The location was great & central yet quiet & with may restaurants around! the accomodation was modern, spacious & trendy. Loved the fact you provided hot & cold water facilities for tea & snacks & in the rooms tissues & body lotion! Nice you also had a restaurant & bar on premises! Will absolutely stay here again & staff were helpful! Also the accommodation is exactly the same as the pictures on website.

Nice if possible to have a wardrobe but since we only stayed 3 nights wasn’t a big issue for us.

It’s a very centrally located hotel — practically at the heart of the city’s public transportation network. The rooms were spacious enough. The bed was both large and comfortable. The small map provided along with the room cards was thoughtfully detailed, which makes you feel well taken care of as a guest. There are plenty of places around the hotel where you can have breakfast. Everyone I saw at the reception was very friendly and welcoming.

As a few others have mentioned before, having a mini fridge in the rooms would be a nice addition. Also, the shower curtain feels outdated and not very hygienic — it could definitely be replaced.

The hotel location is perfect , central and very accessible via metro. The commons areas were very clean. We were well received, the staff were warm and very attentive. They allowed us to watch the football game on a giant screen. The room was smallish but there was a good shower, the beds were very comfortable, and we slept well. What was important for us: we felt safe, the hotel is very clean everywhere and its location made it easy to come and go, being so accessible by the public transports. We would stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location, in the centre, close to public transport, cafes, shops, sights. In a quiet location, without noise. It's actually suitable for those who want to explore Berlin on foot. The hotel has a breakfast option, there is also a restaurant, but we didn't use it. The rooms are clean, comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful. There is a paid parking option, we did not take advantage of it. We parked the car in the P+R parking lot and moved around by public transport. Free luggage storage before check-in and check-out. There is free water and tea in the corridors. The rooms have blackout curtains so you have absolute darkness when sleeping, which I appreciate. Beds comfortable, room clean - there is daily cleaning. When we travel to Berlin again, we will choose this hotel again.

Absolutely perfect place to stay located close to checkpoint Charlie and within walking distance to the Brandenburg gate. The hotel is modern and quirky with tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. There is a water cooler on every second floor. The breakfast was fantastic and so worth it! This hotel is clean, with great staff, warm hospitality and fresh styling with vibrant colours in the rooms and reception area. I would highly recommend this hotel for affordable accommodation that is comfortable, modern and ideally located in Berlin.

Junior suite was great. Gave you that extra bit of space to chill out in before or after a day exploring Berlin. Room cleaned every day & tea/mini fridge contents topped up. Location right on the edge of the old East/West divide means you are only a short walk or U bhan ride from interesting places to see & eat at.

Breakfast at 20€ each was a bit expensive & wasn't clear what was available. Lots of places nearby where you can get coffee, a pastry or pannini to set you up for the day at half the cost or you can go to the nearby Lidl.

Location is absolutely great, close to U-bahn, shopping center, walkable to all the main Berlin tourist sights. Carpeted room seems much more comfy, A/C is strong, a safe, 2 types of pillows to use, possible to have a special night light on, windows can be opened. Has also a comfy bar om the ground floor and here is a great asian restaurant, that can be entered from both the street and the hotel itself, serves best after a long day when you don't feel like going anywhere for a dinner. Wide selection of food for breakfast, on weekend breakfast even till 11am. Accomodating employees print your boarding pass if you need to.

Hard bed, but that's very subjective I guess. Even tho I really don't like hard beds, I would probably choose the hotel again, that says a lot.

The location was great - easily walkable to other parts of the city from the hotel. The staff was helpful with storing bags & local directions. The room was clean and comfortable. The decor of the hotel was interesting as well.

When we were leaving, there was a long line of people checking in. It was hot in the lobby where everyone was waiting. The ONE staff member had to take down passport & other information about each traveler, which made the process very slow. The hotel should have known there were a lot of people checking in that day from different countries, based on the reservations, and provided another staff member to expedite things.

Nice and central hotel. The rooms were clean and combortable. Subway stations were very close to the hotel, thus it was easy for us to reach the main sights. There were a lot of things to do around the hotel during the day and early evening.

Options for going out after 21:00 are a bit limited around the hotel. However, as it is close to the metro, it is easy to relocate.

I have stayed here numerous times now and would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a clean, friendly and comfortable place to stay. It's not the high end of luxury but with so much to see and do in Berlin who wants to stay in the hotel room all day!. The newly refurbished bar is very welcoming and well stocked with excellent staff to serve you.Just what you need after a long day sightseeing. Its in very good position for a lot of tourist sights and the hop and stop buses are just a couple of minutes walk away right next to Check point Charlie..

Could do with some coffee sachets at the drinks stations.
