The room was clean and neat. It was very well placed and the stay was quiet pleasant. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly, and the hotel was placed close to public transport. Both the check in and the check out were easy to do. Do recommend!

Before arrival day they sent a message in german saying there was more information on their website, which lead to confusion because there was nothing else to do after the booking was done. I found that the breakfast price was quite expensive, so didn't even want to try it.

its located next to a ubahn station and not far from the S bahn either. That means tourist activities were easy of access by taking either which i liked. The room was as shown on the pictures and the bathroom was very spacious and nice I had a fan in the room as well

The shower was a little awkward to use due to the placement of the showerhead and my bed was creaking a lot. Breakfast buffet is a little expensive

The hotel staff are super friendly, the single room had a very comfortable bed, a super clean bathroom and lots of light. The room has a safe for keeping valuables locked, wifi worked great and windows can open to get some fresh air. There is a nice courtyard in the middle of the building which is partially sheltered from the rain, so even when it rains you can sit outside.

Would be nice if there was a cafe on the premises that was open all day, however, the guests are free to use the cafe in the hotel next door (and ask for takeaway coffee/ food) so this solved the problem!

This is a good hotel convent to the U Bahn station Gleisdreieck and the city centre. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was standard; clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. There was plenty of choice . Scrambled and boiled eggs were also available as was a pot of filter coffee as an alternative to the varieties offered by the coffee machine. The hotel is almost directly opposite the rear entrance of the station which has a convenient lift. Follow the direction of the hotel street name. If you are arriving with luggage at the main station (Hauptbahnhof) I would suggest taking the S-Bahn to Alexanderplatz and then changing to U-Bahn 2 in the Ruhleben direction. It takes a little while but you can use lifts for luggage and avoid stairs.

The only problem was that the room was not serviced on one day for some reason. However, fresh towels were delivered immediately by reception when it was brought to their notice. Also the cups in the room were not cleaned or replaced each day.

Right across from the U-Bahn station Gleisdreieck, on a very quiet street, so there is an easy connection to everything and no issue having a good night's sleep. The staff were helpful and I was able to check in early - this was extremely helpful as I had been travelling overnight. I liked the fridge in the room too, and having a kettle.

I only had one pillow and it was very flat, no support at all. It was very uncomfortable and not fit for purpose. The pillows really need to be replaced. I wish I had noticed the issue with the pillow before bedtime!

Perfect location for attending a gig at the Tempodrom but also for exploring some of the historical areas of berlin. The hotel staff were also very helpful!

I really cannot say that there was anything I didn't like!

Just across the street from a train station with U1/2/3 trains. Kettle in the room. Good choice for breakfast, Nice quiet location

The toilet often didn't flush properly

I liked a lot this hotel. Everything was perfect: clean, very nice staff, warm and comfortable. So close to the main attractions. If you have to visit Berlin I suggest you to stay here. And if I go to Berlin again I definitely will stay in Mercure Hotel Berlin Mitte.

Location was good and room itself was great. The shower was fantastic with very strong water pressure.

Breakfast being priced at €23 each seemed over priced and meant I ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

Central location, next to subway, courteous staff, very clean room and good value for money.

A few things needed to fixed like the fridge was not working and there was no hand soap in the toilet but were fixed soon upon my request.
