Breakfast was exceptional, the chef even made me an eggwhite omlette during busy hours as I am allergic to the yellow. Beds were very comfortable and everything was seamless, and the location was also perfect. I couldn't ask for a more comfortable stay. They also had some space for kids to run around so I would also stay there with kids although you probably need a bigger room for a family stay.

Only a small feedback, I did forget to pack some body cream and maybe a small tube of that in the room would've helped.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely lovely – friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Many things exceeded my expectations, which made the experience even better! :D The luggage room was super convenient and well-organized. The location is excellent – right outside the hotel there’s a metro station, and with the U2 line we could get straight to the city center in no time. I also really appreciated the modern keyless room access using just a phone – very convenient and high-tech! That said, sometimes it felt a bit too modern – for example, it took us a while to figure out how to close the curtains :D Some clear in-room instructions would definitely be helpful :D The value for money was really great – considering the quality, location, and service, it felt absolutely worth the price.

The only downside was the sound insulation – you could clearly hear neighbors talking, so the noise isolation could definitely be improved :(

Very clean, modern, and cool vibe. Located in quiet area, very close to U station. The room also has great sound proof wall so it was really quiet and I could sleep so well. There is nice rooftop terrace too! Overall my stay was pretty comfortable.

Not many (good) restaurants nearby unless you take train or bus. But supermarket is within 10 minutes walk which is good. There is nice lounge and table area but no outlet on site to charge phone which is inconvenient. And unlike major hotels in the states, there are no mini fridge or electric kettles in rooms, but they brought electric kettle to my room when I requested. I wish there was microwave in common area. And I wish there were more lights in the room as it was a bit dark.

Rooms are compact—especially family rooms with bunk beds—which is typical for smaller hotels and good packing organization helps. Lighting in rooms may feel dim to some guests, and few rooms have large storage options for luggage. There’s limited immediate nightlife or dining right outside the hotel—but with U-Bahn access this isn't a major concern.

Fantastic location a minute to the u-bahn, AMAZING(!) breakfast (completely worth the price). Nicely designed rooms, good lighting, comfortable enough. Nice outdoor area where you can eat or have a coffee outside with swings for children and yard to run around in. It managed to cater to everyone - it felt family friendly while also being suitable for other age groups as well. The cafe/bar downstairs in the lobby had a welcoming and relaxed vibe without seeming like it was trying too hard (too modern, to hip, etc like some other hotels). Very friendly and kind staff. Great wifi. The Brlo brewery down the street was wonderful. Would stay again.

My partner (larger, taller than me) complained that the beds could be more comfortable (I didn't much notice, myself). The crib we requested upon booking was not in the room when we checked in and they appeared to have no record of us having requested one (?) but this was quickly corrected. Other than that, everything was great.

First of all, the room on the 6th was good. It was not very spacious, but planed well and stylish. There is a lot of storage spaces, very comfortable beds, cozy lightning. On the same floor we had a terrace (where you able to smoke or just chill), but it's unavailable at the bad weather days. We had a chance to visit it only once. Same for the garden. Wifi was stable and fast. Near the hotel you can find some nice places to visit. First is BRLO - the brewery where you can get some beer and food. On the next street you can find The Technical Museum - also interesting place to visit.

I can't say that it was completely fault of the hotel, but our stay was good - not perfect. At the first day we experienced a problem with WiFi. I could be not a problem, but the mobile internet doesn't work in the room at all. Next day it was fixed. Also the hearing in the room was very nice. It could be not a problem, but unfortunately, our neighbors liked to start their day at 8 a.m. with a scandal. Can't call it as a complete disadvantage, but blinds in the room a bit complicated.

The room was very cleverly arranged and the climate control panel was actually intuitive to use. I like how much storage is worked into the space and hooks and hangers around the room were very useful. Shower water pressure was horrid, but after bringing it to the staff's attention, they sent someone to repair it right away and it worked like new afterwards.

Breakfast is overpriced. Bed is not terribly comfortable. While I was very impressed at the urgency of the shower repair when I brought up an issue, it was blatant enough that it seems like it should have been caught and repaired before we ever checked in.

Great value for money in a good location close to many key iconic Berlin attractions. Staff were uniformly excellent. The rooms are finished to a high specification and the housekeeping standards were excellent. Be aware the rooms are a bit 'tight' in size but perfectly fine at this price point. The hard working guys handling the 'breakfast buffet' were exceptional and I really hope that's reflected in their remuneration. A good breakfast selection for the price point. The hotel was particularly busy during our stay but it ran like a Swiss clock and was spotlessly clean throughout. Food and beverages were good value for money if you just wanted a quiet beer after a day's sightseeing.

The breakfast station needs a couple of additional coffee machines to cope with breakfast traffic.

I've been in the hospitality industry for years and appreciate the comforts of Aletto. Attentive, friendly, respectful staff available 24/7. I quickly got coffee latte and a daily prepared sandwich for a quick brunch and later a sweet pastry in the evenings at the cafe after sightseeing and meeting friends for dinner in another kiez. There was a full bar where patrons could enjoy socializing in the relaxed seating area / lounge, which was open even late into the night. I arrived from a local gathering that went past midnight on the weekend and found clientele at the bar to be jovial but well mannered. The environment felt safe and well maintained. Breakfast could be purchased at a discount when arranged one day in advance. I chose not to purchase a big breakfast, but if you are an early riser and don't want to travel for breakfast, I'd recommend that you add it for value of convenience. The dining area also offered italian cuisine at other times later in the day, but I did not get a chance to try that pizza I spied during my busy weekend in Berlin. I was given a clean, quiet, private double guest room, facing away from the Ubahn with wood floors, modern minimalist concrete, lighting and wood design accents, good temperature regulation, natural light, and air circulation available by adjustable windows. The Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout, plugs beside the bed and at the desk, but the lounge is quiet enough to bring a laptop down to do work. The in-room locking safe is helpful, plus adequate storage spots easily marked and places to hang jackets and coats. My room would accommodate solo travelers amply or two persons cozy. The Gleisdreieck UBahn station is immediately near to connect to other parts of the city. I admired the biggest mural in Berlin: "Insurrection of Colours" by commissioned Latino artists located on the Gleisdreieck Park side of the building.

No dislikes on this weekend stay.

The louge/reception is very comfortable and have board games to play. Also, there's a bar and a Starbucks open all day in the hotel. The hotel is really clean. The room is small but comfortable. The TV is huge. The floor in the toilet is warm. The bed is comfortable.

The soundproof system in the room is excellent for the outside, but inside is not so good. I could hear the other guests' voices coming from ventilation, I guess. Could have some small fridge in the bedroom.
