The rooms were lovely, we booked for 6 people so had an apartment for ourselves and it was great value for money. Much better than we expected for the price that we paid. It felt great to have cooking equipment and be able to come in and make our own food. The woman running it was very accommodating when we arrived and was open to having a joke with us (we hope she enjoyed the alcohol we left her)

The only fault that I could place was we felt rushed when checking out. We had been told that check out was at 11am and at 10.15 the receptionist came in to tell us we had to check out. We were still packing and cleaning our areas while this happened however once I pointed out the time she left us to check out in our own time.

The room and the bathroom were big, the beds were confortable too. We didn't cook much but since there was just another room being used we could fit our food in the fridge. The check in was at 14pm but we were able to enter the apartament 1 hour before, which I appreciated.

The apartament was far from the city center, 30-40 min walk or so, but that's what we expected in Berlin and it's still well connected by metro. Also, there were not many groceries around. The receptionist didn't speak english, luckily we understand a bit of german. The thing I liked the least was that there was no room for luggage storage, so we had to book a city locker.

Great location. Booking and checking in was really smooth and communication was really good. Accommodation was clean and well maintained.

Maybe it's a culture difference but there were no curtains in the bedroom only some blinds that didn't keep the light out so it was very bright in the bedroom. There was also a large panel in the bedroom door that was thin and lit up when anyone put the hallway light on. We did have to buy some eyemasks to ensure a dark night's sleep.

Place was clean and easy to find. Subways about 5 to 10 mins walkaway. If you buy the 24 hour travel tickets you can use the underground, buses and trains to travel all over Berlin for approximately €10

The booking site is not where the accommodation is actually found. It's about 1.5 mile south of brandenburg gate. Only one toilet room and one shower, sink room for 3 flats ie upto 9 people. Can be a hassle when we all need it during the day.

The staff made the 5 star, very accommodating and as friendly as their broken English would allow. we only seen 2 ladies that we’re meeting you for check in and cleaning in the morning. both ladies were friendly and helpful.

It is not located on the Potsdamer street, but about 10 mins walk.it is located in a perfect place if like us you have children. we had 2 boys 9 and 12 with us. it is facing a beautiful park , technology museum of Russia and Germany right outside. close to so many attractions, trains , underground etc.

It was spacious, the wifi was fast, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean

Getting into the Garage was a bit of a struggle as no one explained us that we had to open it from the inside but it wasnt bad at all. I think that this was the only negative thing is a good thing!

I really liked the view from the windows, the beds and the pillows. Also it was really to close to huge park and Anhalter Bahnhof and near to checkpoint Charlie.

The rooms was cold. I was waking with a freezing nose. The heat must level up. Also the wc facilities was not clean enough. Apart from that, when the toilet became clogged, it took a long time to repair it.

We loved how beds are comfortable! Like in best hotels where we slept! Location is also good, just couple stations with metro away from city center (metro station is also really close). There is big supermarket close to accommodation, just take east from entrance, approximately 600-700m. Wi-fi worked really good. Lady waited for us at agreed time, and comunication was really easy for us. To check in if nobody responds after you ring BNB bell, just enter the loby and knock on the door on the right side (after post boxes).

There should be more or bigger pillows...

The room was very spacious and excellent facilities with the kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. Walkable distance to major attractions and train station too. Great value for money.

The bathroom could be slightly cleaner and the shower spilled water, but nothing major.

We really liked and appreciated the location of the place, because we came for the concert in Tempodrom and it was very close to it, probably only 5-8 minutes by walk. Our room was nice, clean, with a lot of sunlight. We enjoyed our stay and we would consider to stay in BNB Potsdamer Platz again in the future.

Probably the door to our room (we were okay, but for longer stay it didn't seem safe enough and we could imagine better locking system there).
