Good size, clean room, not far from all the attractions.

Breakfast wasn't worth the money but there is a really good and cheap place opposite the hotel on the corner

The hotel was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable

I would have liked a kettle in the room

The hotel was the choice of our friends and it was fine they even provided a wheelchair for my daughter asked for extra pillows which were readily provided. Good location to where we wanted to be. The beds were comfortable great choice at breakfast

I looked on questions and someone had asked if the room had tea making facilities the answer was you could upgrade to a comfort room. i looked how to do this but couldn't see so just took my own European kettle and mugs There were about 12 of us at night reception was shut and dinning room so chairs in the foyer were limited

The location is quite good, 100m from the buses, U-bahn Kurfurstenstr. is also within 3 min walk. 12-15 min to Potsdam pl. The room was very clean. The breakfast is average, no omelette or sausages, only eggs.

There is no lobby to seat. No place to get a hot water, which is much needed when you travel in November. Few more things like more hooks, box of napkins, glass, kettle could make the room more comfortable. Also the location of the table looks strange hindering the movement in the quite a small room. But overall it's all good.

Super location, very kind staff, nice clean and modern rooms. Rooms fairly large and brekki superb. Smaller buffet but everything one needs for a delicious, healthy, unhealthy, or vegan brekki. For the price I expected a more rubbish place but was very much delighted with everything.

The aircon seemed to have been locked at 20 Celsius. With three of us in a room this was way too warm and we could not turn it down further (to 18 which we would have liked). We left the window open and had a good sleep. Noise from the main road was just at a level to bei g able to sleep.

Location quite central and quiet. Only 1km from Potsdammer Platz which provides transportation to any point in city. Taxi service right in front of Hotel. Bus stations within 100m.

Staff not very informed. Had to find out about transportation from people other than staff. Even though I had been assured by Hotel that i could use my European credit card to pay, this was denied when i arrived and informed that it could not be changed from what i had submitted with Booking.com which did not support my card. This means that i will avoid using booking.com in future european travel.

The Receptionist was super friendly and welcoming when we checked in. He even gave our son a choice of a little toy. We stayed in a family room. The room was surprisingly spacious and the main things we wanted from a hotel (a comfy bed, warm room and hot water) exceeded our expectations.

It was a bit loud-probably due to the location next to the lift. The bathroom had a bit of a smell to start with-not dirty, but like old plumbing but it went away after an hour of so.

Good location

No hope pot or mini-fridge in room. I do find it interesting that I was in the handicap accessible room but that room is on the 7th floor. If the elevator breaks during an emergency- how will someone who is handicapped get out? (I didn’t need it that room specifically- just questioning)

This hotel is very awesome. A staffroom was so helpful and friendly for customers. The breakfast was very tasty with big select of dishes (fresh bread, cereals, sausages, cheeses...) and drinks (fresh and different kind of coffees and juices) Our room was clean and included an air-conditioning. I can recommend this hotel each person

All was great

The property was clean, staff were very friendly, and there were lots of places to eat nearby. There is a bus stop less than 100 feet away and you can walk to the nearest train stations easily.

Bring a white noise machine or use your phone as one if you have kids or are a light sleeper. It’s no fault of the hotel, but outside can be very noisy in any city.
