-perfect location for Christmas markets as well as sight seeing. Potsdamer Platz U Bahn is right there and will take you anywhere. Also Christmas market right there. Lidl and Edeka right down the street to pick up food or supplies. -the staff was so friendly and were great about speaking English and appreciated my attempts at German. -the room!! Beautiful view. Floor 11, room 1108. Just views from everywhere. Cozy and warm and just the perfect nest to recover after a long, snowy day outside. -I would stay here a million times again. -the photos I attached are the views from our room and the Christmas market right down the street.

-only complaint I have was some machine had been removed from the bathroom recently, and the drain was not capped which allowed sewer gas to be emitted into the bathroom all the time. Quick fix and no more complaints after that.

My spouse and I recently enjoyed a lovely three-night stay at Precise Tale, and from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were impressed by its cleanliness, tasteful decor, and the warmth of the staff. The room was not only spacious but also exceptionally well-maintained. The attention to detail in the room's design mirrored the overall aesthetic of the hotel, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom was also very nice! Throughout our stay, the housekeeping staff consistently upheld the high standards of cleanliness, ensuring a comfortable environment. What truly set Precise Tale Potsdamer Platz apart was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the front desk to the dining area, every team member exhibited kindness, friendliness, and a genuine eagerness to assist. We found their recommendations for local attractions and dining options to be valuable, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. The breakfast, although priced a bit on the higher side, was impressive in terms of quality and variety. Hotel breakfasts can be so hit-or-miss, but this one is a hit. The location of the hotel, within walking distance of some key attractions and sites, and its transportation links, made exploring the city easy. One thing that left a lasting impression on us was the staff's thoughtful gesture with our travel plushies. Returning to our room to find our beloved companions neatly tucked into the freshly made beds was a delightful surprise. Furthermore, the exceptional customer service didn't end there. We accidentally left them behind on checking out, and the quick and efficient assistance provided by Mikhael in ensuring their safe return to our home address was truly commendable. In summary, our stay at Tale Potsdamer Platz was nothing short of outstanding.

There was no breakfast. Location is excellent (in between 2 subway stations, Potsdamerplatz and Altanher Bahnof, and walking distance from e.g. Friedrichstrasse, or Gates of Brandenburg).

There was no way to shut down the bedside lights by bedtime / when going to sleep, other than turning off the main power switch (but then all power plugs would be shut off, making it e.g. impossible to leave mobile phone charging during the night). The hotel is all digital service-based, i.e. there is no staff to talk to. There is an AI-based Whatsapp chat that went round and round and did not identify or offer a fix for the issue. This was in my view the only major downside of the digital service experience (for me, a first).

Nice digital experience; everything worked as they said it would. There was a luggage room which was very helpful the day of arrival since check in is only permitted from 15:00 so i could at least leave the luggage and go to a walk outdoors.

Two issues, one, the bed was not comfortable; the mattress was very old, and I could feel its design lines staying above the mattress itself when i sat on it. Second, last day I had an early morning flight, and I requested ahead of time, that my breakfast would be delivered the night before, or a day before. This request wasn't fullfiled.

Nice big room (large studio) with good kitchenette and spacious bathroom, with everything one needed; easy keyless digital check in; good location close to several tourist attractions and restaurants; seemed a safe area.

There are no staff on site, and when our room needed an extra clean, the remote messaging/communication worked fine. However, on check out we had a more urgent issue and there was no response for 70 minutes. Luckily a cleaner was able to help us, but it could have been a real problem. The room also didn't have a table for two people to eat at, only the desk and its one chair.

Great size of room, very clean and comfortable, fridge in room. Interesting design. The luggage storage was very handy after check out. Watch your shins on the bed posts 🙃

Small things, to be honest. But a couple of broken frames on pictures made me worried that I might be accused, including the TV frame. Odd storage, 1 room had no hanging space, the other had no drawer space. 1 room also had a safe, the other didn't, so not much consistency. 1 room was changed last minute, making check-in confusing as not explained in detail.

It was amazing! Best hotel in Berlin definitely! If I’m in Berlin, I would book only at this hotel! Perfectly clean, very spacious, very comfortable bed, super beautiful clean location with park nearby! Kitchen has everything, even mini fridge had drinks and chips for free. Coffee was there, milk too. Bathroom and design are stunning! Perfect ideal room! Shower is sooo gorgeous, so spacious, so new! I give it 100 out of 10! Bed is huge for 2 people! Very comfortable too! I’m more than impressed! I always stay at Numa chain of hotels! So safe, so perfect!

This hotel was very conveniently located for us- close to transit options and easy to get to wherever we were going that day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We initially had some concerns regarding our room cleaning, but when we brought it up with the staff they went above and beyond to remedy the situation for us. The stand-out feature of this hotel is the breakfast! Extensive options including hot food (eggs, bacon, mushrooms, shakshuka, pastries, toast, buns, fruit, yogurt, cheese, charcuterie, and wide selection of salads with middle-eastern flair: hummus, cucumber salad, smoked salmon, potato salad etc, and tea, coffees, juice etc. It was a great start to our day. I would recommend this hotel!

Slow elevators.

Location was great for getting around the city and the room was excellent. Breakfast was fantastic and staff and cleanliness can't be faulted. They made a special effort for my celebration weekend and would highly recommend this hotel to other guests. We hope to return one day.

We stayed in room 1010 and found it absolutely amazing. So much room and any request we made were actioned in a most professional manner. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was great to have a washing machine/dryer as well. Fully stocked kitchen with good quality crockery and glass wear.

Although the kitchen was well stocked there was no detergent or tea towel. The dishwasher did not have tablets to use.
