Location to Tiergarten S or Zoologicalical U, vending machines in reception, restaurants nearby. Air conditioning was cool for the humid weather and breakfast had a variety of offerings.

Hot drink vending machine remained unfixed for entire 5-night stay, initial issues with tv not working and wouldn't turn off meaning first night I had to sleep with the tv on because reception was unsure how to triage the issue until the following morning. Had to have my breakfast in reception because the room was full and couldn't get passed people in my wheelchair. The staff were however sympathic and initially helpful but had to essentially go back and collect items despite them saying they would help initially.

Liked quite a few things: 1. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! Special shout out to the girl from Thailand. 2. The room I stayed in: loved the motif of the art work - inspired by German football fans, and the large window facing Mercedes-Benz building. Quite a modern urban view. 3. The neighbourhood: TU Berlin, the temporary bauhaus-archiv / museum für gestaltung and Berlin Zoological Garden are within walking distance.

The room was exceptionally clean, with a powerful shower and very comfortable beds. There was ample space and plenty of hangers for clothing, as well as enough power outlets and a desk suitable for working. It would have been even better if the chairs in the room were more comfortable for working.

I was disappointed that early check-in before 15:00 required an additional fee, especially since the room was already prepared. The lounge area was also quite small and not particularly comfortable.

Location, close to the garden in the quiet and calmer part of the city, but you can take an S-Banh or 20-30min bike ride to get to the city center. The price was fair. Underground private parking made us feel safe for our car.

Room cleanliness could be improved. The drapes in the windows had very visible signs of wear. There was a black spot in the corner of the shower. It's not mold or anything dangerous but didn't look attractive. The towels were replaced despite us leaving them hanging stating we want to use them again.

Location was very good, close to a S-bahn station. Easy check-in and self check-in options in multiple languages. Clean room, comfortable bed. Overall good value for money.

Despite the good location, there were not too many food options available nearby. Staff was unfriendly and knocked at our door several times in the morning (before 8am), eventually opening the door once close to 9am. Poor lightning both in the room and bathroom.

Room was very hot all night even with air con. Air con sounded like a hot tub bubbling all night, very loud. Had 2 rooms and whilst moving things between both, a suitcase was left outside the door and was removed by someone. When I asked if it had been handed in , was told no. Rebought an entire case of clothes, only to find later on that it was behind reception. Had I not asked again, I wouldn't have known, I was not contacted when it was found.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre and pretty close to two U-Bahn/S-Bahn stations. Check-in was easy, staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice, I was able to leave my bag on check-out day at reception for a few hours, and it was good value for money, too.

A kettle in the room would be nice (though it's possible to buy a hot drink at reception).

During my recent stay at B&B Hotel Berlin-Tiergarten, I found it to be a pleasant experience overall. Situated in a beautiful area near the Charlottenburg Gate, the location was simply fantastic for exploring Berlin. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff throughout my stay.

However, while the breakfast provided was good, I felt that there could have been more options available. Additionally, I believe it would greatly enhance the guest experience to have a kettle in the room for added convenience

We liked everything except missing convenient access to the hot water for tea in the evening. It may be brought upon receipt on the reception desk.

Everything was good, comfortable matress, nice quiet room. All was super clean. Rooms are small but nice, nothing fussy but comfortable enough. Baths are also small but nice. The location is great, everything in Berlin Zentrum is near (Tiergarten Bahnhof is only five minutes away). And in the street is usually free space to park (for free!). What it lacks in charm it has in practicality and modest comfort.

The pillows are terrible for people used to normal pillows with a certain firmness. They need to offer a regular more firm pillow as well as a softer one. That's my only complain.
