The location is brilliantly close to everything . The S Bahn , is minutes away . Check point Charlie , Topography of Terrors are 10 minutes . I walked everywhere so easy to navigate . Room big , with kettle and coffee sachets , mini bar fridge , safe . Staff so friendly at reception. . Hotel has a restaurant and bar . There is a Lidl near by if need be . The shower was in the bath which was a great shower but if u have any mobility issue check that there are rooms with walk in shower. It’s a popular hotel as I wanted to stay extra days but it was booked out . Enjoyed my stay very much .

- Great location - Convenient check-in - Dog-friendly: My dog had her own bed and bowls in the room. The hotel even prepared a welcome gift with snacks and a toy for her. - The room was clean and quiet (with windows closed) - Decaffeinated coffee was provided

- Although the website states that bathrobes are provided, there was none in the room. - The website gallery shows individual packs of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, but only a large bottle of shampoo was available. I assume this is for sustainability purposes, which is great. However, it would be better if the website pictures were updated to reflect this change. - The room was quite warm throughout the night, staying around 25°C. I tried to adjust the temperature using the control panel but was unsuccessful. Opening the window let in a lot of street noise, which made it difficult to fall asleep.

One of the many reasons we enjoyed our stay in Berlin ! 1.First of all great stuff- we were welcomed with a big smile and a 2 hour early check-in which was just so great after our 2 flights ! 2. We were celebrating my birthday and our lovely receptionist gave us the key to a big, spacious , clean and very comfortable room. Bed was comfy, all the amenities were good. 3. Great location- just 2-3 mins walk to S-Anhalter Bahnhof, from where it took about 7-8 mins to Branderbirger Tor via S/U-Bahn or about 15 mins walk and also was easy to go back to airport from there as well . There were also supermarkets nearby

I travel with my dog. Other holes ask for money and I get the most destroyed room with holes in carpet. In this hotel the staff told me that if I told them in advance, they would prepare bed and food for my dog. Honestly I was shocked.

Everything was just fine. I have stayed in more expensive hotels in the area that were built cheap and there was mold in bathroom and holes in carpet. For the money that I have payed here, I got everything just fine, I have really nothing to complain about.

The property is at exceptional location, near public transport, very close to Berlin Story Bunker and Topography od Terror (and a 10 min walk from Brlo beergarden). Also a 10/20 minute walk to Brandernburg and Unter den Linden. Also very nice staff and you can also leave your bags after you check out if you have a flight later on. :)

It was kindda hot in the room, since it does not have air conditioning. Also the bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner and the toilet was a little smelly. 😕

We had a fantastic stay here. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the hotel's exceptional pet-friendliness. In the room we found a cozy bed for our dog, two bowls with a delicious treat, and a toy to play with. The room itself was spacious and comfortable with TV, fridge etc. The windows faced the inner side of the hotel, but I preferred this to a road. We didn't try the breakfast because we wanted to try something new from the hotel breakfast, as there were many enticing bars and cafes nearby.

A warm friendly welcome with the option to store bags before check in time as needed. Rooms were located together and were bright clean and quiet. Again baggage storage was offered on leaving along with help with the best ./ fastest route to the airport (using staff local knowledge)

Breakfast was extra which felt a little expensive €17 each versus other hotels in this price range (which we had stayed in on our trip) which included a similar if not superior breakfast choice.

The location is excellent. The staff was mix. Front desk staff T. Dasilva was exceptionally kind, friendly, and very warmly disposed! Kitchen staff were equally nice and helpful.

One or two staff members were unnecessarily too cold for comfort on approach. I recall the first staff that attended to us at check-in was unnecessarily standoffish. The breakfast menu can be better especially with variety of fruit juices.

Great location for seeing all of Berlin. Close to several U-Bahn stops. Very short walk before you come across either a bar or Café from the hotel. Really nice and helpful friendly staff.

NO AIR-CONDITIONING IN THE ROOMS and in 33*C heat, it's less than ideal. Naturally the hotel had run out of freestanding fans as well because we ALL needed one. Extremely stuffy at night. Wouldn't be an issue in winter of course. The breakfast in a morning is that typical continental breakfast... A lot of nothing that you'd really want. Bit of fruit and the odd croissant, bread that's gone hard and stale and butter that is totally un-spreadable. Always the same going places in Europe though, so I did expect to be devastated with the breakfast selection. As a British person I personally like a proper breakfast i.e. a Full English or certainly something along those lines. Eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, hash browns, tinned tomatoes etc. That sets you up for the day. Not stale bread.

The explanation guide to the room safe was unclear and 2 members of staff could not enable it`s use- a third member of staff was quite rude as I sought assistance-he should not reflect on the others, his colleagues who were most helpful. However I had to stay without any safe place as the reception would not give any from of receipt for items I might hand over, so I did without and carried all valuables in person for my several days stay- a bit worrying in any city.
