Everything! The room was clean, the price was amazing, beds were so comfy, great size room, loved the fact we could just go straight to our hotel room after a really early flight and not have to deal with reception, we did have a problem with the tv but we messaged them and they replied really quickly and helped us with the problem, they let us check in sooner than the original time, online reception team were amazing and were so friendly, location was right outside checkpoint Charlie and the underground was a 10 second walk away which was a great way to get round the city. We 100% recommend!! And we will be using on our next city break 😊

The only thing was we didn’t get clean towels or the apartment cleaned while we were there for the 5 days. But I’m sure if we asked for clean towels they would of given us them straight away and with it being an apartment we understood it wasn’t a hotel but we liked the idea nobody was also going in our room while we were out. So no complaints here 😊

Positives: kitchenette made meals super easy and provision of cooking essentials was well thought out. Location was good and the additional cupboard and laundry supplies downstairs were useful. Negatives: not even being able to request the floor to be hoovered (eg) more than once a week can mean that the floor gets dirty (from travel, hair etc) really fast. The TV also had issues but not having staff on site made it difficult to work out how to report this so that it would be fixed. Also, although I do not know if this was Numa’s fault, there was some impressive construction work, including drilling and hammering, outside/inside/above/nearby that started every day at 7am. This was extremely disruptive and some notice from the hotel or an option to discuss (eg) room change with a person might have been nice.

Modern room with a gorgeous bathroom. Bee spacious! The TV was easy to connect to and stream to via the free WiFi. Beautiful facade with easy access to the reception using the pin code you’ll be sent. Numa were fantastic at keeping in touch via WhatsApp as well! Amazing location, right by Checkpoint Charlie and the Kotchstraße station exits, so made it extremely easy to get around even with BVG strikes. So much to do in that area alone but also super close (walking distance) to Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Tiergarten, etc.

There weren’t any actual staff. Not a problem overall but was v weird to realise.

L studio is very comfortable. Fresh bed, pleasant shower, well-equipped kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, a pan, a pot, dishware, cutting board etc., also there was a bottle of olive oil, salt/pepper in 1g paper bags. AC worked perfectly keeping the room warm. A pleasant surprise was laundry room - it is free, you can use detergent (washing powder), drying rack, iron. In the same place you can take a yoga mat and use it in your room during the whole stay) You can also take an umbrella near the entrance if it rains. Location is very close to Kochstraße U-bahn station and easily reachable by foot to Anhalter bahnhof S-bahn station.

The hotel has a great location in the city center, within walking distance of major tourist attractions like Checkpoint Charlie, the Trabi Museum, and many other must-see spots - Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag Building. There’s also a metro station and a Lidl supermarket nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I also like the fully digital experience—entry to the hotel and rooms is done via a secure access code. Additionally, 24/7 support is available through the chatbot.

The chatbot needs improvement. If it doesn't know the answer to a question, it often repeats the same response instead of offering an alternative solution or connecting you to a real person. This can be frustrating when you need assistance beyond basic inquiries.

The room was clean but the best part of the hotel is the location. We almost walked everywhere and if we could not we took the metro which was just in front of the hotel. The checkin and checkout was easy. If we needed anything we contacted the staff through WhatsApp which they responded very quickly.

The single beds are too narrow, they were small for tall people like us (I am 171cm my cousin is 186cm) No ventilation in the bathroom No mirror except the one in the bathroom (not convenient for two people) People kept setting off the fire alarm (not the hotel's fault but we had to leave our room in the middle of the night in our pyjamas and came back inside after 15-20 minutes) No cleaning unless you stay 7 nights, our trash was piling up. They only provide extra towels if you go to laundry room No elevator on some floors (we stayed in 5th floor and had to carry our luggage from 4th floor)

Great price considering Location near checkpoint Charley with a metro station right out side . Loved the ‘app’ key worked really well . Allowing casting of you phone to the TV also enhanced the stay Room was clean and modern and bed was very comfortable. Mini kitchen in the room was also very useful

Breakfast is left outside your door , but wasn’t enough warning that you had to pre order your choice . Default wasn’t to our taste. Choice was small and I’m guessing tried to reflect local cuisine , it’s a great idea but make choices a bit more standard , croissant and juice , etc

-The apartment was clean when I entered, -It has facilities I like, e.g. fridge, coffee-/tea-maker, a safe, good bed, plates, forks, knives and glasses. These are all pleasant to have, and are normally not included in most of the regular hotelrooms, so they feel as extra bonus. -Wifi was excellent- The entrance-access with a code functioned very well-The floor in the room was allergy proof. Fortunately no carpets, etc.

-Although I don't mind in itself that there was no cleaning during my stay (5 days), as it gave me more privacy (no cleaning ladies knocking on the door or suddenly entering), I think some simple equipment, like e.g a broom or sufficient material like cloths and dustpan and brush, were missing.-In the basement of the building were washingmachines. Unfortunately, it was all so complicated (I had to download an app first, a lot of steps to make before being able to start), that I decided not to wash and go elswhere for the same aim. A simple machine to put coins in and instructions to start immediately would have been nicer and easier.

Great place. The location is perfect. Just in the same block, you'll find a variety of restaurants, a discount store, and the entrance to the metro for the U6 line. This metro line is super convenient, as it traverses all other lines, so you can go anywhere in Berlin rather quickly. The person-less check-in and check-out experience went smoothly. I liked it very much and hope other hotels will adopt it. The WiFi is also easy to connect to; you only need to enter the password once during your stay.

The TV seems to be configured to connect with Android/Chromecast only, so it could not stream videos from the iPhone. However, connecting your PC with HDMI is fine. Local TV didn't work either, but maybe it was a problem with this room in particular.
