Well equipped spacious studio as such, however the sleeping area is an alcove, so on one side there was only 15 cm space to get into the bed! Spacious bathroom. Extremely well noise insulated: you cannot hear street noises. 10 min walk from Potsdamer Platz. U-Bahn is next door. Bio 365 grocery shop next door. Lidl 10 min away.

The window blinds function randomly, meaning they would open by themselves at any time. Sun hits the windows most of the day. Not any kind of instructions provided. It would definitively require some. Same for the thermostats. Not self evident to manage. The staff is only present from 10 am to 6 pm. Missing a bread toaster, overwise well equipped kitchen. No recycling bins at all anywhere in the premises - at least accessible to the customers - which is surprising for Germany.

Larger than expected room and balcony, including full kitchen and dining table. Some coffee/tea was also included. High speed internet was great, especially for working. Everything in the building was very clean. Overall it was amazing

Noise in the night / sound insulation: People in the next door cafe were loud, plus sounds from neighbor rooms were easily heard. Wasn't a big issue for me but for more sensitive sleepers might suggest a different location. Secondly, not really an issue but lack of 24/7 reception. Getting in after 6pm by ringing the doorbell where a remote doorman lets you in was a bit odd.

The hotel is wonderful! In a new modern building, the apartment is very comfortable, spacious, with two separate rooms and a cozy balcony with table and chairs. There is everything you need to feel at home: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, tableware, coffee machine, oven, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, smart TV in each room. There was nothing missing from the hotel description and everything looks new and well maintained. The staff is very polite and responsible. There is a receptionist at the hotel, which was important for us. The rooms are cleaned every day. Dishwasher and washing machine tablets, coffee capsules and tea are available for free. There were two bottles of water for welcome! The breakfast is also very well organized in a café market on the ground floor. You can choose from 10 different kinds of breakfast menu, suitable for every taste and preference. You can choose whether to have breakfast in the cafe or in the hotel room. The hotel's location is great! Surrounded by new modern style buildings, in a quiet and civilized area of Berlin - less than a 10-minute walk from Potsdamer Platz, 20 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate. There is a subway station on the ground floor of the hotel building (without affecting the noise and cleanliness). I recommend the hotel and would come back again!

You will hardly find any problems in the hotel. The only thing that is a little inconvenient is that to get to the bathroom you have to go through the bedroom.

The room was amazing. Had separate sitting area with small kitchenette - with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, cooker - Rituals products in the bathroom. Big bathroom. Comfy bed, lovely wardrobes which lit up when opened, TV in both Bedroom and Sitting area. Balcony. Very sound proof. Lovely and clean. It looked as if new. Location perfect for us. Ubahn literally next to hotel. Potsdamer Sbahn 10 min walk. Big shopping centre with supermarket 5 min walk with bars and restaurants and shops. Breakfasts were amazing from Cafe attached to hotel. All freshly cooked and plentiful - set you up perfectly for the day. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We could not fault this hotel. Highly recommend.

Nothing - it was perfect.

Very good location, right next to Potsdamer Platz. Our flight has been cancelled at the gate, so we had to travel by car last minute. Parking was easy at the shopping mall az Potsdamer Platz (20EUR/day), it was a 5 minutes walk to the hotel. Our apartment was very clean, comfortable. Complimentary coffee capsules, tea, and a bottle of water. Rituals toiletteries whith the best scent (sweet orange and cedar wood) was an extra for me :) U2 metro underground just right next the entry, which was very comfortable to reach Lollapallooza festival az OlympiaPark. The bio shop in the building is serving the breakfast (if you have this option booked), they have different sandwitches, patries, cookies, etc. The stuff was kind and helpful, they sent us a detailed description how to check in after reception hours. We were very satisfied with this hotel, we will come back.

Excellent location above underground station. Staff were helpful and friendly. Apartment had a nice balcony - though it was a little noisy at night from a small shop below the apartment which had chairs and an umbrella on the pavement at the entrance to the underground station. Very good shower. Apartments were serviced daily. We would stay there again

The carpet in the bedroom gave off a musty smell. We didn't complain about it as it was a well ventilated apartment and the weather in Berlin did not drop much below 22 degrees C so we were able to keep windows open.

My wife and I stayed 3 days in this hotel, and frankly we enjoyed our stay. First, the staff were very helpful and professional. My check in was fast, and we were able to check-in early smoothly and without extra charge. The room was up to our expectations, We enjoyed sitting in the balcony with a wonderful view on the sunset. We could not dream of a better location, as the hotel was a few minutes from a metro line and many restaurants, cafes, shopping centers are at short walking distance. Many attractions can be visited by walking as well. This is a hotel we recommend strongly.

If you need to stay close to Postdamer Platz, this hotel is located perfectly. Clean, quiet and safe neighbourhood. The staff is truly the nicest and always ready to help. My room was spacious and comfortable but I think I got the bigger room than I booked and I really appreciate that. The wifi worked great. This room was like a tiny apartament with all I need concerning the bathroom, kitchen corner, big closet, bedroom and daily space. I stayed there during the very cold winter period so the warm temperature inside was fine for me. Thank you!

Our studio room was located on the corner of the block so the bedroom was separate to the kitchen and dining area. We overlooked the park at the back - not much noise, even with the road nearby and the S-Bahn station next to us. Great place, 5 minutes from Potsdamer Platz and Lidl was less than 10 minutes walk away. Dinky dishwasher but fine for 2 people. Coffee maker was well received by my husband. We will definitely stay again.

We'd travelled from the UK so didn't have dishwasher tablets with us - replacement was left on the first day but not on the next two. Could have done with a larger tea cloth too. Only minor issues - the studio was great for us.

We booked a studio but were given a room upgrade, which was a lovely start to our trip. Staff were polite, professional and attentive. The property was very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean with excellent water pressure, plenty of hot water and heated floors. Coffee and tea were replenished daily, and though the weather was on the chilly side we had good morning sun and were able to enjoy coffee on the balcony. Big windows for good light and sun, with blackout curtains for a good night sleep. Some noise as people passed to their rooms, but a very quiet stay overall. There was a transport strike in Berlin for two days of our stay. But with a bit of planning, we were able to walk to plenty of sights, restaurants and attractions. The U bahn is right outside the property. The S bahn is nearby. The shop downstairs was perfect for all our basic needs and had good hours. When we return to Berlin, we’ll definitely stay here again. It was so nice to come home to a clean and comfortable apartment after long days out. We really enjoyed our stay here.
