The location was incredible.. near Anhalter Bahnhof and bus stops.. close to markets and cafes... Also there were many interesting places you could walk to.. The hostel has a nice vibe and cool people.. the building is interesting, the main lobby is welcoming and has a bar with several tables and sofas... the outdoorspace was also good. I stayed there on two different occasions, and both rooms were good, although shared, they were not completely full on either occasion. the beds were comfortable... the bathrooms were reasonable, clean but with a lot of people using them

All the doors in the building make a slamming noise when they close.. you can hear it at night.. The breakfast was a bit expensive.. However, there are other options that are really close

I had a great experience in this Hostel. I was supposed to stay for a night but I extended my stay. The person at the reception during night time was absolutely delightful and helped me with getting a room at 2am! He was a great mood considering the time too. Thank you for that! ☺️ Now about the details: I stayed at the 4bed dorm and it was quite spacious and I found the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms at the 5th floor were very clean too. Location wise I didn’t have any issue with all the places I wanted to visit and the area felt very safe too (having a super market right next to it is a plus!). Finally the communal space was top notch with drinks and snacks and Fußball and billiards! Loved it. ☺️☀️ Thanks for having me in your beautiful hostel, I’m looking forward to the next time.

Bar in the lobby, fast wifi, good location and a LIDL nearby: what else can you possibly need in the hostel in Berlin? Just a great place for a couple of nights. Reception works 24/7, clients are mostly young solo travellers, so if you want you can find a company to explore the city together. There are free lockers in the room and you can buy a lock for 3 euro if you don't have one.

The bathroom on my floor was constantly broken so I went on the upper floor for a shower. Also of course there are all problems of the hostel: people, little beds and stuff like that

I loved the vibe of the place, very friendly, cleanliness was perfect considering all the people and changing turnuses. Breakfast was pretty decent even for me as a vegan. Locality is great and easily reachable. Common rooms are low cost but always clean and absolutely sufficient :) I mostly appreciated common space where everyone can meet and do they work , play darts or billiard or just chill and read.

Because I am coffee addict i would appreciate little bit better coffee but still it was pretty decent <3

Location, personnel, facilities.

Very loud door closing mechanism in the living room. So when anybody comes late he makes non-intentional loud boom by the door.

A nice hostel in a historical building. The neighbourhood seemed quiet. The shared bathrooms were clean and reasonably layed-out. The staff at the reception were friendly and keen to answer our questions. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby where you can buy breakfast or other food. The hostel is very close to the Tempodrome, so it will definitely be handy for those coming to Berlin to events in that venue. There is an U-bahn station very close by and the place is a not-that-long walk away from main attractions of the city. There is a catholic church right next to the hostel, so this might also be handy for some people.

It is a shame that the amenities inside the room were somewhat lacking. An electric kettle would definitely come handy. Otherwise, the room was somewhat barebones, but nothing annoying.

The lobby is unique with the airplane hung on the ceiling and half of a van turned couch. Long tables to eat with lights hanging from the ceiling reminded me of Hogwarts school's cafeteria. I took a 6 person room for women and it was peaceful, I kept my backbag on top of a cabinet in the room since I didn't have my own padlock with me for a locker, but it felt safe and didn't worry me. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I'm sure to visit Berlin again and come back here some day with a friend!

The location was fantastic in walking distance to downtown area of Berlin. Pretty good food options near by that are great to get a quick bite to eat. The recreational area was really cool, pool table, foosball table, a little bar to grab drink and chill after day of seeing the sites. Its located inside an old church thats really cool, looks sick on the inside. Washing machines are located in the building great to have and well priced. Felt very safe there. Cleaning staff does a great job making sure the rooms stay clean.

There are only 1 washer 1 dryer in the building so gotta be strategic when you wash you clothes. Also if you have claustrophobia using the elevator will be hard, it's an old old building elevator been there since the war probably. But the stairs are there.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The reception area was enjoyable with different games. All around the hostel was really clean. Beds were comfy. Even through it was shared toilets and showers, I never saw another person in them. Breakfast in the mornings was good, a good selection. It felt safe and secure here. The location was great we walked everywhere and it didn't feel too far.

Late into the night in the room you could hear other guests speaking, doors closing and people walking past the room. This happened on one or two nights.

Amazing location, only a 15 minute walk to potsdamer platz and a stones throw distance to the anhalter bahnhof. Very clean hostel with a modern common room. Staff were helpful. They have a fridge and microwave behind the reception for food. Luggage storage is available but you need to bring your own padlock unless you would rather pay for one at reception. Showers were clean and warm.

Toilet cubicles were quite small, so those of us who were in a mixed room had a small changing space. The 6 bed dorms meant that everyone was getting up a different times which led to restless nights sleep.
