Prime Location: Perfectly situated in a central area, close to everything you need. Excellent Transit Access: With the metro, suburban trains, and buses just a stone's throw away, getting around is a breeze. Safe and Secure: The area feels very safe, providing peace of mind. Outstanding Reception Service: The receptionist was exceptionally kind and went out of her way to provide an early check-in, well before my scheduled time. - Wi-Fi almost nonexistent - That morning, while I was still in bed, room service suddenly started opening the door. I remember feeling a rush of fear and panic as I jumped up, completely startled. It was such an uncomfortable experience

Breakfast was great, food and service!!! The location was good and bad. It is on the bus and train line, near the zoo, aquarium and many restaurants, but the number of homeless people around was a bit difficult for my kids. The desk staff were exceptional and the Starbucks staff also exceptional.

The homeless people (obviously not something the hotel can control) were really all up and down the sidewalk. Also one morning, but only one morning, one of the food service workers was extremely rude to me because I had not signed up for breakfast ahead of time. He did not have to be so rude, even got in my face. I was not rude to him at all.

Ideal location, right by S- & U-Bahn stations and a bus stop. Staff helpful and multilingual. Breakfast was filling & copious, and large breakfast area meant there was always seating. Brutally efficient air-conditioning, helpful when it was 34° outside.

No 'PLEASE CLEAN/DON'T CLEAN TODAY' door sign, which other rooms had, so bedding wasn't always as fresh as I would have wanted. A lot of homeless around the entrance; they didn't hassle guests in any way, but it may disturb some people. Wi-fi in the room, though strong, was erratic; be careful when trying to do any financial transactions, as the page may not load at a crucial moment.

Good place for families - great location, and lot's of things to do for kids. The football court outside was esecially attractive for my (6yo) boy.

The room was just enough for 4 people. no real place to walk aroound the master bed, nor to keep the luggage open (we had to take its content out and put it aside). The bathroom is basic, but good enough. The breakfast is also basic. You can eat on the deck / garden outside, which is nice during summer: on the second night we decided to make use of that option, but when me and my father in law wanted to share a beer, we were told that alcohol must be purchased at the hotel... the day after, an employee (Ahmed) - who presented himself as the manager - came out to tell us we have to remove our water as well - after arguing with him for 5 min he dropped that (ridiculous) demand. Left a bad taste in the mouth, though.

This is a fantastic choice for a family stay in Berlin. It is a really clean hotel within a walking distance to Kudamm and family attractions like Zoological Center etc. The room we stayed at was just about the right size. Perfect location for public transport: Just a min away from both sub and bus stop. And as a bonus there is a mini Starbucks inside the hotel where we grabbed our morning coffee before we headed out. I will definitely rebook this place on my next visit.

We were surprised there was no mini bar inside the room, not that we needed anything to eat or drink as there were vending machines but I would love to keep our snacks/ drinks in a cool place.

Clean, modern room. More than big enough for two people with space to move around. Basic and perfect for a city break. Great location- near the park for runs, directly next to the train station and a super market. It is a bit far out, but super well located on the train and near a big shopping district

The hotel was absolutely packed with teenage school groups. I didn’t think this would affect my trip as much as it did, but there were hundreds of them when we were there, as it was a bank holiday weekend. They were running up and down the corridors, shouting, knocking on our room’s door etc. it was incredibly off putting. Although this was not the hotels fault, it did make a big negative impact in what would’ve otherwise been a perfect hotel

Hotel is 5 minutes walk from Tiergarten, 25-30 minutes walk from Bundestag (through Tiergarten). U-bahn\S-bahn and bus stops nearby if needed. Has good connection to Berlin ring road (10 minutes drive) if you need to drive by car, very convenient. Breakfast was good, tasty. Eggs, sausages, variety of cheese and ham. Sometimes pancakes were cooked also. Variety of salads, fruits. Staff were very friendly.

Breakfast price depends on when you order it. Ordering day before will be cheaper, but this was not communicated clearly on the day of arrival, or at least we missed this part being tired from a 10h long drive and willing to get upstairs for the rest.

The hotel offers good value for money, considering what you get in return for what you pay. The best part is its location—it is conveniently situated right next to the train and bus stations, with a supermarket, multi-story parking, and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The reception staff were very welcoming, which made check-in a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable.

The only issue was the poor internet connection. When I informed the reception about the weak WiFi, they explained that since the hotel was fully booked, the network was overloaded with connections, causing the WiFi to perform poorly.

One of the few hotels where a 5 person family can stay together in one room. The room was spacious and offered two bunk beds + a double bed which was very convenient for our family. Great location, with access to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Regional Bahn and bus services which can lead you to any place in Berlin. Many city attractions can be reached also in walking distance from the hotel location for example, the Berlin Zoo, one of the main shopping streets - Kurfürstendamm, etc.. Will definitely consider this hotel next time my family and I will visit Berlin again.

I would recommend a better room lighting.

The WiFi worked really well and the rooms were spacious, it was perfect for a family of four. The beds were comfortable and we have a desk in each area (children and parents).

The upper bed of the childrens area had a railing, but it was not very safe... it was easily bended (maybe there was a problem only in our room). Since the one that was up was our son and he didn't move a lot it was ok, but if it was a smaller child that moves a lot he could have an accident. So I just suggest to check the railings.
