Very clean room, friendly staff, this is exactly what you expect from NH chain, nothing to complain about. You can book a parking space via ampido app which is very comfortable because you can leave your car few hour before check in and go exploring Berlin on foot :) location is perfect - technikmuseum, Berlin story bunker, brandenburger tor is about 10-20 minutes of walking. Edeka supermarket across the street. For me perfect hotel in Berlin. Very good breakfast, maybe not the best ever, but still very good.

Logical design, practical solutions. Very comfortable bed and supersoft bed sheets. Cleanliness is fantastic in the room.

Didn't find any English channel except news. The bodywash pump was broken, and the fridge wasn't cold at all. There's only 1 plug next to the bed, in a twin room. The broken tile in the lift was dangerous. The breakfast was a good selection, but some food was cooked very hard, like bacon was super crunchy and dry. Tea section: glassmugs were dirty, turned up 4, all had a big thumb fingerprint in it, and 1 had all lip prints around! Yuck! Small spoons at the salad buffet, but the cukes and tomatoes were cut huge. Small things, but it makes overall experience worse. Otherwise, this place is still recommended, but with caution.

Nice, modern hotel. The room was relatively spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a comfortable bed and a great shower. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot summer—a huge plus, as many hotels in Berlin don’t have AC. Conveniently located near metro stations, making it easy to get around the city.

This might have been the best sleep I’ve ever had! The beds were super comfortable (and if you want, you can ask for a memory foam pillow), the room had everything we needed, including a lot of space in the bathroom. Breakfast was great except for the coffee. Also, a lot of things were automated, like we could do a self check out online and order stuff online as well. It was raining one day and the reception kindly provided us with a big umbrella free of charge which we highly appreciate!

The air conditioner was a bit strange. Even at the hottest condition it still provided only cold air. A but later we understood that it’s best to use the Auto condition (it automatically switches on and off during the night).

This hotel was superb. I was travelling with my mum, who has a balcony walking aid. There was a lift at the hotel entrance for disabled people and the hotel reception gave us rooms close to the hotel lifts. Beds were really comfy, rooms were clean and there was tea in the rooms :-). There was a hot breakfast in the hotel, too, which really made my day on the morning of checking out. NH is a pet friendly hotel and my dog was welcomed there with a smile. I really recommend this hotel.

In spite of the room is large and has everything in it but it has no amenities location arrangement refrigerator, coffee machine, electrical sockets ,table and seat. Hotel location 25km from center but 3 minutes walk from underground station so it's easy to reach to town.

Good sized room with the usual facilities, the shower room was a bit small but the shower cubicle was large enough and most importantly had excellent water pressure at the shower head. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly throughout, the excellent buffet breakfast had plenty of options that were regularly replenished with the staff buzzing around ensuring that tables were immediately cleaned and reset as soon as you left.

Would of preferred a head board in the room as the pillows were not great for watching the TV. Unfortunately only one channel was in english, would have liked a couple more options.

Good location, within walking distance to the Potsdamer Platz with a large Christmas market, and checkpoint Charlie, as well as underground stations. The hotel was basic but clean and functional, the beds were comfortable and so were the pillows!! Also, if you opted to not have your room cleaned, you got a drinks token to exchange at the bar which was a nice touch. A good little hotel!

Quiet and modern place with everything around in a vicinity of 5-10 minutes walk. Very positive and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room was just enough for one person and has everything you need for weekend break. Had luck with free spot in garage!

I was openly disappointed with pricing strategy - I booked well in advance due event in Berlin but a week before event price offer went twice down and hotel / Booking.com were not willing to show an empathy and allow to rebook without paying the cancellation fee. That was honestly not a customer focus at all...

Great location of the hotel if you don't have any preferences on one specific area, this hotel is about 10 min walk from Checkpoint Charlie. Very easy to go to different areas from this hotel to all other areas. Very easy to get to the hotel by taxi from the airport. I recommend to go with a Bolt/Uber, about 20 min ride for 30 Euro. (To be compared to std Taxi 65 Euro). Fridge in the room. Grocery store across the road. Also a Lidle and breakfast places close by the hotel if you choose to not enjoy breakfast in the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Our room was prepared and ready upon our arrival even when we arrived early in the day.
