Rooms are not as shown on the pictures, but they were clean and had everything listed in description. Location is really great if you are traveling with train, but also for sightseeing - 30min walking from Potsdamer Platz and so close to Tiergarted. If you are fine with a bit of worn-out setting (which we were perfectly fine with), it is a great choice. We had shared toilet option and it was always clean, had enough soap and paper towels.

It could use a bit of freshen-up - pillows were really old and uncomfortable. Some staff did not speak a word of English, which made communication difficult, but luckily most of the staff can communicate on English.

The location is convenient given how close it is to the station. There's a Penny in front of it and few bars/cafes nearby (the one right downstairs is horrible). The room is nothing special, but very good for the price.

The pillows are a pain. New ones have to be bought as soon as possible. They are one of the most uncomfortable thing ever. They don't offer a service to hold your luggage which is a shame, especially given the proximity to the central station.

The property was good, the room was really small, but it was perfect for solo traveler who needs a place to sleep. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, plenty of electrical sockets. Everything you need to have a place to rest and roam in Berlin. The place is very secure. All in all a good place to stay if you are with low requirements. Near to the team that will take you to the city center.

This hotel is all about location (very close to the central station) and value for money. Don't expect a lot of comfort, but the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It's an old building, so for example the heating is a really old system where managing the right temperature can be a challenge. But this is also very charming in some way.

If you're sensitive to noise: The walls are thin, so you hear most of what your neighbors are doing. And the windows are not sound-proof, so you also hear the traffic on the street outside, though I must say where was almost no traffic after about 11pm, so it was pretty quiet anyway.

Good location, a ten-minute walk from the main railway station, or two stops on the tram. There are a couple of good restaurants next door, and a supermarket right across the road, whch stays open until 22.00 Monday to Saturday. The rooms are small and basic but excellent value for a short trip to Berlin. I have stayed there a few times and would definitely go back.

Some rooms don't have en-suite bathroom/toilet. I would not take one of these rooms.

Close to public transport and a 10-minute walk from Berlin Hbf (Central). Large room for four. Quiet in a residential area overlooking courtyard. With Restaurant Neumann's as a neighbor a good alternative. An hotel with character. A well stocked Penny supermarket is across the street. Not an anonymous hotel chain on the second floor of a mansion that was the only one to survive the WW2 incendiaries in the area due to its steel beams. Smallest shower in the world by far (beware of dropping the bar of soap), and absence of a little fridge.

Good choice for a couple of nights if you need to stay close to the central train station. Very simple room where you have the basic facilities for the small price. It was nice to prolong the room for several additional hours for just 20 EUR, super convenient option for me because I was running the Berlin HM in the morning.

Pillows in my room were not comfortable. There were no options to use a fridge and to leave the luggage after checking out.

The location of the hotel is perfect from the train station, its near and walkable. The hotel is good for its price, I had no problem at all, everything worked perfectly. I just needed to stay overnight. Would totally come back if your plan is just to sleep and be all day long in the city

Its very near to the station , 10 min walk exactly . We had been here with family . They enjoyed the stay. Best part is Penny is opposite to the Hotel and We could quickly grab some food for my little one. Staff were very friendly , I also forgot my phone charger and the lady helped me with that as well. Wifii is very good. Very near to jump into hop on hop off buses. Water is very very hot and heating is awesome. Its a peaceful stay i would say. Some restaurants are also near by if you want to have a good food. We ran out of drinking water in the midnight and its awesome that hotel provided with drinking water near the reception. Its very budget friendly hotel. Just book it if you are in a vacation as you wont stay in the hotel for long either way .This hotel has all you need ,SIMPLE.
