It was the second time that I've stayed here. Very comfortable beds and clean room. The staff were lovely. We asked for a cooler room as one of us is very sensitive to the heat, which they took into account (even though the weather ended up being cooler than expected considering the time of the year).

The last day we stayed there there were some very loud teenagers who were making noise past 12am. I understand that it's obviously not the hotel's fault, but we had to wake up early for our flight back and it was annoying. A mini fridge in the rooms would be a nice addition!

Very close to public transport. Lovely garden area to hang out in. Decor was mostly pretty nice.

The section I stayed in seemed to be a bit under construction, but my room was nice. Be aware it is a popular hostel for school groups. My room had a huge double bed and 4 bunk beds (I was prewarned so it was fine!) At times there were masses of students around. My friend had a nicer and super cute room in another section- but had to deal with kids running around and screaming. The staff did come up and yell at them though so all good!

location- great- just 5 mins walk to U bahn Mockenbruke breakfast - great- esp if you are jet lagged- the spread is nutritious enough to kick start your day roon- basic but clean. the room I had faces inside, like a courtyard so my window on 1st floor is right by a little tree and there are lots of birds. so that is nice. air is fresh there and the environment in itself is actually quiet

no kettle or hairdryer. i think these things should be available upon request no cups somehow this hotel attract rowdy crowds. maybe because it is a hostel hotel. people come in big buses and groups. so they can be rowdy if a group get drunk together. it is not Acama's fault but bear in mind this is their clientele.

We rented a double room but they gave us a dorm room only for us. It still had a double bed and we had separate toilette from shower room, plus a huge table, so that actually ended being quite cool. Walking distance from Ubahn, and very close to other Sbahn station and the technology museum, so it was quite convenient. They had late check out at a reasonable price.

Just don't come here having the same comfort as a hotel, is a hostel with private rooms. We don't mind as it is what we expected and paid for. The place was well connected but the neighborhood wasn't very lively, so not too many food options close to it for example.

Close to metro, clean and silent rooms The hotel had a luggage room which was very useful In the lobby there are beverage and food machine and a relaxing area

First they give us a room with one double bed and 2 bunk bed and the acces to the double bed was very very narrow, but they changed the room with one which was ok. It was unconfortable that we couldn't fully open the window for fresh air We asked for a cup of hot water, they give us, but they said that it's one time only, it was unpleseant because other hotels have a water kettle in the room. The backyard was very noisy in the morning.

I spent four nights alone. The position of the hotel is great, near the nice Kreuzberg. They were kind and treated me nicely. The room was small but perfect with everything I needed and incredibly clean. The tap water smelled of chlorine so I drank only water from bottles I bought at the vending machine at the reception. The only negative point is the expensive breakfast: 14.9 euro for breakfast is a lot; I had dishes for lunch and dinner for less. Anyway, I would come back again next time in Berlin.

Fantastic location will good transport links. Easy walk to lots of different restaurants and cafes in Kreuzberg as well as the most of the central tourist attractions. Secure luggage room for dropping or collecting cases outside of check-in/out times. Friendly staff. Well maintained but basic hotel/hostel which has some nicely refurbished rooms to go with the updated reception etc. Great for smaller groups of friends looking to stay in the same location. Strict rules re noise after certain times means it's quieter at night and a bit more active in the mornings

Checking system went down so not able to get into the room. Still think a kettle / cups in room would be a good addition feature. Popular with large school groups although that's never been an issue.

It's a very big hostel-hotel but it still felt quite peaceful because of how the rooms are arranged. I had a single room with a single bed which seemed to be recently renovated. The reception staff was very nice and helpful

The bedsheets seemed to have some polyester in them, it was easy to get sweaty. Also I only got a thin blanket for a duvet (maybe because I asked for hypoallergenic bedding). An extra blanket for colder nights and 100% cotton bedsheets would help

The hotel is very clean and cozy. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help if one has any questions or issues. The single rooms are also well-sized, as there is a bed, a TV, a desk, and a toilet. All the needed supplies are available in the room, and if one needs anything extra, they can always go to the reception, which works 24/7. The apartment is located close to a metro station and several street food places that work until late, so getting around the city is easy, and late-night food options are available. In case of early arrival, there is also a storage room, where one can leave their luggage and go explore the city while the time for checking-in comes. There is also nice breakfast every day, which is perfect to start the day with a light meal.

This hostel could be a good option for a budget-friendly stay with a private room for your group. However, be aware of the noise from the train tracks if you're a light sleeper. Private room for 5 with comfortable beds. Separate toilet and shower. Super friendly stuff. Convenient location. Super clean space with a lot of toilet paper and 3 trashes. For us 5!

Noisy train tracks nearby (especially with windows open). Not all pillows were the same and some of them were uncomfortable.
