The area where the hotel is located was close to public transport and even has some great restaurants near by. The room was spacious enough for three people. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, we even got to check-in earlier and when we left we left our luggages for almost the whole day and went visiting some more since our flight was at night.

Multiple times we didn't get our towels replaced for all of us. One time we got 2 bath towels instead of 3 and one night we even had to go without the feet towels since they didn't left any clean ones after they took the dirty ones. Also multiples times we didn't get our shower gel/soap dispenser refilled. We had to either get the one from the shower so we can wash our hands and vice-versa. Breakfast for a price of 28€ is a scam by the way. Not worth it for this exaggerated price.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic service desk staff. Rooms and bathrooms clean, well appointed and beautiful. Good location, walking distance to public transport and nice open areas to walk around the hotel - feels like a safe area even at night. Sauna facilities are fantastic.

All the pillows in room were very stained and the cases don't stay on (too loose) so it was clearly visible and off putting. Perhaps the hotel can consider double pillow cases? Very minor issue. Sauna facilities need more signage/information for use. Many people in the sauna were not following etiquette (wearing shoes, barefoot, not showering beforehand, taking alcohol into the sauna). Ruins the experience for those who are doing the right thing. Even just some information in the rooms, provided with the robes, would help people prepare better for the sauna.

Location is perfect, with a S Bahn station in front of the hotel that takes you to the city centre in a matter of minutes. Hotel staff is quite nice and efficient. At Breakfast you may have whatever you like with a great variety of food to choose, either healthy or more caloric. Not only the room was great (including a big bathroom with a modern shower safe for people with disabilities) but the hotel was a enjoyable experience. I chose it mainly because of the strategic location but I enjoyed it so much that, as I use to travel to Berlin once or twice per year, I would certainly keep it as my hotel to stay in Berlin. I felt quite at home.

This time; nothing negative to highlight

First of all, we want to emphasize the cleanliness of the room. This is truly the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The room has everything you need, from furniture and appliances to toiletries and personal hygiene items. The design and decor of the room include comfortable and cozy areas for work, relaxation, and sleep. We didn't notice any outside noise, which can sometimes be heard in hotels. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center and historical attractions, with a convenient transport connection. We were very pleased to receive such quality service at such an attractive price. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Our stay at Hotel Berlin Potsdamer Platz was excellent: friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable rooms and well located for discovering fascinating Berlin. Our air-conditioned room had a bath, shower, kettle, and a small fridge. The decor was modern and tasteful. The hotel is very close to Anhalter Bahnhof, a convenient starting point for exploring the city. It's situated in a relatively quiet area (although you won't get away from the sound of building work anywhere in central Berlin, double glazed windows in the room meant this was no problem). There is an Edeka supermarket nearby to stock up on provisions for your explorations. I also highly recommend booking the fabulous buffet breakfast at the hotel, which is one of the best we've had. We are planning to return to Berlin soon and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and booked two connecting rooms. The rooms were huge, the bed was large and very comfortable, and the bathroom was also exceptionally spacious. The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of U1, U3, U6, and U7 subway stations, as well as S-Bahn train lines. The hotel staff were charming and helpful with every request or issue we had. Recommended!

The air conditioning in the room was adequate but didn’t cool the room well enough. The shower drainage could also use improvement.

This is my third stay at this hotel, as expected brilliant service and great facilities. I was a bit worried as it's no longer crown Plaza, but the service and facilities haven't changed I love the wellness area with the gym, sauna, and steam room. I always make the most of these facilities. The staff were polite,professional, and very helpful. The location is great, closed to all amenities. I'm looking forward to visiting again next year.

There is nothing to dislike, I love it.

First of all, the staff was really amazing; very kind and very helpful; they deserve all the bonus they can get and even some more. Regarding my room, it was spacious and very quiet, the bed was big and comfortable and luckily the mattress wasn't too soft. The bathroom was spacious as well and the shower simply amazing. The location of the hotel is also very good: a 5-minute walk to U-Bahn Station Möckernbrücke (lines U1, U3 and U7) and another 5-minute walk to S-Bahn Station Anhalter Bahnhof (lines S1 and S2). The area was safe and quiet, which is also very important.

Sadly there is no parking available.

The breakfast was fantastic - loved that the chef was cooking eggs to order - omelets, poached eggs etc. and was a great selection of good teas and homemade jam. Lots of fruit as well. And perfectly sized sweet treats to finish.

I had a really lovely stay so this is purely looking for what possibly could have been improved rather than being something I didn't like - it would have been good to have some kind of food to offer post 10pm after the restaurant closes. The vending machines were cash only, so for guests arriving late or coming back late, even if it's just fruit and biscuits/crisps. Or a vending machine that also takes card payments.

Very convenient location, near transport links but also walking distance to city centre. Really nice, modern hotel, spacious room with large, comfortable bed, air con and bonus of fridge and tea/ coffee facilities. Super bathroom with large walk in shower and a bath with another shower over it. Friendly helpful staff and really quiet area.

Just a couple of minor points: seating in room not very comfortable. Very little hanging space - just enough for two coat hangers. Limited drawer space too, so lived out of suitcase for the duration of our stay.
