It was well equipped, more or less, with a nice kitchenette (could have done with a bit more kitchenware: see below). The location was great - 8 minutes walk away from two train stations (U-Bahn and S-Bahn), and close to some lovely restaurants. There were also good food shops (mini markets, etc.) quite close by. The hotel has a garden where it was very pleasant to sit and have a meal or a drink. The staff were helpful. It was a really good stay.

As said, the kitchenette was somewhat under-equipped, though when we asked staff for things they provided them. A bit more cutlery would have been nice, plus one or two more pots and pans. There was no salt or pepper. Obviously, we stocked up on perishables, but providing salt and pepper would not be a big deal for the hotel. There were some other omissions which I don’t now remember.

Great breakfast, although a la carte - not buffet. Our room was large and equipped with a small kitchenette and kitchen utensils - very handy for a longer stay. A lot of complimentary drinks were made available in the minibar. The location is central, although not really close to the main touristic attractions, but the city is well connected so it was not an issue at all.

We parked the car in front of the hotel and we got a fine although parking was supposed to be for free over the weekend. We recommend asking for instructions about the parking at the hotel - we did not and we regretted it :)

I stayed in one of their apartments for two weeks and had a great stay. Very kind staff, excellent location near universities and Zoologischer Garten S+U station. Exceptional soundproofing, very comfortable bed, free minibar and surprisingly well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely book again!

The air roster in the kitchen made an annoying sound, even when turned off. Sometimes this was pretty annoying. Also, the Wi-Fi network requires you to sign in all over again every 12 hours or so which is a bit of a nuisance after a while. But all these things are not hindering me from booking again.

I was really impressed with this hotel. The room was bigger than I expected, very clean, with lots of cupboards, a comfortable bed, and pillows. The Wi-Fi was good. The room was quiet when the windows were closed. It is close to coffee shops and supermarkets. On arrival, there are some free drinks in the bar fridge. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and a microwave. All the staff were friendly and helpful and they allowed me to store my bag in reception on the day that I checked out. The laundry room was a big bonus and worked well with the "appWash" app. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Berlin.

A few more coffee pods would have been much appreciated.

Location perfect, reception staff great. Room large and had all we needed, very good shower and rooftop/garden view, good lighting and heat control. Fastest lift we have ever experienced!

Overall we liked not having daily room cleaning - but over 6 nights it would have been good to have a quick clean half way through (bins, hoover, fresh towels, restocked loo rolls etc). The staff would probably have arranged this if we'd asked.

Very well greeted by happy and pleasant staff. superb location 8mins from a main train/underground station and 10mins walk from main shopping areas. Many decent restaurants within 10mins walk. Well stocked fridge with complimentary drinks. Lovely room with large bed, two bathrooms, plenty of hot water and a comfortable lounge area. I wasn't expecting something so large.i would 100% rebook

Nearly all perfect. Coffee machine in room had 4 complimentary 'pods', housekeeping staff were reluctant to restock, I would have paid if asked. Tv had only exclusively German channels, some international stations would have been a good addition. These are very minor concerns, the hotel was excellent. I would 100% rebook.

Fantastic stay. The staff was exceptionally accommodating and very friendly. The rooms had nice daylight and my room overlooked a pretty courtyard with a lawn, greenery and a neighborhood view. My window was large and opened to the outdoors, which I love. The staff was very helpful and informative about places to go and things to do in Berlin, and went out of their way to provide me with maps and the necessary info for commuting, eating, and finding sights and entertainment. I extended my stay twice and really loved this location and setting. People knew me by name when I returned to the accommodation, and asked me if I wanted an espresso or a drink whenever I sat idle in the lobby area. Behind the lobby area, was the dining area which led to an outdoor patio in the back where you could also sit with a drink, and the doors remained open on nice days and allowed fresh air into the communal space which was lovely. Breakfast must be reserved the day before, and can be enjoyed inside or on the outside patio, (menu-order). The staff was exceptionally personable. I was on vacation for almost 3 weeks- in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and this was my first time to Berlin. This accommodation was my favorite because the staff was really lovely, five-star.

The lighting was a little dim to do any face primping or to perform any task work.

Everything! The location is great, quiet residential street in Charlottenburg within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, transit, and our favourite Christmas market. We booked the loft room, and it was very nice and spacious. The hotel even has a fitness centre and a laundry room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It felt like home. We’re glad we found this gem, we’ll definitely stay there on our next trip to Berlin!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The room was nice, I liked that he mini bar was free. I liked the bathroom, which was spacious and the bed was comfy. The ceiling fan was also nice. The closet was spacious. The kitchenette was also nice and easy to use. The hotel doggo is very cute and a complete whore for belly rubs.

We ran out of toilet paper on the last day :)) Thankfully, the hotel also provides a box of tissues, so no biggie :) I think two guests should get two yoga mats (although even one provided is nice already).

kitchen was poorly equipped and no daily cleaning - replacement towels, toilet roll had to be requested. We knew was an apart hotel but for price would have expected regular clean and check that supplies refreshed. there’s no real public lounge space so it really is an apartment only.
