The staff are amazing, really kind and helpful. Our room had problems with heating, they immediately changed our room. It was comfortable, with a nice view. Public transport 100m from the hotel. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but enough.

I wish we had a water kettle in the room with complimentary coffee or tea, it would be a nice touch

The hotel is in a great location. The tram stop is at the front. It’s only a couple of stops to the main train station. The hotel is next door to a shopping centre with eateries, bakery and a huge Kaufland supermarket. Great cafes in the area. We were a family of 4 and shared a room with a double bed and 2 bunks. We originally had booked one bunk bed and a double bed, and then we received an offer from the hotel to upgrade to a room with two bunks and a double bed for a few extra Euros. It was well worth it!! We Had soo much room for our 4 large suitcases and 4 large backpacks. Plenty of floor space to walk around. Fantastic!! Spotlessly clean room. Clean and modern bathroom, toilet and shower. The tv had several English speaking News channels. Our room faced the back and so it was dead silent at night. Beds were very comfortable. We were able to control the thermostat which was great, but it was still warm at night with the heater turned off. Fortunately we were able to open the window. This was great as it cooled the room considerably. The communal kitchen was great. Kept clean. It was very well equipped. We were able to cook simple meals and keep things in the shared fridge. The dining area was great. Had a nice atmosphere. We could order a drink too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked that the hotel attracted different types of people, from families to young adults, to middle aged people. A hotel for everyone.

We didn’t like that we could not pay cash for the room. We also did not like paying an extra 15 euros to check in early. We did not prearrange this. We asked upon check in. The room was already made up and available. So why have to pay extra?? It’s a blatant grab for money. Not ethical. Not nice to treat your customers that way.

Location just across the street from tram. Shower and toilet in room, TV and storage lockers. Basically it's a former regular large hotel room stripped out with beds added to it.

No blackout curtains. I rarely stay in hostels, and made an exception due to location and cost. It was ok, but there is absolutely no reason why there shouldn't be female only rooms. None. And with the amount of rooms available, the hostel could even book according to "quiet room/party room" (i.e. so those who want to sleep @ 10pm aren't in the same room with the partiers who come in @ 3am.).

The hotel is very clean. We also noticed that the towel is very clean. The location is super as many options of transportation are available near the hotel. The staffs are also friendly and helpful. They have luggage room and lockers to put our stuffs in the hotel before the check in and after the check out.

We used a locker to save our important luggage with 10e deposit. Since they only accept card, it will be nice if they notified us beforehand if we should bring the same card when we get our luggage in the locker. As we didn’t know this, we divided the people in our group when we took our luggage and the “card” ended up not with the group who took the luggage. As such, we cannot get our 10e deposit back.

The room was nice, quiet and private, the staff were very friendly. I almost never take the breakfast option, but this time I did and I did not regret it one bit - it was very good and gave each morning a great start. I also liked, how easy it was to find - the location is very nice. (the Italian place Pizza Palast, which is only a 7 min walk through the park from the hotel, was exceptional!)

The best hostel. I never felt sad leaving a place I was paying for with my money. At first, I had doubt. Not a fan of sharing spaces but I met amazing people on my first day to the last. We even went out together to bars and club. It was a great experience and I felt sad leaving, I tried to extend my stay but it was too late. Great staff, amazing hostel mates and clean facilities.

The curtains was a pain in the ass and it was hot sometimes. Maybe AC or proper ventilation is needed.

I booked a room for a single person, and although it had three beds, it was perfectly fine for me. The ambience was simple yet comfortable. Basic amenities were provided, and for items like glasses and spoons, there was a shared kitchen on the floor. The location has very good connectivity via public transport. The reception and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant. The overall experience was smooth, and I appreciated the warm hospitality.

The wifi connection could be improved.

This hotel is very good located, only 10 mins from the central station. It has many shopping opportunities and many good restaurants nearby, the subway station is only 5 mins away walking. The room was very nice, it has comfortable beds, AC, window, hair dryer. The hotel itself is very nice and secure. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We will definately be back here!

You have to ask if you want the rooms to get cleaned in the reception every day and if you ask after midday it might be too late. Hair dryer was not so good. Apart from that everything was perfect :)

We had a great stay overall. The location is excellent – close to everything, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a lovely view from the windows.

The soundproofing could be improved. You can hear everything happening in the corridor, which can be a problem—especially in a city like Berlin where nightlife goes on late. If you’re a light sleeper, getting rest might be a bit challenging.

breakfast was good. we enjoyed.

location is not so central. there is no parking at the hotel. the park house under the hotel has nothing to do with the hotel. there is no fast charging in there. you can't enter the park house after 11 pm. the hotel staff does not know anything useful about the parking or the park house. we requested for a late checkout until 3 pm and they could only offer until 2 pm (for a €15 fee). bathroom was way too small and was not cleaned thoroughly. we could see hair from previous occupants. we asked for cleaning on day 1 and they only made the beds. bathroom was still the same. price was too much but that we understand, could have been because of the berlin half marathon.
