout that made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The location is very convenient—about a 20-minute walk to the main tourist attractions—offering a nice balance of accessibility and quiet. One of the highlights was the lovely outdoor area downstairs. It was a great spot to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

As it's located near the train station, the surrounding area can feel a little busy at times, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience.

Nothing in the room available to make tea or coffee. Tried to check in early but was told check in is at 3pm. This is always frustrating in this specific hotel chain as they don’t care for first come first serve on rooms that were already cleaned at least. They don’t cater for the fact you are waiting in the reception for hours and you have to keep asking them if a room is already available. Parking is dependent on a reception call not on room card.

Beds were very comfortable, location was excellent for transport links (train, bus and tram all within a 5 minute walk), bar was nice, shower was wonderful

Breakfast was very expensive considering what was on offer so we went out to cafes instead. TV comes on every time you put the keycard in to switch the power on in the room which was a bit annoying. No tea or coffee available in the room, you can buy it in the bar but sometimes you just want to sit in your room with a drink!

Location was excellent and was a 5 minute walk from the main train station. Reception area was well staffed which made for a seamless check in. I was on the 8th floor but with 3 efficient and large lifts was not an issue. The room was excellent with a large double bed and well proportioned bathroom with excellent walk in shower. There was ample storage for clothes and coats. The windows opened fully allowing for natural air cooling or you had the use of the hotel air conditioning. The breakfast was a substantial continental breakfast in a dining area that was very large and included a lovely outside area which in the summer made for a pleasant start to your day. There was enough fruit and coffee machines available so there was no waiting for a cuppa. There was also a well stocked bar with again plenty of seating for a few drinks in the afternoon or evening.

The reason I did not give this hotel 10/10 was there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Also there was no iron or board in the room. However, I am sure there were ironing facilities available and you could grab a hot drink from the bar.
