The location is good, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom.

Although the price of the breakfast was included in the final price of the apartment, it was charged again in the morning during the check out. Although it was clear at the Booking.com website that the price of the breakfast was included, according to the employee, it was not possible to see at his computer. And I would have to pay cash. The second thing that I didn't like much: € 9,50 for a glass of white wine that was awful, that I even couldn't drink, was a little bit too expensive.

Great location - quiet and peaceful at night, close to the bus stop, comfortable bed. Excellent shower pressure.

The shower didn't have anywhere for my hair products and shower gel. It'd be nice to have a small rack or shelf for this purpose.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Nice breakfast. Room was comfortable with fast internet, air conditioning and coffee maker.

Room was a bit small as compared to the photos shown on the booking page and the bathroom had some mould signs in the corners.

The hotel was exactly as we expected. It has a good price value ratio. There is nothing to complain about. There were several ways to reach it by public transport. It has a relatively good location, the neighborhood seemed safe even for night walks

Actually there is nothing we did not like. The location is good, but not suitable for those who wish to walk in 5 minutes to the city center. You should use public transport to come and go.

Considering the fact that hotels are somewhat expensive in Berlin (at least at this Walpurgis Night & Labour Day holiday), this hotel was relatively cheap and offered a decent price/quality ratio as a 3-star hotel. It's so easy to reach the hotel from Central Train Station and to go to the landmarks of the city centre by buses passing around. The reception staff treated me well. Windows could be fully opened, which was good for improving the A/C in the room. The room and the bed and bathroom stuff were clean and well-equipped enough. (That being said, thank you for the cotton buds package in the bathroom as well.) The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast service was satisfactory. Last but not least, thank you for giving away free drinks in return for letting the daily housekeeping routine be skipped.

The WiFi connection was slow. But another remarkable problem is the hotel doesn't have a dinner service. This is a problem because there were no open restaurants around the hotel. As an alternative point, it could be fine if the hotel had a snack bar in the lobby as well, but fortunately, there is a kiosk/minimarket on the street behind the hotel where you can buy snacks and drinks.

Comfy bed, good climate control, quiet, breakfast was just right, friendly and competent staff.

Shower was a bit small, no hair conditioner (bring your own), probably need to hire more staff as there's too much work for the number of people.

Very well-installed and clean room, equipped with everything you need to spend a couple of days in a good area of Berlin. Friendly staff and excellent cost-benefit ratio. I would definitely come back.

The shower was a little bit small, but overall everything else was excellent.

Room was comfortable, not big, but cozy. Small table so if you want to work inside you can hardly do it. Good breakfast: basic variety of all the ingredients; no ordering service. In front of the hotel in several blocks there is a river/channel so it's nice walking near embankment or having water excursion by the boat. For fans of walking it's a good distance nearby if you want to get to the center of the city, main transport facilities or etc

It's not the center of the city. You should use the bus service or U-Bahn, or walk a lot through not very interesting blocks. But after these blocks there is a very picturesque and tranquille Tiergarten.
